Need more workers at night The place was very crowded with things and the aisles but security and full effect. Love that it has a gas station on the company's space.

Josh and Demetrius were always a great help to me when I was here. Especially the man, the myth, the legend. The manager in electronics. Store managers took a while to warm up to me but I still miss everyone there. And shout-out to my boy Curtis if he is still there.

I have been to this store numerous times and I’ve never seen carts actually in the store waiting for customers. The employees are always nice. The parking lot is awful and pretty much the only place to find a cart. This store more than any other is likely to be out of stock. I try and shop at other Walmarts.

Like seriously! Out of all the Walmarts in Jacksonville, this has got to be by far the worst. I recently visited the regency Walmart and it was superb! They had about 20 cashiers on hand and all self checkouts were open. I was in shock and then lo and behold I go into the Walmart in my area Normandy! Only half of the self checkouts were open, and there were two cashiers. Needless to say lines were wrapped around the store as usual. We really need another Walmart or neighborhood Walmart in this area. Would be ideal! Since we are in somewhat of a food desert anyway. Let’s get it together. Prices are high and going in this store so is tensions.

The customer service sucks hereThere staff acts like they don't want to be there they act like they have somewhere else to be... And u have to stand in line for it seems like for days before you even get to check outAnd trying to find everything you are there buy is so impossible... It's very stressful going there even for something smallI would rather go somewhere else or just order my stuff online and bring to my door so I don't have to face all the stress and negativity come in and out of that place .... It's just straight negative vibes all the way around

If zero stars was an option, I would put that.Most disrespectful employees I have ever encountered. Two employees unloading a pallet next to the maternity section knocked over a stack of boxes, and then proceeded to kick them into my pregnant wife. No apology, no attempt to even move them out of our way. Instead, they gave us a glare as if WE were the ones that knocked it over, and WE were in the wrong, just for trying to get clothes.I want to know what gives these employees the idea that intentionally shoving boxes into customers, not even to mention, a PREGNANT customer, is okay. What went wrong in the hiring process for that to be acceptable.The store reeks of food gone bad, and old mop water. The parking lot is just littered with trash, shelves are in complete disarray, making it near impossible to find anything youre looking for. It was a mistake to come here, and I can not, in good faith, recomend that anyonr make the same mistake we did.We will never be returning.

They need help organizing their cosmetic department. I was looking at the elf concealer, and they were all mixed up. And, the teas hadn't been stocked in days. The neighborhood market is neatly and better stocked.

This is far and away one of the worst Walmart's I have shopped at, hands down, ever. Unfortunately, it's my Walmart, or rather the closest one to me. I have ordered groceries online, for pickup, and for delivery, yet somehow, it's messed up every single time. What's really crazy is when you go in the store, you can fix your own order, because the stuff you didn't get was there the whole time. It's sort of like: Surprise, it's do it yourself day everyone! BUT, do it yourself day does not come with a shopping cart, because this place is a zoo of people on a good day! Enjoy those groceries I paid for and have to wait to get a refund for whoever you are.

Aside from the invasion of PERSONAL SPACE during checkout, by the staff members who are only "doing their job.", I will say honestly my trips to Walmart are quite PLEASANT! I'd rather them stand several feet away and stare me down completely, this way the assigned staff and myself understands that I'm being watched and scrutinized by he or she "just because". Lol. #notfunnyatall

We live in walmart. Lol. You can't beat the prices. They have a large variety of items like food and other miscellaneous things. We love doing a pickup but they always seem to mess it up and then they charged us once for an order we never picked up. We never did get refunded for it. I even disputed it with Wells Fargo but they sided with Walmart. Unbelievable. It was like $80 to very very disappointed about that

Walmart on Normandy has really went down hill bad especially their pharmacy I have been using them for over 25years and this is the worst that it has been I recently was diagnosed with diabetes and needed 2 insulin types and all the gizmos to go with it they drug around filling the order day's later and still I haven't received the lancets for my meter kit I am truly considering transferring all my prescriptions to Publix the pharmacist didn't want to take the time to consult me about how to use everything told me to check with my Dr. And one of my other meds was supposed to be shipped like the lancets they put back instead totally sorry performance from this store

we get in and out really quick it is like Zombieland from the homeless in the parking lots begging for nickels to the ex-cons working inside to the security thinking everyone's a Thief we only go there if we have to and half the time they ain't got it - I couldn't get a cowboy belt they don't sell them well they do sell men's lace panties now boy the world sure has changed since Biden has got in office Okay here's a new update the parking lot looks a lot cleaner I don't see too many people walking around Bumming money anymore

No one to help in pharmacy but @ checkouts, plenty of help! I was thankful the girl with dark curly hair & another with pinkish colored hair were very helpful & kind to me. They were both very helpful even though they could have ignored my problems several times. Instead they were extremely thoughtful although the problem I had really wasn't in their scope of their work. ( it had 2 do with my ins. carrier). I wish I could have caught their names, but because they were so busy doing their jobs, I couldn't see their name tags as they maneuvered around to help this 1 & then another. But I wanted to thank them so much! When I left the Normandy blvd store in Jax., they were about 2 close New Years Eve. I wish in some way, u could let them know how appreciative I was as I haven't always felt 'the love'@ wm

Money center is always closed. Staff never has a clue what time it’s supposed to be open and they have one human on earth who can do it and they’re never there. Anyways staff is awful, apathetic and the “security guard” threatened me for asking a manager about it. The cop they called was cool tho

The curbside is awful, they have to many people picking up cutting people off to get a spot, you go in to pick up your items and they tell you your NOT ALLOWED and have to pick up curbside. Staff are not helpful. Why have designated times to pick up when nobody follows the time slots. And knowing that why tell customers they are not allowed to go inside and PICK UP A PICK UP ORDER. Another reason why I do not like Walmart and would rather pay extra and shop somewhere else.

Too many Walmart order pullers, they run over you if you let them. Too much in isle, can't even get through. When the store is closed is when all that should be done. Stocking and grocery pullers.

I was bought a $59 pack n play for my baby shower. She didn’t know I already had one that I previously purchased from Walmart. I went in to try to just get store credit because I didn’t have the receipt. The Customer Service rep did everything she could but when a team leader, Amber was called, Amber was a little rude talking to us. I was told Management could override the policy prior to having them called. Then Amber told me she couldn’t. Courtney who is the Store Manager delegated to Amber to talk to us because she was busy checking out a customer.We left and I called Walmart Corporate who said they could help get it taken care of if we went back into the store while on the phone with her. We did. Amber came back and stated she was the store manager and they couldn’t do it. Then Courtney came over with a couple other people and Security.

Plenty of staff everywhere who were very friendly and helpful. Overfilled with stock, found what I was looking for pretty fast. Parking is very busy. Tremendous amount of Christmas decor.

i was at self check out the lady at self check out was very rude and had a attitude when i had to take something out my cart i paid $5 in cash and i was going to use walmart pay for the rest walmart pay wasn’t working and the lady wouldn’t help me extremely rude i’ll never come to this walmart again. they got $5 from me for free because they didn’t want to help from the beginning i’d rather drive a further distance to a different walmart then ever come back to this one. disgusting.

Daily delivery service does Not exist. Every time I try to place an order for my dad it never gets delivered. I call and speak to the delivery manager and she is always rude and will hang the phone up while you're still talking. Their advertised same day delivery Is A LIE !!!

I was out driving Uber and I ended up by this Walmart Supercenter. I had to go in and get a few items that are most convenient to find at Walmart. I was overwhelmed by the size of this store. It seems bigger than most Walmart stores but I did find my desired items easily and checked out quickly through the self check out line. I was extremely happy with the convenience and cleanliness of this store. I will be back.

They wouldn't cash my government check there because I have no "history ".The prices are pretty great but the hassle of their policies leaves a bittersweet taste in my mouth.

I had a emergency at work where my right shoe had bust open,I went to Walmart to find some slip resistance work shoes and they definitely had varieties of the low as $10..😱 I definitely found me some shoes in less than 5 mins...

I've been shopping here for approximately 10 years and necessary worst bringing shorter tried to buy your grocery bag I have tried to buy steaks for my dinner for the past two months and they haven't had any every time I come I can buy 25% on what I come for then I'm supposed to come back again and then I supposed to buy 25% again so it takes me a month to get what I should get in one visit I think it's time for everybody to go to public or Winn-Dixie just is getting freaking ridiculous

The staffing of management is terrible. Need a person to unlock everything and "no one can find the manager" - associates words. And when you ask any associate is there anyone with keys or a manager and they don't know who is in charge.There is no way one manager at customer service that isn't even open can't give keys to anyone. 30mins waiting, coming in twice different times of the day and doesn't matter there isn't anyone available ever.
