It is a very cool hardware store friendly staff. It is your one stop shop for pretty much anything you need. Feed, lawn, dog stuff cat stuff, Guns, ammo everything.

Since the renovation to Ace Hardware this store is number one. Now I don't have to drive over 25 miles to get all my hardware needs. The employees are still the most helpful and polite in the industry.

Went everywhere for a forklift key with no luck. My answer was within walking distance from my house. Why do I keep trying bigbox stores? Idk either but I promise it'll never happen again!! Service on point. Selection can NOT be beat.

Always helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable personnel. Greet regular customers by name. Never too busy to answer all my questions and give good advice. Enormous variety of goods for a small town store. Prices are a little high, but it is the only store of its kind for miles around.

It's a very small store but they pack a lot of stuff in it since it's the only hardware store / livestock supply store in Jasper they have to carry a lot of different things and I've been there quite a few times most of the time they'll have at least a few of the things I'm looking for and it's a lot easier going there than it is driving 36 40 miles one way to another city to get what you're looking for people there are very friendly.

The customer service is good. I enjoy going in and handing over a broken part and zoom they are off to find a replacement. So five stars on their CS. Bbbbbut their prices well some are too high and some are ridiculous . Don't waste your time if you need a fire arm or a knife. Or ammo. Or a gun safe !!!! Lol. But a nice place to go in grab a screw or nail or caulk in a pinch. And be back at the cabin way faster than heading to Lowe's. I will continue to shop there I will continue to complain about the prices. But I guess I could get off my lazy tail and open my own business and compete with them . Lol nope , life is too short to worry about it.
