Huge thanks to the woman who took my passport photo yesterday. I am sorry that I did not catch her name, but she was amazing!!!I had gone to a different location a week prior, and the woman who took my picture seemed less than enthusiastic about having to do it. The resulting image was one that I couldn't live with (think mug shot), but I felt bad asking her for another since she seemed crabby.I decided to try again yesterday at this location, and the person who helped me was night and day different, from start to finish. She was pleasant, and helpful -- well aware of the best angles that would be both flattering, and US Passport official.She took several photos, helped me pick the best one. I am so grateful to have gotten this redone. I wish I could thank her here by name -- she is the store manager if that helps. Thanks again for being so kind and professional!

I love the coupons and the savings! As a result I buy more from CVS than at other stores with like items. Without the coupons, I most likely would not shop at CVS except for prescriptions.

Went to get my COVID booster an HOUR before I had another appointment. Me and my fiancé were the only people there. And the pharmacist was going literally as slow as humanly possible. I told him that I was in a hurry and his reply was “Sorry, there is a process we have to go through” Then proceeded to talk to the lady about what he wanted on his cheeseburger for lunch. It was ridiculous. Then refused to give me my vaccination card back until I sat there for 15 minutes so he could monitor me for any side effects. Basically held me there hostage. Knowing I was already late. This was my 3rd COVID test and I have never experienced this. I was of course late to my doctors appointment and had to pay a late fee. I will never return to this CVS again I will drive to the one on Hutchinson Island. Worst experience ever!!! They need a new pharmacist that man is absolutely ridiculous!

I have been a long-time customer of CVS. But I have also been considering moving my prescriptions because things have not been going very well. Today, I can say that this is the best CVS I have found through years. Robert the pharmacist worked diligently to fix issues that I had going on for months. I was very frustrated and really couldn't deal with CVS anymore. He saved everything!!! He saved me from not leaving CVS and having the trouble of doing so. He's the best pharmacist I have ever encountered and certainly it should be known to cvs corporate. pharmacy is the worst- wait days to get simple prescriptions filled- horribly rude if you inquire about the delay - and god help you if any extra approval is needed for a scrip - the pharmacist goes off on an angry rant at any customer who questions why there is a delay - have seen him literally screaming at customers on more than one occasion

Had surgery and was discharged with a prescription electronically sent over to CVS directly by the hospital from a reputable surgeon and got nothing but a runaround at CVS. The pharmacist literally refused to fill the prescription and said he was too pretty to go to jail. Consumers save yourself time and aggravation by going elsewhere. Hospitals and doctors use technology today, and apparently that was the problem (the way the surgeon’s PA-C submitted, which is how they routinely submit). Horrible experience and our family will be contacting corporate. CVS, how about being there for your customers, and the patients you’re supposed to be serving?

I would have given a 0 if I could have. It's 5 p.m. me and my kids have been sitting in the car in line for 20 min. My son has a horrible eat infection. Whomever is working the window aloud someone to set at the window for 20+ min now. This is not my first experience like this. We won't be using this pharmacy. It's said after 8 years of loyalty. Good luck cvs.

My sister had surgery, and "Walter", the pharmacist was very rude and unprofessional. Her Rx was electronically sent from thr hospital. Pharmacist said he would not be going to jail for filling that script. He made her wait just to say at then end, she can get her medicine anywhere else, but she would not be getting it there, EVEN AFTER THE PHYSICIAN called to verify it. She went across the street to Walgreens, and paid out of pocket for her meds. Shame on you for treating a patient one day post op like that!Avoid this CVS at all costs..my sister will be driving further away to avoid this place!

I got prescriptions from them in November on my Florida Blue PPO Medicare insurance. I went back in December to refill the medication and they said they don’t take Florida Blue go across the street to Walgreens very rudely. Then they actually a week later refilled a prescription for me says they’re open till 9 PM and at 8:30 they’re closed. Do you know Walgreens they’re nice and they take your medication request and they refill it no problems no drama they’re kind and only across the street from CVS if I were a new customer with a new prescription skip CVS and go over to Walgreens

CVS is giving flu shots to veterans with their medical id. Also anyone on Medicare and other insurance. Service to veterans is exceptional ! Wonderful and caring staff in the pharmacy department. Special thanks for your concern and assistance. The Jensen Beach Pharmacist and crew should receive accolades for patient care. I've never received better service at any pharmacy. Go here for your flu shot. No pain ! You won't feel anything !😷 🇺🇸

My family have been customers of CVS for 30 years. I made excuses due to covid that things were not efficient but it has gotten worse. The pharmacy is understaffed! Being expected to care for customers at drive thru window- doing covid and flu shots and filling rx/ and answering phone. Have waited 35-45 mins on phone before getting answered. There is only two staff members and then closes down at lunch. For last TWO MONTHS was told New Rx will take 48 hours to fill. Had explained md wanted the rx started today due to hypertension Told no exceptions. Had to go to Emergency Room due to not getting pills last month. This week 4 NEW rx were sent to pharmacy at 10 am Thursday It is Saturday evening and have 4 New Rx Still Not Ready. Do not feel it is the staff fault they are friendly and put up with angry staff waiting and waiting The company needs to seriously consider losing their customers …my family is leaving!!!.

Beware if you go to a different Pharmacy make sure up front that they take your insurance I didn't know that they didn't take my insurance I went in and talked to the pharmacist Justin he took all my information didn't tell me they didn't take my insurance. All his comment was is how am I supposed to know well is it somebody's responsibility over there to be a little knowledgeable at their job that it's public that you're supposed to know everything about a pharmacist about their business how ridiculous is that. I'm very disappointed in his behavior Justin really needs to ask the questions like the pharmacy is supposed to be helpful and they think you're supposed to know everything about their job it's my responsibility to know about everything well I think that's really uncalled for very rude and obnoxious and cause me an awful lot of trouble😡

Just wanted to recognize Zara in Pharmacy! She is always ultra personable, pleasant and professional despite how crazy it gets back there!! I have seen on many occasions how she deals with angry customers and stressful situations. She is always poised, upbeat, friendly and exemplifies Customer Service!!!! CVS should be very proud to have Zara as part of their team!

CVS Jensen Beach is HORRIBLE. My wife refilled her meds, CVS needed an updated prescription from her doctor. The doctor sent the updated prescription, and instead of filling it, the pharmacy just placed it on hold. When my wife went in to question why it was on hold, she was told that she needed to contact the store and ask them to fill it. You would think that her request to fill it would be enough, but apparently not. And how can she request it to be filled when this store NEVER answers the phone? The pharmacists only response was "we're busy". HORRIBLE customer service

If you need a Covid test, pick any other place. You will schedule your appointment, leave home while feeling terrible, only for the system to invariably “not boot up”. They will also be unable to call a nurse practitioner because they’re “not open right now”. Conveniently though, they can sell you a kit to do it yourself at home for the low low price of $9.99. They’ll also give you an 800 number, just in case you’re in the mood to deal with an endless robo call while you battle symptoms of Covid. The very nice robo caller will, supposedly, walk you through the process of filling in your information online, in case you weren’t smart enough to enter your name where it says “NAME”, birthday where it says “BIRTHDAY”, and other self explanatory fill-in boxes. 10/10 would recommend.

Now I see why this store has atrocious reviews. Photos were developed June 11th, nobody called me to pick up. I go in on June 28th, and neither of two clerks can find them. I need to come back to have a manager perform a trace on the order number. I come in June 30th, but the manager has left for the day, so another clerk leaves the manager a note to call me. I get no call, so I return on July 7th and find the manager who says she has no ability to trace order numbers. Then she FINDS my photos which had been sitting in the small bin for over 3 weeks. Any discount for my troubles? "No, sorry, I can't do that."Well, I similarly can't leave you anything more than a one-star review.

They have a new pharmacist who barely can speak English- it's hard to understand the person. They cannot fill medication the same day bc they are low on staff.I have an idea CvS- pay your workers more, give them a better work environment, and you won't have a problem keeping employees.Also, tell the old people who come down here for vacation- to stay home and stop spreading g sick germs! Travelers- stop making it harder on locals to get what they need.In addition, if you don't like the state your in and their libral ways, don't vote for the people you voted into office. DO not come to my Florida and try to change us to a blue state!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible location. They installed an automated self check-out station so that nobody has to do their jobs and ring you out. They just sit behind the little mirrored box in the corner and ignore the fact that you want actual human services. The pharmacy is atrociously slow and complain that they are just "so behind." The better option is to go across the street to Walgreens where they do their job and actually care about customer service.

Send your prescriptions across the street to walgreens. Pharmacy is Horrible if your prescription requires customer service. The pharmacists are are educated in medicine but lack when it comes to organization or customer service. My prescription has to be called in and verified by me to fill. 9 out of 10 times that i call they keep me on hold for over 10 minutes. Now i just make a physical trip and even then they say they can't locate my prescribers request for my medication, EVERY TIME. Then its a waiting game until they can find it, which they eventually do every time.

Do not do passpprt photos at this location even tho their website and I store sign say that they do. Ask employee and she said it has not worked in over a year. Thanks for having me go into a public place unnecessarily during covid to get a service that they should provide but isn't...the Walgreens across the street is NOT doing photos either
