I went to get birthday balloons. I went up to the register to ask if I could get some balloons blown up. The lady rudely told me I could help myself to whatever was blown up already. I asked her if I could have certain ones blown up and she essentially told me no and I had to pick from what was in the corral already done, which consisted of Valentine’s Day balloons (it’s February 29) and 2 happy birthday balloons without strings on them. I took my business elsewhere

I had the very best experience today at DG ever. You could actually walk through the aisles without boxes and stock blocking your way. I saw 2 employees- one male and one female (I think her name was Myah). Both of them went out of their way to be pleasant, friendly and to offer me help. I’ve NEVER had a DG employee offer to help me or ask if there was anything I was having trouble finding. I was so incredibly impressed by both of these employees- and I’m seldom impressed by anyone providing customer service! These employees were not just friendly once- they went above and beyond multiple times. I was in the store about an hour- I was using a bunch of DG online coupons. I’m a very short, little old lady- and they offered assistance without even having to be asked! I’m just blown away by their kindness.

I went to the dollar tree today and purchased a gallon bottle of water among other things. All other dollar tree stores ask me if I want the water in a bag however Pam didn’t and when I placed the water closer to her and asked for it to be put in a bag she put a face pushed the water back and handed me the bag. I guess she didn’t like that as I walked up to her register I was talking to my husband in Spanish and that when I put my stuff up it wasn’t at the end closer to her because with the customer right in front of me when couldn’t stop smiling or chatting with him.

I went into this dollar tree on Wednesday to do a chime deposit. I do these regularly so nothing out of the ordinary. The cashier and employee inside both claimed they did not do chime deposits, which is false, I tried to explain it’s done through the green dot system but they didn’t budge. No big deal but their behavior suggested I was lying. I went inside a second time to show the cashier my phone showing their dollar tree as a chime location, calm and concise. When I did, I was abruptly cut off by the employee, who threatened to CALL THE POLICE on me if I didn’t leave their store. Talk about escalating. I had choice words for her which I regret (except the first three) but her actions are unacceptable. Now I wonder if I’m profiled everywhere I go being young & hispanic

I don't go to dollar trees very often but this one had an amazing staff member that knew the regulars and chatted with them and made these customers feel like they were home.She is making a huge difference in these customer's lives.Keep up the great work!

Well kept store great people work the cash registers. Fast and efficient service. I have returned here weekly and always find what i need. Still great value at $1.25. still a 4eturn customer. Noticed seasonal and toys took a bad hit over easter. Staff working to restock

The Jensen beach Florida store there are 3 different Men that work there that are just extremely rude and disrespectful to every customer I've ever seen them ring up or interact with including my family!! (Didn't get there names yet but 2 out of the 3 we're working at the store tonight on 4/21/22 at 8:40 pm) The other man wasn't working tonight but I did see his name badge the other day when I went there and his name is Robert. At first we thought they were having bad days bc we just recently moved near this store about 3 months ago (we go to the dollar tree atleast 2 x a week to get most of our household items at dollar tree for years)& ever single time they act like this. Honestly I'm a very empathetic person but at this point these guys need to be fired DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I WILL Be getting their names and posting them on here and calling corporate ASAP because the amount of terrible service & disrespect is just unbelievable!!!

This store needs to get it together and hire new people with customer services skills and manners. Today is the second time that I go in and the same RUDE cashier was there yet again, Robert! I’ve never experienced such a thing. He’s extremely rude, no people skills, no customer service skills. He’s face says it all, and he shouldn’t be working here or anywhere that he has to be in front of any human what so ever! I would give this a -10 star if I could ! Horrible store

I don’t know who the manager is at the store but they need to get it under control. I hate this dollar tree. The only reason I continue to shop here is because the other dollar trees are too far from my house and I have small children that I need to rush to get too often. The two men that I have encountered at the register are extremely rude. I actually had to ask the one today if he was OK just because he was giving me stank attitude. I will probably ask for the manager next time I go there because at this point it’s ridiculous. The last time I was here the cashier completely ignored he didn’t even tell me my total he just scanned my items no hello nothing. But proceeded to speak to and ask the white male behind me how his day was going and have a friendly conversation not sure if it’s because I’m black or because I’m a female either way I don’t care I will see if they have a corporate number.

Upon walking into the store last night, the ONLY cashier, Robert was being short with a customer he was checking out. I could hear him throughout the store, speaking loud to customers. Sounding rude and answering with one word responses. When it was my turn to checkout, there was a gentlemen infront of me, who had asked what time the store closed and he responded with TEN! Shouting at the man. The man asked him how his night was going and Robert responded with "I'm tired. I'm tired of a lot of things" and appeared angry to be working. Then during my checkout, he didn't say one word. I asked how his night was and he said nothing. He didn't even tell me my total, I just seen it on the screen. He handed me my receipt and when I asked for him name he said "Rob" with an attitude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty!!! Windows mucky and full of filth. Shelves over stacked tumbling and disorganized. Expired food items. Floor absolutely gross. I thought I was going to catch a disease. Avoid this Dollar Tree at all costs. You will get sick from here. Management needs to be reevaluated!

Our Dollar Tree in Jensen Beach is awesome,Starting with the Managers & Ending with Cashier's,They are very helpful in Everyway.The store is always so nice & clean. I've been in other Dollar Tree store's but they aren't as clean as ours.

Stopped here, because it was on my way home from work. The place needs to be cleaned and reorganized...badly. Product on the floor and/or taken out of its packaging. Only one register open with myself and four other people behind me, WHILE 3 other associates are standing at the next register behind him cackling away. The store manager was walking around picking up random baskets and obliviously ignoring the customers growing impatient. I only give the extra two stars because of the experience with my cashier, Arnold. What a polite and patient man. Apologetic for the wait, and had an amazingly positive attitude.

The gentleman on the Register was very tired and confused apparently he started working at 6:00am. I was there around 4:30pm but he was working few hours extra because he was covering for an employee that called out sick. I understand that happens but what bother me was the fact that he called the person in charge to help him with a mistake that had happened that person was not very nice to him and she had a look on her face like I don't have time for stupidity or something worse towards the employee also she didn't even acknowledge the costumers that had been patiently waiting on the line to pay. They should have a better back up plan or Management should also help on the Register instead of sitting or walking around the store when they can see clearly that they have to many customers waiting to pay.

Dollar and a quarter Tree still serves it's purpose bringing decent items at good prices. The premium bread available where we shop is a $3 savings alone.

New location for this store; they took over the Petco spot. It is still in transition, but the store is well stocked. As usual, the staff continue to be very helpful. Lots of parking available.

Love all the stores. This is as good as any. Parking is a little sketchy, but no big deal. Cars wait and block all traffic to get a first row spot, simply to avoid a walk of 8 extra feet.

May 24th 7:50 pm Sunday I was in line with my daughter there was only one register open and the line was pretty long so the young man at the register called for backup which was the correct thing to do, this older woman by the name of Laura that had a ponytail came from the back shouting at the young man she hadn’t even reached his register to slander him and embarrass him in-front of all the customers she said why do you page for backup when you know that 30mins before closing time there is only 1 register open, the young man silent and head down she continued to go on and say to him! How long you been working here sarcastic with an attitude and then saying you should know and she continued on saying others things that at this point I was so appalled by her behavior bullying and belittling this humble and silent young man that said not one word just continued to cash out customers she stormed back passing me in the line I couldn’t help but tell her how unprofessional she is and told it is not right to embarrass your employees in-front of others or slander ask them how long they been working there pretty much calling the boy stupid I asked her if she would like someone to treat her child like that and bully him infront of others she got in my face and said honey it’s not your business I said you made it everyone’s business when you screamed at the boy instead of handling it like a professional and being a team player and helping your employee by explaining to him in a proper way without slandering him and say listen at this time we only have 1 register available and try to help in other ways, and not make the young man nervous and more overwhelmed everyone was so disgusted by this Laura women and her behavior I hope they get more complaints on her nasty attitude and lack of professionalism.

This store is smaller than the other location near by but has most of the things I need. The cashiers and the staff are polite and helpful. I find most items are same as Walmart but cheaper.
