I can tell you first hand, that their rating of 2.7 stars is well deserved. Though, I think they deserve less. Told to go back in 30 minutes and pick up prescriptions, I went back after one hour and they weren’t ready. Everyone could hear the Pharmacist say, “tell him he is going to have to wait”. Mind you, I don’t normally frequent this Walgreens, but believe me, they are no busier than any other Walgreens. Embarrassing for me!Bad attitude and what makes this so bad is you are at the mercy of the unprofessional person. There is no one in the Pharmacy!!! See Pics. The assistant was doing the best she could do. Would hate my Job if I had to work under this woman! Did I mention, there was No one waiting in the Pharmacy?

The pharmacy service has greatly improved over the past year. Used to be impossible to get anyone on the phone and the wait in line at the drive through was slow as mud. But now they answer the phone right away and the line at the drive through goes much quicker. Laquita (I believe she's a pharmacy tech) is excellent. She's always very helpful, friendly, and professional.

This store is a disgrace. The pharmacist and her staff are purposely slow and rude. My husband was the first person to the pharmacy and was actually waiting for them to open. Needed 5 non-scheduled pills filled that were forgotten at home while trying to catch cruise ship. Our pharmacy sent all that was needed and this pharmacist had zero desire whatsoever to help. After reading the reviews calling corporate won’t help but I will call and reports this regardless. If a zero star were an option that’s what is deserved.

Went to get my prescription pharmacist named moosa is going to take the fall for me wanting to make a formal complaint and that’s fine. The technician clearly did not know how to do her job and stood in the back with the worst attitude after I asked for a manager and acted like she was right and she was clearly wrong after I started to go off, i was then threatened by another employee stating she didn’t care if I was pregnant and threatened to put her hands on me. A police report was filed and I do not recommend anyone to fil their prescriptions here

Visited pharmacy to pick up refill prior to arrival phoned and was told prescription was ready..when I arrived was told refill was not ready and was asked if I wanted to wait. I inquired why was I told refill was ready. I was given attitude, no apology only negative energy! The verbal exchange between me and clerk escalated when the other pharmacy staff physically pulled her away from the counter as she refused to stop yelling at me a customer. DISAPPOINTED AND APPALLED!

I've called multiple times to their pharmacy yesterday and today just to be put on hold for anywhere between 6 minutes and 20 minutes before the phone is picked up and immediately hung up on. Still have yet to talk to someone on the other side and my prescription status is now nowhere to be seen. When I went in person the staff was nice but I don't want to drive all the way up there if it isn't ready/they just need my insurance card updated.I would rather the phone line just be turned off if it isn't going to be answered. Especially when all the automated texts are telling me to call the pharmacy cause there's an issue...

I went into Walgreens to use their bathroom plus pick up my Pharmacy medicine and the guy in pharmacy said that I could not use their bathroom less I was a paying customer I told him I was here to get my prescription they were being so nasty also I asked for manager and manager name he says he don't know he says I don't know mama he says he don't know

This location has the laziest pharmacy staff I've ever interacted with. Not only did they change my brand of birth control without my or my doctor's consent, they weren't helpful at all in getting my previous brand. They didn't even bother to order it. All they'll do is give you the runaround. Don't waste your time.

Ordered Father’s Day cards to be picked up at 2:05pm. Arrived to store at 2:25pm was meet with rude attitude from girl behind photo counter. I asked about my order she said I needed to wait. I was fine with the delay but I’m not ok with the lack of customer service from personnel. I made sure she had both my orders and once again was told I needed to wait. Not sure of the name however the turquoise hair she should be easy to identify.

This used to be a really good place to get your prescription through the drive-through. now you can pull up and you will wait and wait and wait while somebody stays parked at the window waiting for their prescription to be filled out. rather than make them move on and come back later they sit in their cars. there is a whole line of people waiting 15 to 20 minutes for someone to get their prescription filled before they leave. the pharmacist needs post a sign in the window to tell them you cannot sit here at the window and wait for your prescription to get filled once you’ve handed in your prescription you must move on. it is unfair to the rest of us that are working and trying to pick up a prescription on a break and get back to work it’s total in consideration for anyone else.

I called to pick up my medicine. They said they said the closed at 9pm. When I showed up at 8:25pm they was already closed. With someone that need medicine I hope I don't die tonight. 02/14/2022 at 8:40pm. Matter of fact when they called me to let me know my medicine ready that's what the voice mail said. I will be forwarding this to my kids just in case anything happens to me.

Avoid this location! A lady working at the pharmacy counter told me my prescription would be ready in 90 minutes. I left, 90 minutes later no prescription. They had not checked the answering machine, so they had not received it.Took a Covid test here. I was given an envelope with a barcode and NO instructions on how to get my results, whom to contact, ( lab???) or type of test! Called the pharmacy 2 days later, and the woman who answered could not tell me which lab received my test!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I never gone in this store and had a problem, but tonight I went to pick up some cough medicine then I looked in the clearance bin, they had some markers that had different prices, batteries that had different prices I ask the manager, "do you have a scanner so I can find the price for this" he said you have to scan it at the register 🙄 get up there and the person who rung us up (Rayven) was great but they still had to call the manager (Marcus) to get the price!!! So tell me why he couldn't take the time to help the first time I asked him!!! I just didn't like his attitude for him to be a manager.

Need to be trained on service animals and what questions can be asked. A male cashier who is apparently an assistant manager asked a female with a service dog for proof of service. It is illegal for any corporation to ask for proof. The ONLY 2 questions that may be asked are if the person is disabled and what task does the animal perform. Absolutely illegal and unprofessional. To the girl this happened to, I stand behind you 100%! I hope you’re leaving reviews and turning him in too.

Went to this location like I ALWAYS do to drop off something from work to Fedex, stood at the counter for 15 minutes, assistant manager went into the office twice finally came out walked right by me and I said “hi” he says “do you need help” like clearly yes made me walk to the front and scanned my box and said yeah it’s not working I walk out go to a different location because I’ve been doing this for months/years and everything was fine. Worst ran Walgreens in Jacksonville, FL.

I had a very pleasant experience with this location after having a nightmare with the Walgreen's on Lem Turner/Dunn. The pharmacist & pharmacy tech were able to promptly assist me & also provided information on how I could get a refund on my prescription.

The pharmacy! Terrible service, they almost lost my mom prescription, making us look like we are lying until we went there and described the paper prescription, guess what whoever took it did not put the order!! And found our prescription from other bunch of prescriptions!!! Now, they dont follow up for refills they let u call your Primary doctor to do that! We asked for fax number and the lady whoever picked that call was so rude!! She hanged the phone up then we call back and answered with ATTITUDE!!! Y'all need to stop being like that.******IF YOU WANT YOUR MEDICINE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!****

I made an appointment for the vaccine online and got there before my appointment and he said they don’t have vaccines and don’t know why or how I made the reservation. I even gave him the confirmation and he basically was like oh well and I drive 45 minutes over here! The 2nd time this happened at Walgreens. I’m over them

The department health mobile truck was at the location on Dunn avenue at the Walgreens I called up there to walgreens and the young lady answered the phone I'm gonna give the time and date of this posting because I'm very upset the young lady had me on the phone holding for like at least 5 minutes I asked her if the mobile truck was there in front the store in the parking lot she told me yes and I did asked her around the time I want to say 4:15pm July 3rd 2018, if she can go and ask the ppl what time and how long will they be up there. She responded yes she can find out and ask me to hold for a moment. I did and then the young man whoever he was answered the phone and told me that it was not the store and the employee responsibility to leave out the door to find out information about a testing van on their property I find that hard to believe and he sounded very rude on the phone. I'm certain he was an assistant manager however, leave the rudeness at home. What I did was a asking for the damn store courtesy to do that for me. I am using a decoy name because I'm working with walgreens corporate office just to see how employees answer the phone when there is an incoming call coming to the store. I will suggest that a store supervisor or manager look into this situation as soon as possible before there will ne immediate firing.

The Pharmacy customer service is horrible. You can pull up right after a car and have to wait 5 minutes before someone waits on you via the speakers. You're then placed on hold and then a person comes to check you out..then they scurry off and make the next car ring the bell. I know this because I pulled up to check my order and seen the next car push the button..just like I had to.

After learning our new insurance did not cover winn dixie and being directed too walgreens across the street for a transfer and my husband explaining to the help how sick I was he returned too pick it up and the man was too busy too call winn dixie and would not be taken care of until 10:30 the next day!!! I hope he is breathing easy tonight as I cannot! Will not be doing business there!! I would not send my worst enemy!

Great service they the Pharmacy and whenI went into the store .All the decorative bush trees are overgrown and branches hanging so little the are a nucance and annoyance for customers . The overgrown vegetation is also an invitation for vagrants and beggars and theives to lurk in and around so they won’t be seen . Please cut this back as s minimum for customer safety or the will go somewhere else where they do feel safe

There is no common courtesy in employees(including pharmacist) in pharmacy when you call/go to this pharmacy.They work for a corporatebusiness and do not even know how to properly answer a phone call. They fail each time without fail!!!!Terrible service . I would rather not take my medication than filling at this location!!!!!

Very poor customer service. So poor I had to switch my business to another location. One of the pharmacist by the name of Brandon was so rude! I had to file a complaint. He was very rude and brash when I called about a prescription. Characteristics I wouldn't expect from a pharmacist and wasn't friendly. Stay away!!!

The people at this Walgreen location had such terrible costumer service. They keep asking me to "hurry up and buy". I felt like they kept thinking that I was trying to steal something from the store. I have never treated so badly at a place of establishment before in my life. It was as if they were being bias at me because of my skin color.

Insanely hard to get through to anyone at the store. Har a simple question but the answering machine refuses to let you speak to someone if its not one of their pre-approved reasons to speak to a real person. So annoying
