Food safety is very important in a place where they serve fresh food cooked on site. And also bake fresh baked goods. FOOD SANITATION & FOOD SAFETY PROCEDURES HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED. EMPLOYEES SHOULD HAVE CLEAN UNIFORMS & WASH THEIR HANDS CONTINUALLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY. MOST IMPORTANT RESTROOMS HAVE TO BE SUPER CLEAN AND DISINFECTED THROUGHOUT THE DAY. ALSO IMPORTANT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOST OF THE CASHIER'S ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DO NOT GREET YOU OR MAKE YOU FEEL APPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER. FLOOR STAFF ARE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. BUT NOT THE CASHIER'S. THE MENS RESTROOM IS DISGUSTING. I WOULD NOT BUY FOOD COOKED ONSITE AT THIS LOCATION. NO EXCUSE. There are no paper towels in the restroom to dry your hands. Or soap in the dispenser. Employee wash your hands sign, not in the right location. Or even noticeable.

This is the closest grocery store to me. I use public transportation, Uber, or hitch a ride with a friend. living in a food desert is difficult at times so I'm grateful that this grocery store is easily accessible and on the green line. The store itself is a typical Winn-Dixie great deals friendly customer service. It is everything you would expect from a grocery store.

It's convenient to stop on the way home from work. The prices are on the expensive side as it used to be a Publix now merged with Harvey's.Also the cashiers are friendly for the most part.I have had inconveniences on a few occasions with the deli people slicing me a pound of ham like I'm bothering them to do their job.Also on a few occasions customers were rude to me. I believe because I am a light skinned American.

Great prices and inventory for groceries and wine. And don't forget to use your loyalty card to save more money and get good deals. Groceries have gotten expensive and every saving counts! Just never forget to check dates before you buy no matter where you are at! Happy shopping and eating! Cheers!!!!

Went into store today on 3/6/2024. Had the worst service ever by customer service representative Stacy. This person was completely unprofessional. I stood in line waiting on this person to purchase 4 lottery tickets. She was on her phone with a friend that was not a customer looking in his phone at a baby discussing who the child resembles. While I waited for this staff member to finish her conversation with her friend another person came in line. Another Winn Dixie cashier that was in the line cleared her throat and said excuse me ma’am you have a customer in line. She said no I don’t and continued to talk with her friend and then proceeded to ask me how she could help. What a waste of time and total disrespect to customers waiting. This is a horrible look for the Winn Dixie in the Norwood plaza. I don’t plan to return to this location again. The Northside deserves much better.

The Products I needed were available. This was Sunday evening. So, all appearances were lacking. Area around entrances were trashy. The Deli food was cooked to a crisp! No attendants in sight.Charred chicken wings, collards, a couple other sides. Cashier was on phone with Family as She served.God Bless 💜

This is a pretty nice location. The store is clean and well stocked. I come here to get the riblets from the hot bar. They also have chicken wings and other side dishes like macaroni and cheese as well as collards and fried rice. Everyone is always very nice and there are sales on different products every week. They have security on duty to keep everyone safe.

I went on the grand opening day. The inside is really nice and they had an area by the deli with all different types of freshly cooked food. There were alot of employees there and they were really helpful. I will admit that I was expecting it to look different from Publix on the inside but I'm glad the store is finally open.

This Winn-Dixie was formerly Publix that ended their lease during the pandemic. Amazingly Publix left most of it's equipment behind greatly enhancing this Winn-Dixie's image. Post pandemic, .... always understaffed. Prices through the roof for foods and goods, but best large grocery store in area.

Super parking spaces close to the store. Excellent customer service. Cashiers very nice and helpful, they bagged and put it on the shopping cart. Store clean and quiet. Good prices and accept discount coupons, and I saved substantial money. Only bad thing was, store doesn't have olives anywhere in shelves.

Cashier tried to steal money on return of making change! absolutely ridiculous for the lady I watched this happen to and not to mention the cashier was very rude on top of it all!! I was two people behind her during this, I heard her say desire being her name please get rid of this employee will not be returning

Employees are nasty to customers. The deli person wouldn’t take 5 min of her time to cut lunch meat so she could finish her work cuz she was late. Every other department was on point but deli. Shameful really.

They have good deals and free items at certain times and they gave me a free carton of their Prestige ice-cream for my birthday! I picked the tropical neopolitan, it was delish. It's best to sign up for an account with your phone number to get the real good deals. Pay attention to their sale ads and emails. The store is always well stocked and is a nice clean place to shop. I am a regular shopper there.

CASHIER KRISTIAN needs some additional training. There should be no reason a cashier has a attitude because he has to ring up customers. That's literally his job. If Management is going to hire these young adults make sure they actually have the tools to be successful or be a lot more selective to whom you give a job too.

The day that I went in to use the men's restroom at Gateway Town Center, I was disappointed with the condition. It had an overwhelming smell of urine, the walls were nasty 🤢 with what looks like some men have been slinging nose content everywhere, and so much more I care not to mention; too gross! This was never a problem when ...... inhabited this store!
