My oldest boy has really bad anxiety and every other place he has gone, he will whine, pull away, chew through things.Only at woof gang when he goes in for his pawdicure (nail grind or trim), is he super well behaved and calm. He feels safe. And as a mom to an anxious pup, that’s so relieving and great to know.All of the groomers have been great and we’ve been coming here for his nail trims for nearly 3 years now.

Have always paid $20 for 2 dashhounds which 1 is a mini to have there nails cut, today my husband was told we were being charged wrong for over a year and that it would be $50 to cut their toenails. Go somewhere else don't get ripped off by these people just to have your dog's nails cut there's plenty of other places around Jacksonville.

My first experience was stellar. Exemplary customer service and excellent grooming. However I went back after a few months and I am exceedingly disappointed. My dogs were not properly groomed at all. My Shih Tzu still had tangles in her hair in more than one place and her sanitary cut was incomplete. I paid extra to have her paws trimmed as well and that did not happen. My husky was scheduled for a deshedding and that was incomplete as well. He also did not have his paws trimmed despite my payment for this service. I was in a rush and did not notice until I returned home with my dogs. The customer service was also subpar. I am immensely disappointed with my most recent service. I will return due to the exemplary experience I had the first time. I sincerely hope there will be positive changes next time.

Best little doggy store I have visited since mine went out of business. I don't have a pet but have friends who do. It wouldn't be right to forget one at Christmas. I bought several Christmas "cookie" doggy treats that are baked in house. Briefly looking around the store it was very obvious that they are a high quality pet food vendor. Pet toys are also available here. If you want great quality food and treats for your pup, this is the place!

Great service and very friendly groomers, this was Flints second grooming. He came back matted and extremely dirty after 2 weeks away at boarding for training, in which I wasn't happy about. But the groomer did her magic and gave him this beautiful summer cut. I had specifically asked her to keep his face long but they do usually cut it shorter. I just love his mustache lol 😍 we are going back just to trim his chin in which the groomer had asked if I wanted I trimmed but I said no at the time. I changed my mind and they happily said they'd trim it when I go back tomorrow.

If you live your pet, you can come here and prove it! Every type of dog treat you can imagine. Lots of homemade treats. Pretty reasonable prices and a vast selection to choose from.Great for pet birthday items.Their whole bones and antlers are great and last a very long time.Amazing flavor varieties to choose from.And to cap it all off: a super friendly and helpful staff willing to answer or find the answer to any question(s) you may have.Check it out!

Groomer (blonde) literally proclaimed she hates my breed of dog (German Shepherd). She yelled to her boss that "I hate these dogs and you always make me clean them". After processing what happened, I asked for my dog back. I could hear him crying from behind the wall. They kept delaying saying "hes wet" etc.DO NOT take your german shepherd here. Honestly with service like that, I would never take any dog here. Im in shock.

I went here in hopes for a dog bakery for a birthday celebration for my 3 gsd pups. Its in Avondale so parking is very limited on that road. The place was very nice and so were the staff. They had exactly what i was looking for. They sell many baked goods, toys , some dog foods and grooming products as well. I would definitely go back for a treat for my babies.

Haleigh was able to get my puppy in very quickly for a grooming, she is also very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked questions about pricing and the packages. Caitlyn was very nice when I brought my dog in and groomed her exactly the way I requested and my dog was not clawing me when I picked her up (which is a major plus)!!! Treats and grooming packages are super affordable. I will not take my dog anywhere else anymore!

Visiting town we found this gem. They took amazing care of our pups and their front desk girl was nothing short of attentive and friendly! She made great recommendations and we left with two happy fur babies. We will be back in our next visit!

I have yet to visit this shop and I'm already in love! Our groomer recently moved here and I called to make an appointmen. Bailey was friendly, kind, patient, sweet and professional. She went out of her way to make sure that our grooming experience would be the very best that Woof Gang has to offer. I am very excited that we will be taking our dogs to be groomed here. Our groomer Bethany is top-notch and I hope that her stay here will be a happy and long-lived one.

I went into this new adorable pet store this week! I got a bag of goodies, a few cute and fun toys and will be back with my dogs for grooming services soon. I have to give credit to the cute young girl who works in the shop (and her adorable puppy) because even though I only spent around $50, I was treated as if I was their best customer. It’s so nice to encounter friendly and helpful customer service people who smile. What a great addition to Avondale!

This was my second time going to this place since I have moved very close for grooming. Last time I made a day off appointment which made me super happy because I don’t always know what day I have completely off to be able to drop my dog off and pick up. I made it this time and when I arrived the poor girl who worked in the front told the groomer I was there and he started to scream and cuss at her that she did not ask him first before she made the appointment and I could hear the whole thing. At that point I obviously did not want my dog seen by someone who was that upset about doing his job and talks to anyone like that. I will be back Saturday to try one more time (with a different groomer) and the lady at the front even said she would give me 20% off which I really do appreciate. I can’t believe that employee works in a place that seems to represent itself so well.

We called yesterday to see if they groom cats and sure enough they do and got us in the next morning super early!! It was really nice because they make sure to schedule you when there won’t be many (if any at all) dogs around for grooming. Our little Gwen was able to get a bath and mini groom which took care of the pads of her feet (super awesome if you’re having problems with tracking litter throughout the house!). They were very nice and professional and gave Gwen all the love she needed after her favorite experience (ha ha). I would definitely recommend going here if you’re a cat (or pupper) parent looking for some bathing/grooming help!

I’ve brought my dog here once for grooming and they did a fantastic job, but this review isn’t about their skilled grooming or their homemade treats or their fair prices - it’s about my experience today when I came in to purchase a cheap replacement leash. I’ve been out of town for almost two weeks so I kept my dog at my parents’ house in Palatka. I picked him up today and realized when I got back home that I forgot his leash. I didn’t feel like going to target and I knew Woof Gang sold leashes and they’re only a minute from my home. When I walked in, the woman welcomed me in and asked if she help me find anything. I started to tell her my story and before I could even finish it she offered to see if they had any donor leashes that she could give me. Her generosity caught me so off guard that I thanked her, took the leash, and left. I called my mom and told her the story and she reminded me that I should’ve bought something! I wanted to write this review to let any prospective customers out there know that this business is here because they care. I plan to return the leash and buy some treats, as well as continue to have my dog groomed there. I appreciate the generosity and it really made an impact. As long as I live in Jacksonville, Woof Gang will continue to have my business. Thank you for caring.
