When it says “pickup in store” they are lying don’t ever trust anyone from this store or this company they want you to drive and waste your time and money to find something they don’t have but if you look online it says it’s in stock at the store bunch of lying, cheating, vile people.

I love this store. It's clean and they typically have what I need in stock where I can't find elsewhere. I especially love the delivery driver, Tom! He's very friendly, he lets you know when he's on the way and when he's finished. He always stacks it up nice and neat and has offered to bring it in the garage! I love using their same day delivery service!

Interesting shop. Mostly Feed, farming tools and a whole slew of other items to fit your outdoor fancy. Even a small selection of rugged outdoor clothing and boots. Was looking for stable mats which the website had listed in stock but they were out. However, they did offer a ranchers for the next batch to come in which should be soon. I will be back to purchase along with a truck bed tool box :) Very nice and helpful associates.

Every time I walk into this store, I CAN NOT leave empty-handed! Whoever is in charge of inventory of TS is really on their game. I am the only human being that could do a better job if they offered me a chance, sales of every department would go up by a minimum of 20%

TSC is the worst company in the USA. I ordered a leaf blower online and waited a week, and when it arrived, it was very damaged, and TSC was useless and would not cooperate other than tell me to call the company. They would not even a the local level help either. Dont buy from these folks.

I wanted to wait until after my gun safe was delivered to leave my review. Who in the world chose Vern to work in customer service? He was sarcastic and condescending; so much so that I saw his much friendlier and more professional coworker wince/cringe twice at our interaction. To add insult to injury, my safe as a three inch scratch on the exterior and is leaking fire retardant on the inside panel of the door. I won’t be over-dramatic here as I normally get great service there, but I’m definitely avoiding him from now on.

This location consistently has items listed as in stock and they are not in stock. I drive 20 miles to get here so it's pretty frustrating. This time it said 3 items are in stock. Apparently the item was taken off market a month ago and they just didn't bother to remove it from their system.

My first experience at a TSC and loved it! This location was super friendly and always helpful. Hopefully you know what you're looking for or else you can spend a lot of time wondering around but staff is always there to point you in the right direction.

It’s right down the street from me, the prices are a bit spicy but they seem to have good quality tools so it’s fair.. not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The staff is always friendly and very helpful to me!

This is a great store. Very large selection of animal feed and accessories as well as tools and other supplies needed for your home or business. Caroline was very helpful and personable as well as all the other employees I interacted with. I came here for chicken feed and food dispersal containers. They have plenty of other products as well.

The store is clean and is your typical tractor supply store....except for the Karen that works there. We went to look at some chicks to buy and they had the typical setup with the water troughs and cage. They had the troughs pushed up against some boxes so you couldn't see what they had. We walked in the cage to take a look. A nice young man came over and asked if we needed help. Then, an older lady ran over and told us to get out of the cage and it was for employees only. Since when? I've been to tons of these places and there is a sign not to handle them but since when can you not even look at them? They had the same sign not to handle them but no sign telling us not to go in. Pretty frustrating. Then we asked about male and female chicks and they were all mixed. Definitely don't need a rooster so we just left. Will go to the other tractor supply next time.

Always a great way to empty your wallet. Many things you need and more things you don’t. Love this place. Customer service is hit or miss depending on wether you get a kid on their phone or a seasoned employee. Overall great place to keep your homestead in good shape.

I bought something here and included delivery for $175, even though i literally live a mile away, but they said they wouldn’t deliver it into my house but only leave it at the garage. (Even though the website says ‘ground floor only’ and my house is 1floor) So I cancelled delivery and had to pick up myself with help from friends. Later i saw my ccd bill, they still charged me $175 delivery fee. When I called the store to ask refund, nobody answers or ph doesn’t seem to be working.
