This Woof Gang is the best boutique pet store around! Their bakery/cookie selection is far better than any other store we have ever seen. We came in for a some treats for our Harley’s birthday and left with cookies, donuts, and a bag of mix and match treats. They offer custom writing on cakes! We cannot wait to use that service in the future. Thank you to the owner, Michelle, who loved on our Harley girl and gave her all of the belly rubs for her birthday! Harley found a new best friend at Woof Gang in St. John’s Town Center

Came in for our first time to treat our pup to some birthday treats and even though it was just a few minutes to close the staff went above and beyond to make Taz’s day extra special! They gave us a birthday bandana and even a sweet birthday note card. We’ll be back again soon!

After many a disastrous haircut, I took a chance on Woofgang grooming and I could not be happier. Kaitlyn did such an amazing job!!! My girl couldn’t look cuter. This is exactly the cut that I never knew she needed. We’ve already received a ton of compliments on our walk around the neighborhood. I will definitely be back. Everyone who works there is so warm and you can tell this is their passion. My dog got so many cuddles (and treats). It makes me feel so good knowing that she’s cared for and in good hands.

We had an amazing first visit here! The owner was so welcoming and helpful and the groomer was so considerate in making sure my dog was a comfortable during her appointment. I scheduled a Mini Groom for my Corgi and added on a deshedding service as well. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I brought my koda to kaitlyn and was not disappointed!! he is a very high stressful and anxiety filled dog. she did amazing with him and made him as comfortable as possible while still being able to get him perfectly. The field cocker spaniels are hard to get their hair cut down but can say she did PERFECTLY with him being her first cocker client.

We love coming to Woof Gang! They take such good care of our baby Penny and the groomers do a fantastic job. Shout out to Kyle and Kaitlyn for doing such a great job with Penny's grooming 🌸🙌 We especially love the little cards, photos and treats we always get!

My dog can be super skittish when it comes to grooming and hair trimming and Kaitlyn did an amazing job with keeping him calm throughout the entire process. She had treats available to make it a more welcoming experience for him and by the time she was done I’m pretty sure he didn’t want to leave. Not only does he look amazing but he smells amazing too! 10000/10 I will be back!

They were so helpful and professional! It was my fur baby’s first time getting any grooming service at this location, and they answered all of my questions and Kim was VERY quick! And I got such a sweet Mother’s Day card! We will be back!

We were visiting friends in Jax last week who live at 5 Thousand Apartments and they were telling us about Woof Gang.What an amazing place. I wish this exact store with the same owners would open a store in KS where we are from! My dogs would go crazy in this store.This is definitely be a must stop every time we come to Jacksonville to load up on treats and toys for the pups!

Great boutique store in a great location! The store is spotless. The owners are great and one is always there - really adds a great touch to the experience. The grooming salon is spotless (and our appointment was towards the end of the day). Very impressed overall with our experience. We cannot wait to return!

I took my Pomeranian for grooming almost three months ago and they made a mess. I didn't say anything that day because I was in shock. I showed them photos of how she should look, but they cut all of my dog's hair. It's been almost 3 months now, and her hair is not even close to what it used to be. Every time I see her, it makes me angry, and I regret taking her there. The vet told me that it's highly likely that her coat will never be the same again and that a Pomeranian should never be shaved like that. The owners of this place are very nice, but it's a shame that they don't know what they're doing.

Looking for a great place that carries fresh made good for your dog treats, high quality foods and packaged treats this is the place to go! On top of that they offer various grooming options. It was so refreshing to be treated with care and kindness! Will definitely be going back

Amazingly friendly professional place! My dog have never looked like that he was happy so do I. Will highly recommend this place for your pet. Incredible loving animals stuff. I would know if something went wrong Cooper would show it but he was absolutely satisfied❤️💕

Had a wonderful experience at this Woofgang location! My Mini AussieSocks was scared being in a new place, but the staff made him feel so comfortable and he warmed up in no time (with lots of treat bribes). The owners were polite and friendly and our groomer, Emily, listened to exactly what we wanted and did a terrific job! Will absolutely be back for a spa day and a treat run!

The best groomer I’ve found! I also use the Fleming island location and they’re equally good. My dog always looks great and is happy when I pick him up. Everyone is so nice and gives great suggestions to services and products. My dog is a Pomsky so he has thick, long hair and lots of it. Woofgang has been the only place that has groomed him well since I’ve moved to Florida. He looks awesome!
