This home Depot is a great place to go if you need to rent some tools or a truck in the BayMeadows area.there is a great looking food truck outside, Steve and Monica.i talked to the guy and he said he is there every day, so it is worth checking out. i posted the menu in the pics

Lots in the garden center. Everything from fertilizer to soil, annuals, perennials , pots, fertilizer, trees and more. It seems there's always a sale of some kind going on. They have some nice tropical plants too. It's bigger than most standalone garden centers. I didn't see any sod but it's not really that time of the year for planting sod. And I didn't look too hard either. Overall it's a good place to get all your garden stuff at a good price.

The lady working in the paint dept on Thurs morning, May 16th was phenomenal! She helped me with everything I needed to paint an island in my kitchen. She was so helpful and nice. Thank you!

I tried to return a toilet picked up from Jacksonville Beach location. The reason for the return is that the toilet has been installed previously. The lady at the return was very rude, I gave her my HD card, my phone number, but she rudely said she can't find my order and needed the order number. Before I reloaded the toilet back to my car, I went back to the store and discussed issues with the assistant manager. He was able to find my order, but did not have the courtesy to process my return. I have to wait someone to process the return. Anyway, this is not a well run location. Waste of my time.

The staff is very helpful, even though theydidn't have what I needed. They helped mefind another place to find it ! I will say thatI have been to many Home Depot stores in the past , this location is the best. Will continue to shop here. Redoing a house,happy to have the help.

I live in Orange Park off Wells rd where there is a Home Depot minutes away from home. I came specifically to this location bc they have a hot dog cart out front. Had planned on visiting the garden center but as I was sitting eating my food from the hot dog venue someone who works at the home Depot came out and basically told the guy who was out front of the hot dog cart to stop talking to the customers and trying to get business.Now, this vendor draws business to your business, pays you a rent for that space. We did not go spend money in your store today and instead went to ace who supports local businesses.

We usually visit the Jax Beach location but stopped by the Southside location since we were in the neighborhood and needed to grab a few items. We had our medium sized dog with us while we shopped. A shout out to Kevin and two of the other friendly staff members for making the experience so positive for us! Friendly, helpful service -- we are fans of this location! The kind lady outside with the foodtruck was also extremely welcoming. Thanks!

Delivery department is a big joke !!!! Scheduled delivery for Friday no one shows up or calls, I get a notification that it’s rescheduled for Saturday with a 12hr window, I called to reschedule it for Monday because I had plans on Saturday and can’t sit and wait for windows at a job site. Comes Monday no call no show, Tuesday nothing, Wednesday I call and find out it’s rescheduled for Thursday, Thursday I get a call from the driver that they’ll be there in 45 min, drove to the job site 30 min away waited for 3 hours and no one showed up or called. Order your stuff at another location!!!

Consistently TerribleEvery time I make the mistake of buying from the Home Depot, I end up regretting it. Purchased cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Understood it included the nstallation. Was told when I called to schedule, that HD does not install cooktops. OK, I scheduled installation for refrigerator and dishwasher. Could be given a date not time. Was told I would get a call after 5:00 pm the evening prior with time window for the installation. No call. I tried calling, but installation third-party had closed and gone home. I call Home Depot and reach someone who was able to tell me then installation was scheduled for sometime with a four hour window tomorrow afternoon. Basically a half day window to plug in the refrigerator. I was told that they will not install the dishwasher because I did not purchase that at the time of buying the dishwasher. Why do they think I would’ve bought installation on a refrigerator and not a dishwasher? Would not let me add installation now. So Home Depot is maintaining their 100% unsatisfactory rating with me. I would complain about the lack of intelligence of the people at Home Depot, who think I would buy installation to plug-in a refrigerator, but skip the installation for dishwasher or cooktop.; However, I’m the one lacking a intelligence cause I went back to Home Depot and bought these appliances there. Maybe this time I will learn.

Please post accurate hours. I drove 35 minutes ONE WAY from another home depot store to get here and you are closed at 7pm and the hours posted on your doors AND on google say 8pm. You can post changed hours for a single day on Google if you have something going on. Please do so.

Home Depot is always great with what they offer and they also give a military discount on every purchase. I visit more during the holidays and their stock on Christmas decor is very light for the first of December. They are low on trees and out of stock on a lot of seasonal items. Everyday items always have a good amount of stock.

This store is a total waste of time, they had more than enough employees but not willing to assist, it was a disappoinment and a bad experience seeing their customers service desk asking for others to assist and telling their own coworkers that they were busy when there was no one at their desk and to me it just look like they did not wanted to be there. The other 2 people that were there one was just talking and directing me to their pro's desk for assistance. To my surprise there was no one their and after several minutes I came to find out that they left early and that their desk was closed, not informing the customer service desk who was directing customer to a closed desk.They had more the enough people that were not willing to assist.I will not be surprised if this chain follows the same faith as builder square.I will not bather on going to make my purchases any more and for sure will do my best to go to Builder Square, since they show customers more respect and want people to keep coming back.Don't waste your time purchasing here.

Have ordersnd reordered and order again a dock box which is shipped through FedEx and as of march 13 still has not reached the store for me to pick up. It is now April 17th and again I had to reordered the box. They have my money and I have no box. How many people do they make interest off by doing tis to their customers. They have yet to refund my money and still play its in transit game. What a farce

Worst experience at a Home Depot ever. I wanted to buy a Milwaukee tool set. There was a lock around a gate, keeping me from grabbing it. I went to the checkout and asked for somebody for help. She proceeded to make a phone call and I walked back to the tool section. I asked the lady who is there, talking to another customer if she had the key to the lock. She abruptly and rudely told me, sir, just one minute. Then she continue to talk to the guy about every tool on the shelf with the most ridiculous questions. The guy could literally read right there and get his own answers. But instead, she continues to make me wait. I go back to Lady who I called who is very nice and tried to come help me unlock it. She still couldn’t get it unlocked while the other. Horrible employee is sitting there doing nothing.Best part at the end. When I went to check out I caught one of the employees talking to a customer about me. I will go to Lowe’s every time from now on

The employees were good, but the manager, Luke is someone who doesn’t appreciate your business. Bought a Milwaukee battery stater kit and charger was defective. Just the charger, not the battery. Took the kit kit back for an exchange, but was all sold out. Since it’s the holiday and they don’t know when it will be in stock, I asked the manager if I could just exchange the charger and keep the battery. He flat out said no. He could have done it out of good customer service, but he just want to get you out of his hair. Any manager of a business has the power to make customer happy, but this one doesn’t care about your situation.

We came here this evening for a live tree and we’re very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the selection of trees. Additionally the pricing was very reasonable, ranging from $50-$120. We bought a 7-8ft tree for $79 and they wrapped it and tied it onto our car for us. We’re very pleased with our tree shopping experience.

Purchased a water heater to be delivered and installed. On delivery date (had to take a day off work because the window was 6am-8pm) the water heater did not arrive. I rescheduled it and a third party delivered it but would not install it, they then said it would be an additional $1500 to install. Went to speak to a manager, Nadeem Tannous, with the title of Customer Experience Manager argued with me over the delivery and said it says nowhere that the delivery could be same day at no charge, I eventually showed it to him on the website where it did state that multiple times. Nadeem continued to argue with me and told me “I should have known better than to think that installation was included with the purchase” after 3 employees told me it did and it was set up as a delivery and install. Was offered nothing to help fix the situation and was told to take the water heater and figure out the installation on my own or pay up. Nadeem acted in a very rude and condescending manner yelling towards me as i was leaving. Absolutely awful experience and would not recommend to anyone. Home Depot should be embarrassed to have him as an employee, not to mention Customer Experience Manager

ATTENTION CORPORATE:This location is in DIRE need of a re pave/tar of their parking lot. MULTIPLE times, I’ve lost hundreds in pots, pavers, materials…etc… FALLING and breaking because the parking lot is in a THIRD WORLD condition status…. Bumpy…holes…uneven….Unacceptable. The Home Depot is unbelievable place ! You can find everything you need for home, it’s a huge place that you can’t even see it all , I went there and bought somethings with a fair price .. staff are very friendly, they’ll offer you help without asking them and the cashier “AL” was amazing, we had a little nice chat. I like the place and I will go back again if I need something.

I went to Home Depot tonight in hopes of fixing the knobs to some outdoor propane heaters that I took it upon myself to try to fix for the bar I work at. The staff made every effort to solve the problem and sent me home with PB Blaster after Drew was able to turn the knob with some vice grips. Thank you Nadeem, Drew, Alex, Amos, and Brock for all your help!!

don’t bother coming here for the lumber department. they will take their slow and sweet time to cut your wood despite having to call the store as you’re sitting in, asking MULTIPLE employees that walk by you for help or to call for help AND waiting over an hour. go anywhere else but here

Stopped in to get information on patio stones for a project Bill is doing and found several that might do the job. I took pictures and will see how they might work...so why not give 5 🌟? Two employees were walking and talking to each other never thought about asking us if we needed help. As we walked out noticed several plants in dire need of watering yet no one seemed interested in doing their job. Sorry Home Depot but customers and products are important and more attention should be paid to both.

Ordered water softener salt and in addition to the salt the driver left two large pallets. The store then lied and said they would pick them up and didn't show up. Home Depot customer service admitted these should not have been left. The store lied about coming back and now I have to figure out how to dispose of their waste. Be warned to not trust this store!

The employees are very helpful and they normally have what we need. But, I really would like to see them checking at the door and not before for stolen item. We honest customers just want to be treated as such. Hopefully you can get better at this. Thanks in advance for trying.
