Lately there has been a plunderer of bad experiences at this location. They should realize that most people visit a pharmacy are ill and in need of their medications required to make another day. Don't need to be dealing with the negative attitude when you call or pick up your medication. Definitely not a social visit....be kind, courteous and most of all understanding of the job you chose to do. This year I'm greatly considering taking my business somewhere else even if it's not as conveniently located close to me. Do better Walgreens....a staple in the community.

This walgreens pharmacy is trash. I was told by another walgreens that "all systems talk to eachother" so you can call and pick up your prescription wherever. I call this walgreens, ordered my script via their automated line. Four days later went to pick up my script. Was told "that's not the way it works.. you can come back at 1230 to pick it up." Okay, cool, no problem. Come back at 3pm, the new tech said "it's not ready." So, I parked my car in the drive through and waited for them to full it. The staff just seems unhappy at their job. Just get a new job. I will go to a different location, out of my way, than deal with these fools.

The pharmacy is the worst one ever they lie, lie, lie. Oh your prescription is ready to pick up, you get there oh it will be another 2 hours. Come back oh we're busy and there is no customers. If I could I'd give the 100 negative stars. And there attitude I'd the worst. No respect. The pharmacist is evil and veil. They need to shut down. They overcharged, they can't tell the truth, all they do is lie, lie, lie, and lie. Then they don't even give you the right medication. Good job making Walgreens suck. Maybe ya'll should be working from home because your useless. I could keep going on how bad this Walgreens is. In short this location needs to close their doors and all be fired

I scheduled three shots via THEIR website and also two shots for my son. I come and check in and the person who has to sick me and my child is being rude, inpatient, and nasty. I heard her whole conversation about how "She ain't giving shots all day". I politely canceled our appointments. Nobody that nasty should be giving shots or advice to sick people.

Saturday evening around 4:00 pm on 14 Sep 2023. Rude staff and on-duty manager. Staff needs more training when it comes to Retired Military personnel with valid Military ID cards. Instead of helping to solve the problem I was told that I didn't know how the VA and Tricare worked and needed to go there for help. Wow, 30 years of SVC retired with 100 percent disability I asked if they could call I was told no. called Tricare who had to educate the team regarding the status of my ID card. Tricare had to tell The manager she was putting my info in the system incorrectly. When I returned The staff made me wait with no one else in line waiting on Svc. No one would accept responsibility or apologize to me but only indicated to me that she the manager was going to get paid regardless. Training is essential for all with ongoing everyday changes. Looking for another store for my meds.

Unfortunately this is the closest store to my house and myself or my husband rarely have a good experience while shopping there. Photos are never ready even though I received a text several hours before that they were, half the time they don't have a key for the propane exchange, though more than likely they just don't want to deal with it. There's seldom a cashier at the register and you won't receive any assistance by pushing the call button to any secured product areas. There's always a mile long line at the register, that is if the register isn't broke down yet again. Then walking out the door you get harassed by people straight up telling you, "gimme some money"!

Incredibly burdensome. I came in, was told my prescription would be ready in 15-20 min, I waited 30 and a clerk played with her hair while making faces telling me I had to wait 10-15 more because “the pharmacist is getting to it”. Zero respect and professionalism. First and last time.

I called this pharmacy twice to let them know that I did not have insurance and to fill both prescriptions I dropped off. I was told the prescription was going to be ready that day. I waited until the next day to pick the prescription and neither one was filled. There customers service sucks. I waited days for them fill it. Every day its not ready Everyone in line in front of me had an issue here. I will never come back to any Walgreens ever. I had a issue at the Walgreen on soutel and had my prescriptions moved to here.

This pharmacy is absolute trash. They can blame covid all they want but the pharmacy and entire staff are just poor at their jobs and don't care. I've tried the past 3 days to get my medication, even did it in advance due to how critical it is that I receive it and still can't pick it up bc the pharmacy randomly closed early?? No warning? No courtesy call? NOTHING. I called for 2 days of being hung up on.. to finally have to show up in person to say I don't have insurance for the third time to get it filled.. and now it closed early today with no reason. This place is a joke. This is the last time I fill a prescription through this worthless organization. I will go out of my way to never deal with you again.

Nearly every month at least one of my prescriptions is “out of stock”. One has been delayed for several days now. If you “need” your prescription (which most people do), you’ll likely find this pharmacy to be very unreliable. I’ve reached out to a nearby CVS and Walmart and both stores have my medication in stock. If other local stores have it in stock, clearly there isn’t a shortage. There’s a reason why this Walgreens has a 2.7 rating on Google!

The pharmacy techs are loud, obnoxious, and have a bad attitude (with the exception of the young man that works up there). I would rather drive miles out of my comfort zone than to get my prescriptions closer to home.

This pharmacist was not friendly at all. After hearing my parents speak about how short and rude she was to them, I personally witnessed her being rude to the pharmacy tech when I went to put in a prescription. You should at least be required to have some customer service skills when working with the public.

This last mix up had me moving Pharmacies as it was very expensive on my part - a perscription was put in from my OB for a Glucometer and its related materials to check blood sugar while monitoring Gestational Diabetes. This pharmacy didn't bother checking with the Obstetrician when they didn't recieve a perscription for the testing strips which tend to be the most expensive part and forced me to pay out of pocket for the strips, on top of the glucometer which they also never bothered to check whether or not was covered under insurance, as what they gave me to fill the perscription was a Glucometer that was NOT covered under insurance. Now I am required to go in and get all new equipment and new strips because of their kerfuffle, which Panama Pharmacy had the grace and goodness to actually check to see what insurance covered and has been in contact with me ever since switching from this Walgreens. It is not the first perscription I've recieved and the feeling remains the same;Sadly customer service here is the barest minimum of effort, and cost me nearly $200 in mistakes due to their lack of care. Terribly disappointed and leaves a black mark on the whole franchise for me.

We are All trying to do our best to stop the spread of COVID-19... it would be really great if the employees would properly wear their masks. Also, I believe it is required for ALL customers to wear a mask before entering the building. It’s not being enforced! I’m going to stop going to this location if it doesn’t change. I have never come across such unprofessional customer service when dealing with a pharmacy. I called and was placed on hold. Then the pharmacist wanted to argue about medications that are and aren't covered by insurance because it's OTC. It was already verified by the insurance company that the medication would be covered by insurance. When it comes to customer service it doesn't hurt to take the next step to obtain the correct information. In the case when it comes to OTC medications there is a difference between a capsule and a tablet. The tablet form is covered by insurance and the capsule form is not. As a pharmacist it's wise to watch what you say because you never know who's calling and who you'll be speaking with. I called and I personally handle the coverages on the medications. Often we think some patients may just say anything so I took the initiative to call myself and see what answer I would receive and what do you know THE CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT. The attitudes you receive when calling this pharmacy is a perfect example as to why African Americans can never keep a job because their ATTITUDES. Companies never stand long when you have these type of individuals representing companies suck as Wal-greens. I have spoken to my patient and we will be moving his prescriptions to Publix. The African American female that answered the phone in the pharmacy you said the patient couldn't get the medication because it was stored to the profile. Then you said they can't get it because it wouldn't be covered due to it being OTC, which your wrong. In any event please check your attitude at the door and know your facts before cutting someone off speaking like your in a tongue race and listen to what is being said to you.

This Walgreens is ridiculous. “Curbside pickup” and “drive thru pickup” is pointless. You still are forced to get out of the car and go inside. I waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour just to be told my medicine was not ready. When I initially called to check it was suppose to be ready a hour ago and came way after that.

They show up as an 'easy FedEx drop off' location where you have them scan a QR code and they print a label but they dont know that they are one and don't know how to print the labels. So either Walgreens or FedEx needs to fix it.
