This pharmacy has gone steadily from a great pharmacy to a pathetic pharmacy in the last couple of years- Service is horrible: Pharmacists are still good; the techs at times carry themselves with an attitude like people behind the counters in some remote gas stations.The lines at the drive-through gets worse every time.Have to move out of here; the location as convenient but service is unbearable.

I came into this Walgreens location on Monday approximately at 1pm on Monday April 29th to get a bath sponge. ( worst toughest bath sponges btw) I was in rush but the evil look I got from the brunette stocking a shelf because I interrupted her conversation with her co worker talking her boss making redo something to ask her where to find it. Just a shame. Plus all all self care shelves at this location. Just empty. Don’t come here. Whoever orders things . They are always out of product here. Customer service was so bad but the fish rots from the head. No wonder 2 stars.

Minh deserves a raise. He bent over backwards without my asking and got my daughters meds refilled when the other Walgreens closed. She was super sick and he showed such compassion and concern to get her meds to get her better. Will definitely drive out of my way to come to this Walgreens again.

My doctor sent a simple antibiotic and a sore throat spray at 10am and I called at 1pm,4pm and 7pm before I Finally was able to speak to someone, they said give us 20-30 minutes and it will be ready. So I make the 30 minute drive, wait 16 minutes in the drive thru for Reggie to slowly move to the shelf and grab only one of my prescriptions, when I asked about the other he said I have to come inside and get it myself since they sell it over the counter. I have 2 sick babies under 5 sleeping in the backseat so obviously I can’t !!! I asked why was only half the prescription filled when I’ve waited 10 hours, this pathetic excuse of an employee could not care less and just repeated “you have to come inside”. So rude and just absolutely disgusting the lack of integrity. You should be ashamed.

Pharmacy is the only thing lacking here. If corporate reads this they need a restructure badly. They make excuses because they are so behind, anything they can think of is said. I’m certain it’s because of the work overload and that is making the people suffer. Please hire more people and have someone who won’t let them slide with telling customers that their prescription is delayed a week because the doctor did this or the system must have not received an entire prescription. It’s laughable and we all know the real reason. Patient/ doctor relationships are suffering and the people who send their prescriptions to your horrible system are suffering.

The pharmacist changed my prescription without consulting with my doctor. That's a great way to make extra money but it's illegal. When I called he was very unprofessional. When I order refills they just let them sit there for a week and never fill them until I call to ask them if there's a problem. I don't know what's going on there. I complained to corporate but nobody ever called. I had to switch all my prescriptions to Publix. At least they treat you like you're a human being.

Absolutely horrible!! If you like to wait & wait & wait this is the place for you. No matter what time or day you come it will be at least 30 minutes to pick up a prescription.

Been here a half dozen times in the last few months, very happy so far. Haven't seen a line yet and always leave with what I'm looking for and the little old lady at the counter is a charm.

Bad customer service. On June 18th me and my fiancée was shopping at Walgreens. We asked a lady for help. I should have gotten her name. She was absolutely rude and nasty when we asked her for help to buy cologne. She stated she was busy and she will get to us when she could. Also didn’t want to wait to check us out. Walgreens really should hire people that work towards providing excellent customer service skills. I will say that our cashier was sweet.I will be making a corporate complaint.

WALGREENS IS TOO CHEAP to employ a sufficient amount of people for the pharmacy. Every single time I come in this horrible store, there is one person ruining the drive-thru and in-store register alone. This time it was 8PM, yet there was still a line of 6 people inside and 4 cars in the drive-thru. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. This was finally enough to make me remember to change pharmacies, so I won't be back.

Pharmacy is terrible. Not only understaffed and chronically low on stock, the level of rudeness by one particular technician is absolutely absurd. His bordering-on-hostile tone in response to my inquiry on the status of prescription this afternoon (after waiting on hold for more than 10 minutes mind you) was the last straw. I'll be taking my business elsewhere . . . not that they'll notice, or even care for that matter. In short, I would avoid this pharmacy.

Best job and team I have ever worked with! I love the pharmacy and love helping the customers, just wishing that people would understand the circumstances the pharmacy goes through. There aren't many of us and we are trying to balance and fill hundreds of prescriptions that are hand counted before the times that they are due. There are days when the technician filling prescriptions gets stuck on the phone for hours and can't resume filling the medications. I wish some people would give us some grace, we really truly care for the customers here, however, we can only do so much. I understand the frustration of not having your medicine ready but if you're calm and understanding I am more than happy to rush your medication for your needs! We love to help, just bare with us!

Edit: a guy named Bill was so incredibly rude to my family and kept making comments and giving dirty looks. I am absolutely appalled at how he is still working there after his comments were heard by other staff.The pharmacy desperately needs more personnel to fulfull prescriptions! Almost an hour on hold just to see if my baby's prescription is ready. Every time I drive to go pick it up, it's never ready because they don't have it, or there are "insurance issues", or there are 6 people in line and there's only one person working the pharmacy counter and drive thru at the SAME TIME. Baically you have to pick on whether you wait in the car or on the phone for the same amount of time.

The staff of this pharmacy are excellent. They're clearly understaffed and overworked, but still are the only folks I want to deal with regarding my mother's medications. Thank you for your hard work and diligence.

Hands down the worst Walgreens on the face of the earth! They are always out of the medication that I need. It will be on back order 2 weeks to over a month. I have been out of specific prescriptions for over a week now and I feel like I want to cry. At this point I am going to CVS. I have called them every day and have stressed that my medications need to be filled but no one seems to care. All they tell me is I’m on a waiting list and that they don’t know when the truck will come for orders. Once I tried to pick up my birth control and had one pharmacy tech tell me my health insurance “expired” ???? Uhm no honey it’s not, Learn to read. Called my insurance and they said everything was up to date. Ended up sending it to another Walgreens that is farther from my house than I’d like. That Walgreens said my insurance was perfectly fine and filled my prescription WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I am a registered nurse and have never dealt with a pharmacy like this. Not even at my place of employment. I never write reviews but I felt this needed to be said. Shame on you Walgreens. Also by the way, covid restrictions are no longer in effect just wanted to make sure you all were aware. JUST SOME FOOD TOR THOUGHT

This has to be the worst pharmacy ever!!! Called the the other day about my prescription. The person told me my order should be ready by 2pm.. I called at 2:15 p.m. to see if I can pick up my prescription and pharmacist said they haven't ordered my meds. Told me it should be in tomorrow. Now 10 days later they still haven't got my medication in and I've got told 10 different things by 10 different people. They should literally fire everybody in the pharmacy!! This is the worst run Walgreens I've ever seen!!

I don't know what's going on with this Walgreens, but it's one of the worst I've been to. I had an item to return and the clerk needed assistance from a co-worker. The co-worker was clearly annoyed, did a lot of sighing, and barked orders at me like I was child. And for some reason she needed to scan my ID to credit my card back (huh?). I found this odd since my ID was not required for the original purchase. I recently moved near this location but will make a special trip to my old location, just to avoid this one.

Update: Went there to get my vaccine booster because my first 3 shots were at Walgreens . . . Huge mistake. I was the only patient inside. There were at least 5 employees behind the counter. My appt. was at 2:35. I got there right before 2:35. I am still sitting here at 3:05 while they check people out in the drive-thru. They took my vaccine card in the back and already had me fill out the paperwork, or else I would leave and do this elsewhere. PLEASE DON'T USE WALGREENS PHARMACY. YOU'LL REGRET IT.The worst pharmacy in Jacksonville. They lie about when prescriptions will be ready so that you have to drive there only to find out that your prescription isn't ready. On top of that, the pharmacist is a rude and uncaring. The pharmacy technician is nice.

Worst Walgreen's pharmacy I've ever been to & I've always chosen Walgreens as my pharmacy & drugstore of choice. In the Baymeadows area, unfortunately this one is the most convenient for me. The long lines at the drive-through are proof of their inability to be efficient and on top of things. I've never experienced such long lines and waiting in my life. It's absurd. Either hire more people or manage something better. The building is dirty, weeds growing all around, lawn not groomed, it's just gross. Whomever owns & or manages this Walgreens obviously doesn't care. It's terrible & during Covid & hard times finding people to work is no excuse. Covid is in the PAST and even during is still no excuse for the long lines and lack of building maintenance. Zero stars in my opinion.

This business is a scam. I used anGood RX coupon the first visit and received the script for 65$. Went back to pick up a refill and they try to charge over $300 for the same prescription. The drug is available online for $100 without insurance. Never again 👎.

Worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with! My prescriptions were called in ahead of time by my doctor. Four people behind the counter, I waited in line at pharmacy for 24 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Then found out I had to wait 40 more minutes before the prescription would be ready. Came back to the drive-thru line after the prescription should be ready. Waited another 30 minutes for them to tell me that they never filled the prescription

Waited more than half an hour in line today for a medication that was supposed to be filled yesterday after receiving a text yesterday that it was ready for pickup at noon. Was told there was an insurance hold on there that they gave no notification for, and thar was resolved in less than a minute. Was then told it would take at least an hour, because instead of it actually being ready, the pharmacist hadn't even reviewed it yet. Seems like lines would be shorter if they didn't tell folks to come pick up meds if they aren't actually ready

Unprofessional, uncaring pharmacy! You show up for 11:45 a.m booster shot, and it is 12 30 now, and still waiting! Greed is the problem! They should not book 4 appointments in one hour, if they can only Handel one appointment in one hour! Also, I heard that:”pharmacist staff were shopping instead of talking and calming down the frustrated people waiting for their shot! Where is the caring in health care? Its all about money fox! Not caring about her or him!

I have been going to this Walgreens for about a decade now and the staff has always been extremely pleasant and helpful. The pharmacy can be a bit understaffed at times, but that has nothing to do with the pharmacists themselves. They are warm and caring and put up with my many questions without getting annoyed. I know I would get annoyed if I were a pharmacist/technical dealing with me, but they are always kind. They always go out of their way to order (overnight even) a drug that they don't have in stock. Very cool I highly recommend this story.

Today 2/22/22 at 6:10 PM there were 8 people in line. I had a return and noticed that Manuel was opening the register in cosmetics for Joann, so I got in line behind Joann. Joann says, “Can we help you?” with what I considered to be attitude.I said, “yes I have a return and there are 8 people in line.” She then said, after walking up to look at the line, “well he just opened for me because I asked him too.”I said, “great customer service” went to look for what I needed, and there wasn’t any on the shelf.Went back to the front there were two people in line and the skinny black girl with orange hair in an updo looked right at me and walked away from her register.I was able to return my item, but in this case it is the principle and absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Insanely slow. I have had to make at least 2-3 attempts to pick up my prescription each month for the past several months because the line does not move. If you need to pick up a prescription here, be sure that you have at least an hour to wait

I called the pharmacy to find if they received a prescription for my baby. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. The phone would ring at least 10 times and I would hear someone pick up and immediately put me back on hold. Not even a “please hold” so unprofessional. I know it’s crazy busy with everyone coming in for shots and whatnot but at least tell that to the people calling and waiting to speak to someone.

I think they are popping their own pills they're so stupid they lost my prescriptions sent it out said it be there the same day and now it's gone. the people working in the pharmacy need to go to the toilet and flush themselves down 👎👎👎👎😳😳bad
