I am at the Walgreens…riverside location and it’s 6:45a.m. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour. I have two orders that just got cancelled because the store hasn’t opened yet. I lost over $550.00 on those delivery orders. I am highly disappointed with Walgreens. I come to this store at least 3 times a week. I’m considering switching to a different store. Your store hours are posted Mon-Fri 6am-10pm. This is false advertising and I’ve lost so much money on my business due to this. CHANGE YOUR SIGN please.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst business I have ever dealt with! They are always rude. They never greet you professionally, they scowl at you like they are doing you a big favor by just being there! Today was the breaking point. I have shingles which is extremely painful. My doctor called in an RX for me. I’m not in the habit of opening the bag to check the contents like at a fast food drive thru. I’ve always trusted pharmacies. When I got back home, I discovered that they gave me the wrong RX. I drove back to the store and asked to see the pharmacist. I know that he heard me, but would not even turn his head! I explained to the woman what happened. She acted like she didn’t understand what I was talking about. I had to explain it 3 times. Then she rudely said, “Sit down!” When she handed me the correct medicine there was no explanation for the error, no apology, nothing! The pharmacist was hearing everything and would not even look my way. I just read all of the other reviews and I don’t understand how this place stays in business. I won’t step foot in there again.

Applies to the pharmacy, because most of the cashiers are nice. Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Haven’t been able to get one of my Rxes for >2 weeks because the staff didn’t read the prescription right. Every single time you deal with them they’re incredibly rude and unhelpful, especially the old white lady and the eyelash girl. I understand they’re underpaid and whatnot but they lack decency. I’m definitely changing pharmacies

I called to check on an important prescription. Someone would pick up and put the phone on hold again without saying anything. That's very unprofessional and rude. So I called again, the person eventually pick up, told me to hold again without me saying a word put me back on hold. What kind of business or who does this. Got to find another pharmacy this is ridiculous.

So I place an order for a photo calendar the night before online. The confirmation from the store says I can pick up my order anytime after 9:50 am. Ok kool that’s perfect. The photo calendar was an anniversary/birthday gift for their 52nd wedding anniversary and 89th birthday. Let’s not leave out we’re visiting from out of town. We stop by Walgreens on the way to their Anniversary/birthday party about 3:30 to pick up the calendar bc it’s their gift. The staff tells me very nonchalantly it’s not ready the person that does pictures doesn’t come in until 4. Then you can come back and get it. I expressed this is a present and we’re headed to the celebration now. You only have 1 person that does photos? The notification said I can pick it up after 9:50am. The person just looked at me and said ok again the person who does photos comes in at 4 pm you can get them after then. Out of frustration and lack of urgency from the nonchalant associate I left. I had been trying to get this done the day before at cvs and they were more understanding and helpful even though they were low in stock with what they had. So NEVER AGAIN!!! yall got it on this Walgreens. I will be sticking to CVS when I come. N they got your 5 start review even though they couldn’t assist with the task.

I swear this locations employees try to steal your register rewards /walgreens cash! Every time I’ve come here I have to ask for my receipt and the coupons that print out. And they claim “oh I forgot”. My last visit a week ago I tried to use a register reward coupon and the cashier told me it was expired (which I know it wasn’t) and refused to give the coupon back to me.Do not trust these people! Today I’ve been waiting at least 30 minutes on the sideline for “the manager to print my receipt from the back”. People just walking past me, employees looking at me like I’m crazy. I just want my receipt so I can submit to Ibotta for cash back and it shouldn’t take half an hour for me to get it.

I wish I could give zero stars. Nothing but problems. They don't pay attention and you end up not getting all prescriptions. Then they cancel stuff if they get to busy words from family dr. Can't wait til my man switches.

This place should be shut down immediately. The people working here are absolutely horrid. They have zero idea about how to treat their patients. They are constantly writing prescriptions wrong and will charge you for a second visit when you have to physically go to the location to get it corrected because they also do not answer the phones! This has been the worst experience.

Got here at 11:05am and the pharmacy was closed. Waste of time and gas - this was the review I left two months ago.As of today, 8/3/2023, there is an update. If I could give zero stars, I would. Pharmacy manager Jabari was extremely rude and hung up in my face TWICE then pretended he didn't know wheat I was talking about once I got to the store. Sorry excuse for a manager. Harold, who was the store manager, was no help as well. Diffusing the situation couldn't have crossed his mind. He made matters so much worse. Something so simple was turned into a HORRIBLE experience my the two "men". Corporate was indeed called and a complaint was filled. Not sure how they got the title of managers.

The most pathetic pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Got my first covid vaccine in April. Came back to get my 2nd shot 21 days later. They tell me I have to wait 8 weeks for my next shot. I come back after 8 weeks and they tell me that my insurance is not contracted with them. On top of that they were rude and unprofessional.

single-handedly my least favorite walgreens in this entire county. nothing is ever in stock. beverage cooler is always barren even after 6 years of visiting this store. the employees are great. but this store feels so neglected. i wish it would just shut down already but i know ppl need their rx. everytime i’m in this store i want to run out.

After literal decades of having my prescriptions filled by Walgreens, I think it’s time to switch after dealing with this location. Lately I seem to have more delays and issues with my prescriptions, despite them being the same for nearly a year. And any time I call, if I’m not hung up on 3-5 times before getting a live person, the people helping are always incredibly rude, cut me off, and don’t even attempt to correct any delays on their end.Easily one of the worst Walgreens/cumulative customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Jabari the lead pharmacist was not very cooperative with me as a customer this evening. Google hours for this location indicated the pharmacy closes at 11:59 pm and that those hours were updated 9 weeks ago. I had a coupon to use on September 14 for 20% off of my prescription which is a very expensive one. I came in at 9:10 PM when I expected the pharmacy to be open. The pharmacy was closed. Julia, who was very kind and worked at the store at the front recommended I could come in the next day to see if the coupon would be excepted. When I asked Jabari if he would honor the coupon because the hours are incorrect online he refused. I paid full price when I could have saved nearly $25. He was not very willing to be understanding considering most of us are experiencing financial hardships right now. I suspect he looked at me as a privileged white woman when in point of fact I could really have used that discount. When I asked to speak to him personally he could barely give me the time of day. this is not the normal customer service experience I have learned to expect from most of the very con young ladies behind the counter. Very disappointing and prove that reverse racism does exist.

I have been hung up on so many times after 30 minutes of waiting and once after an hour of waiting. I finally drove there and then I Understood why no one was answering. 1 pharmacist in back and one pharmacy tech filling prescriptions, managing the drive through, answering phones, filling for in store pick up. No wonder! I dread filling my prescriptions here but I can see how the lack of staffing and organization is overwhelming for the employees .

The girls who work in the pharmacy are rude EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL WITHOUT FAIL. I called at 10am about a prescription and she said she would text me when it's ready. I said I had to leave town at noon and would 30-40 minutes be an ok time for me to pick it up. She said even louder and more rudely "we will text you when it's ready" and then hung up. I'm not sure about the rest of you but some of us have jobs and need to know if we can pick very needed medications up I'm a timely manner. I just said is 30 to 40 minutes ok and before I had even finished speaking she just said we will text you and hung up. It's always the same 2 girls with an attitude. I understand that work is frustrating but you need to speak to people with respect. I'll just switch my pharmacy, no big deal. Is anyone on this planet nice anymore? Asking them to do their job and look up the prescription you're trying to fill is like offensive to these people. We all know sometimes people are having a bad day but this is consisting. And they usually yell me a time and when I get there they say the insurance rejected it so they didn't fill it when I had already told them on the phone when I was filling it that if the insurance rejected it I would pay out of pocket and to please not stop filling it. That had happened 8 times. No joke 8 times I've told them that then pulled yp to get my prescription and because the insurance rejected it they just didn't fill it. They could care less how they treat you. Horrible location and staff, avoid like the plague because unless you're standing infront of them thry don't care what you're saying and will ignore yoi. So sick of these girls, don't know how they're wtipp employed. Go do some yoga and adjust your attitude. This is your job....

I went to this Walgreens to utilize their Fed-Ex drop box location. I was the only customer in the store and waited for around 5 minutes without being serviced. I even asked the cashier where I could find the fed-ex drop box and she directed me to the photo section when I first walked in. When I rang the customer service bell 4 times, no one came. Meanwhile, the cashier continued to sit behind the checkout station eating, despite me obviously needed to be assisted. When I asked her how how long it would be until someone could help me she just stated someone should come. This was very poor customer service and I will no longer be using this Walgreens.

Overall it's a decent Walgreens. The last couple of times I've gone they've been out of what I came there for. Last time it was fruit juice. Their shelves in that area of the store were vary bare. So not sure if they're having inventory problems or just don't have enough people to staff everything. Regardless, the staff that work there are fine. I've never had a bad experience.

If you’re looking for a FedEx drop off site look elsewhere. Drop it off on a Friday morning and it won’t leave till Monday. They managed to “lose” my broken phone I was sending to apple for a replacement and caused a massive headache, along with a $1200 authorization hold on my card.

Walgreens overriding doctor's approval on meds again. Withholding meds until "pharmacy managers' signature" (who won't be in until Monday) claiming "new" system in effect yesterday. The noon staff (11/12/2022) of 3 women explained there was a "new system" put in place yesterday, so my son has to wait 3 days until the pharmacy manager can "approve" on Monday. Online status prior to visit said prescription was being filled today. As we turned around to leave, all 3 women giggled and laughed among themselves, at which point I turned around and said "This is not funny!". My son relies on timely dispensing of his precription. This is the 3rd time they have acted as prescription "police" with some system excuse for not releasing doctor approved/ordered prescriptions and without notifying him until he's picking up the order.

I’m completely upset to have finally worked up the courage to get vaccine so I made an appointment I had plans but felt I like with and appointment I’d be ok. Not only was there no signage directing my to a vaccine line. I was told it didn’t matter if I had an appointment get in line behind the other 8 customers which were not waiting for vaccine I asked. I didn’t get the vaccine and when I informed I needed to cancel the woman shrugged her shoulders and said “cancel the same way you made the appointment were short staffed”! I’m tired of the rudeness.

The store staff is friendly and typically helpful. The pharmacy side however could use some work. The positive (for me) is that they have provided the correct prescriptions that I have needed (which, let's be honest, is the basic necessity, anyway). However, some members of the pharmacy staff can be rude and short with customers. A recent (but not the only) example: I had to call the pharmacy, waited quite a while for someone to answer the phone, and when they did, they mumbled something quickly and placed me on hold, at which point the phone just continued to ring endlessly. I had to call back and go through the same process (being put on hold, waiting for an extended period of time, etc.) before I could actually speak to someone. To be fair, there are other pharmacy staff members that are friendlier and easier to work with and I enjoy my experience more when they are the ones on the clock.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. From even just calling to get a hold of someone to them hanging up on you multiple times so you can never get information in a timely manner. The technicians have been very nice once you go up to the window inside the store but to get a hold of them you can forget about it or attempt to call many days in a row.

So walgreens no longer provide paper receipts? They just automatically email it ? I do not like my receipts being emailed and I especially don't like not being asked. What if I need to make a return and I don't have access to my electronic device or a printer to print it from my email, better yet, what if the email never comes through ? And why do I feel forced to provide a phone number with my purchase especially if none of my items are on sale ? Purchases are way to complex these days, just take the money and move on.

THE WORST WALGREENS I'VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Where to start? The lines are always so long, the staff is slow and unhelpful, the pharmacy has some of the rudest staff. If you are able to reach them on the phone (good luck with that) they will either pick up and leave the receiver on the desk, pick up or hang up, not give you accurate information, and not leave messages when calling you back. I am now out of medication (fertility cycle related) and now this will mess me up this entire month because they have the WORST communication ever. I'll be transferring to a new pharmacy.

Do everything you possibly can to go to any other pharmacy. There is genuinely not words to describe how rude & unwilling to help many of the employees here are. Jabari J., the so-called pharmacy manager, is one of the most arrogant and condescending people I've had the displeasure of interacting with in quite some time.I suddenly am having problems getting a prescription filled at its proper price after a literal decade of no issues with the same medicine. Yet, this man cannot seem to properly explain what the issue is while he magically corrects the supposed problem.I am calling corporate and suggest anyone else who has issues with Jabari to do the same. After 117 mostly bad reviews about the same person, Walgreens needs to get a clue and show this man the door.(Updated 5/5/2022: I spoke to my doctor today about this pharmacy manager and the pharmacy in general. She showed me how to navigate to the Pharmacy Board of Florida to complain. I think this store is acting unethically toward customers who need their medication. Please file a complaint if you are having issues, too.)

The worst pharmacy. I switched to Publix where two of my prescriptions are actually free whereas Walgreens was charging me $15 copays. Doesn't make sense. Not to mention the pharmacy is not clean, and the staff is rude. As far as the store - we purchased a shower chair and then realized we could get one from our Doctor for free. 10 minutes later we returned the chair for a refund and they refused. The manager just walked away while we were standing there. I won't go here for ANYTHING in the future.
