A great place to stop heading South past the Georgia border in Florida. The ladies room had four stalls plus a handicapped one, clean. There were plenty of snack options. But this morning they seemed to have many customers and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Overall, a nice medium/large sized, well-lit rest stop.

Seemed to be empty ( truck parking ) , lots of spots until well after evening time .Shower pressure was well, not the cleanest conditions though, wouldn’t spend too much time in there. Manager was friendly, as well as front desk staff. Shower attendant, you clearly missed a spot .

Not crowded but service inside was way less than good. Employees seemed to be wrapped up in their own problems and not interested in helping customers at the counter six people waiting for food orders and three employees having a lengthy discussion while ignoring everyone.Skip this place if you can make it to the next exit.

I love visiting Pilot around the country. This one is no exception. This is a beautiful truck stop with just about everything you'd need. The prices are fair, the food it's good, and there was no wait for a shower! 😊😊👍💞This Pilot had a Subway restaurant, Cinnabon, and a PJ Fresh Marketplace. We got the 1/2 chicken dinner with 2 sides and that was more than enough for us.The staff is friendly and accommodating and the restrooms are clean and stocked. The outside as well as the inside are well maintained.Whether you're a trucker or just someone who needs a tankful of gas, stop in here and check it out. You're bound to find something you love.

We travel often between Florida & Georgia and discovered this Pilot Travel Center. It is always clean, great restrooms, employees are friendly and helpful & the Subway is probably one of the best we’ve been to! We make a point to stop every time we go by!

Glad to see renovations are taking place, but cleaning and maintenance should still be conducted daily. This facility is very dirty. The bathrooms have not been cleaned in days.

Justin was GREAT. !!Hailey had attitude and probably shouldn't be in customer service unless she can be 100 percent customer friendlyBy 715 pm all soup tins/ buckets were empty.It is apparent more help is needed for this busy location at least in the evening.The next morning 3 employees stood over by cash registers talking about a new LOVES ❤ truck stop being built up the road while a single blonde girl was left to serve and ring up a whole line of people in the hot food area....I felt very sorry for her.Good shower and laundry facilities, as well as parking.Meatloaf dinner...way too expensive for what you get and not even a roll with butter....will not purchase that ever again.

Stopped at this pilot location and paid for a shower, after waiting for about an hour, I started noticing that I hadn't seen an employee going into the shower area to clean and release showers... When I went up front to confront an employee by the name of Jessica, she ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. It seems as tho there is a problem with your subordinates doing their job!And Jessica needs some character training in customer service!

It was pretty nice and awesome. Met cool people working. Everybody up in that pilot has great customer service skills. Will always stop by to shower and sit down to eat inside. Great food, great environment. Everyone else can try going there to eat subway etc...

All of The cappuccino buttons shot out water, only one cash register was working, because they were doing something with the ceiling, but the lady they had on the cash register was slow and the most unfriendly lady. This is the morning of January 8 at 7 AM. The lids do not stay on the coffee, the cinnamon buns were dry and hard. And what started the whole debacle was the pumps would not take our credit card outside.

I don’t know what happened at this gas station but it’s beyond gross on the womens side. Stopped here on a late night Trip and regretted it. Don’t waste your time if you need a stop with nice bathrooms and staff

Typical get everything here travel center. Lots of stuff inside for truckers, but there's a lot of different kinds of food here as well. By the apparently has its own meat and three counter now, but they also have a Subway and a cinnabon located inside as well. Gas is cheaper here than it was at the other two places around it.

Broken coffee machines and someone using degreaser on the ceiling air vents over the coffee area getting chemicals all over the coffee area. Gross! Poorly managed!!

Tried to use the bathroom. It was blocked by staff. No alternative. When having 4 teenagers, needing to use the bathroom - and being told we can’t even go in quickly (before cleaning started…))

On August 2, 2023, my family and I stopped by the Subway inside this location as we often have (20 times since 2018) for fuel or a bite to eat. This particular visit was much different. We encountered "Lilly" who was working at Subway. As she exited the stock room to wait on us her total disposition towards us was on full display. It seemed as if our mere presence irritated her. This even carried over to the manner in which she was preparing our food. She seemed to become agitated at each of us as we selected items for our sandwiches. Quite naturally if someone is handling your food in a way that's unappealing you're not going to want it! It was very apparent to us she didn't want to serve us, so we cancelled the order. Ultimately I asked for a manager while still at the store and told them what transpired. Someone in management needs to remind "Lilly" that customer service is paramount in the restaurant business. Furthermore, is this a common practice of hers or is it something she does frequently to certain groups of people? It needs to be addressed before it escalated into something that embarrasses Subway and the Pilot Travel Center Brands.

I'm very impressed with the way the employees go out of their way to help the customers. Just got off the phone with a lovely lady named Melissa who's helping me retrieve an item left behind. Many times we hear the bad and I just don't want their efforts to go unnoticed. I wanted to make sure people know there's still good out there.Thank you Melissa and either Denise or Bernice (who took the earlier call and held on to the item for us).

I was hesitant having read some reviews but we stopped in this morning on our drive to Alabama. Everyone was very friendly, the building was clean. No complaints! One of the employees saw me holding cinnabon cinnamon rolls (one of the reasons we stopped in - yum!!) and got some utensils for us. Loved the convenience of self checkout. Got pretty lucky on the scratchers here too, winning $10 off a $1 on a whim! 🙌🏻 Will add this rest stop to future visits in and out of FL.

Girl at the Cinnabon literally rolled her eyes and did a deep sigh because I took one of the cinnamon rolls she had just stacked up there. Very very rude!! She should not be working anywhere near customers.

6/24/23 - Rude, skinny, tattooed white lady (I'm white) was dropping F bombs because my wife wanted to buy some lottery tickets and apparently the black clerk was too young to sell them. The pumps don't have signs, but you have to go inside to prepay even when using a card. The pumps will take your card but ultimately tell you that you have to see the cashier. I went inside and I recommended to tattooed white lady that they should put signs on the pumps, and she rudely told me there were signs on the pumps. I told her I tried 3 pumps and none of them had signs. She snapped at me and told me there were signs out there. The black clerk politely said, "maybe somebody took down the signs". I went out to the 3 pumps - there were no signs. This lady should be fired just for dropping F bombs not to mention how aggressive she is with customers. I'm giving two stars because the black clerk was professional.

This Pilot is awesome, from the cleanliness, to food options, to the customer service. Ms. Melissa is awesome, she is very friendly and goes above and beyond with her customer service. When passing through this area again, we will most definitely stop here.

All I know is that who ever is in charge of cleaning the bathroom needs to be fired. It was nasty, 3 of the toilets were almost overflowing. The trash cans were overflowing the floors were nasty, paper everywhere. The smell was like bad body odor. Wasn't even any soap or paper towels to wash your hands . Unreal ..... I've been in truck stops from coast to coast over the years but this one surprised me because it's not that old.
