I went to the store today and ask the boy at the register if he had any carts and he said, you come here enough you know better then that?? Like what....who talks like that in customer service, this store only had 2 carts is what he told me so I went to the Family Dollar.

The people at the Dollar General that I went to were very friendly, polite, and respectful people. The store was clean and organized and I was able to find what I was looking for very easily and quickly. They also had some really good deals going on. And the deals were clearly marked and understandable. I do hate however that Dollar General always seems to keep the bathrooms locked and that you always have to ask for a key to use the restroom and have to wait in the line to get the keys to the restroom. It must be in their policy to have them locked because every one I've ever been in is always the same way. I wish Dollar General would change this.

Prices miraculously change at the register to a higher price. Under staffed. Why can't they put up the darn stock? Aisles are blocked with a lot of new stock in boxes. All the time. I bought two items that were supposed to be $8.00 they cost $9.50. I said mame the shelf says $8. ( 15 people in line) she walks to the shelf and comes back and said if you have a digital coupon. I didn't have a digital coupon and they're 15 people in behind me that want to get out of the store and the store itself is a fire hazard because of all the stuff in the aisles. If I Were A Dollar General district manager I would lock the front door and make all the employees clean the store. Put everything away have a Paving Company come fix the freaking parking lot. Then I would reopen the store that place is filthy and needs to be cleaned.

I quut going to thus store because no matter what day i went there, there always boxes in the isles where I had to walk to the next Iine to get what I wanted. When I walk in the stire, the floors don't look like they've been mopped in days or weeks. The people are not very friendly and when I check out there is a line with about 10 people in line waiting to be checked and only one register open but two or more people working and only one checking people out while the other employee is just standing around.

This store is in total disarray. It is dirty and not stocked. Merchandise is sitting in aisle to be put away disgrace to dollar general. Can't find what I need prefer not to shop here will drive to another store.

People spend a long time here.. its because hours are bad and only 2 registers work. Once one person was working and there was an extremely long line. The employees don't like working here because the hours.

These stores are so crowded up. There is always stock sitting in the middle of aisles. You can barely maneuver the aisles..

Most of the time there is only 1 cashier and an extremely long line! It is also crowded with unpacked merchandise in the isles.

Parking lot is a little small for the amount of customers that come into the store. Otherwise very clean and curtious staff.

Actually the only reason I was in the store is because coca cola was on sale. I'd much rather shop at family Dollar.
