I do not go but my husband and father in law take our dogs and they are the best. My dog is aggressive ,jackchi,and my husband holds her the lady does an excellent job every time. Maggie my in-laws dog loves going she just wags her tail and let's them do whatever. Great prices and friendly service. We won't be going anywhere else. Recommend very much so!!!

I took my Pomsky here and they did such an excellent job on her! They were understanding of my dog’s needs and worked with her. She didn’t liked being blow dried and they took notice and made sure my dog was comfortable. My dog is thick coat, extra fluffy and extremely hyper and they knew how to handle her. No shedding fur when I got her back and her nails were nice and trimmed. Teeth were brushed and my dog smelled great after the experience. Totally worth going here!

This grooming salon is the best! They are great about communicating and make it easy to schedule an appointment. The two ladies that work there were so kind and affectionate to my dog. You won't be disappointed and your dog will come out of this salon looking like a million bucks.

We've taken our Boxer here a few times now and they do an excellent job. She can be a little skittish when 1st meeting new humans, but they are patient and so kind with her. When we return to pick her up, she always looks and smells amazing. She thinks so too since she always runs straight to the mirror to check herself out.

I’m absolutely in love with how nice and understanding these two women are. I dropped my Pomeranian off for a fox cut showed them a picture and they did EXACTLY what I wanted plus more. Milo absolutely loved his stay there and loves his new cut. We will definitely be back and be regular customers! These two lady’s will ALWAYS get a tip from me

The groomers at Wags are amazing. They were super friendly, great with my aussie, got us an appointment pretty quick and did an amazing job. He was so fresh and clean, smelled so good and they were actually able to trim his toenails. Which I thought was an impossible task. I am one happy customer and will continue to use them when I'm in Jacksonville.

Took my 100lbs German Shepherd here and they did a fantastic job. I’ve had him bathed many different places and have even done him myself in the past, but there always still seems to be a decent amount of fur that continues to shed off him once he returns home. Wag’s did such a great job that it’s been over a week since he was done here and the amount of fur that has come off him in that time has been minimal. I never thought he could be groomed to this extent. I highly recommend this place for your grooming needs and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Wag’s!

Took my one and a half year old chihuahua to them to get his nails trimmed. He wasn't having it, but the wonderful ladies there tried several different ways to get it done. I'm truly grateful they tried. They offered suggestions on what to do next. I would definitely go to them for future pet needs. Thanks for trying ladies and sorry Nigel gave you a workout. 🙂

Me & my family absolutely love Wags so much !!!!!!! They take such good care of our dog Ari, even she likes going ! Which is so refreshing. Not only do they do an amazing job on her but their customer service is top notch!! Never going anywhere else ❤️❤️❤️ You will not be disappointed if you come here.

My boyfriend took my dog to this place and when he brought the dog home there were razor burns all over him. I called back and asked who groomed him and the person said her name was "kate". My boyfriend then stated that she tried to tell him that it was hot spots. After taking my dog to the vet she verified that IT WAS NOT hot spots and that it was caused by razor burns.This place lies and hurt my dog. I will not be back..The reason why you cannot find me in your system because hence "my boyfriend" as a previously stated took him.

Very clean shop and the staff was very friendly. I went to get my dogs nails trimmed, was in and out within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
