We already have 5 dogs, but are looking to see what we may purchase in the future because we have a very large family property that they would enjoy. We did not purchase a puppy today, but the experience was very pleasurable. Cindy helped us the whole time and is very knowledgeable. Just wow! I work in customer service and understand giving it. This place does customer service VERY well.

They have beautiful puppies available to touch, hold, and play. No appointment necessary. Clean environment nice staff. When you do decide on what puppy to take home they have everything you need from creates, food, dishes, leases, collars and even have tags that can be engraved while you wait!

The pet shop is Friendly the staff is awesome, it’s clean well organized and the puppies are well taking care off and they smell good I couldn’t decide what puppy to get until I saw Charley who I named, he is a Teddy Bear half Bichon half Shih Tzu we took him to the Vet for check up, puppy is healthy he is playful, adorable and I highly recommend Puppies Galore

We purchased Barkley out English Mastiff from Puppies Galore about 8 years ago and have went in there periodically to get our puppy fix. They always have a variety of dogs and do get in some Large Breeds on occasion. On this particular occasion we went in to look at a Cane Corso and ended up getting the newest member of our family “Cooper” a Great Dane. He is a beautiful puppy and we are happy to have found him. While I would not generally recommend purchasing at a puppy store, I can say that at this location, most of the staff has been there a long time and are friendly, very knowledgeable about the dogs and they have multiple finance options available, should you decide to purchase one.

It has so many cute puppies, but we can't even touch or love them unless we are even remotely interested in buying one. How can you tell by looking.Getting to touch and feel makes a huge difference. Pluse it helps pets to be more adapt to humans.

Amazing employees, amazing puppies, well taken care of, the owner is amazing and puts so much care in the puppies. We visit this store regularly and these puppies are very well taken care of, spoiled and loved by the employees!!! ❤️❤️ some pictures on these reviews are from the malls puppy store. My husband and I had been talking about getting a puppy after my dog passed away in January. We were in no hurry to get one, however, after meeting Luna at this store, I fell in love. You just know it when you make a connection. She is perfect, healthy, and so sweet. My son is her favorite person in the world. Everyone at the store bent over backwards to make this work for us, and I really appreciate it. We had to get a hypoallergenic dog due to my husband's allergies, and I wanted a larger dog. Thank you for the kindness and information! I was also previously a vet tech and animal educator. These guys are awesome.Editing my rating. Reason: I repeatedly asked for the breeder's information, even just their e-mail, so I could open up a line of communication with them. I also just wanted to ask some questions about the sire and dam, such as their size and whatnot. But, they kept going in circles about giving me the information, which seems super shady. After spending that much on a puppy, you'd think it would be no problem, but I have yet been able to get the information after reaching out to them several times. I will no longer give them my business, and take Luna to Luba's groomer instead.

I'm very satisfied with my experiences at Puppies Galore. I recently had a 13yr old dog pass away and I dealt with the grief partially by visiting the Puppies Galore store in Orange Park, dropping by several times a week and checking out the various puppy breeds that they had in their store. After MANY visits I found the companion dog I was looking for. The staff allowed me to examine many of their puppy breeds and shared what they knew about each particular breed puppy that I was looking at. The staff could have easily swayed me towards any particular breed, but, they truly educated me about the various pups and allowed me to take my time and to get my true companion.My dog is a Minigoldenwoodle and he is the best! He truly matches my needs and wants being a smart, low to no shedding, small ( portable), and a very friendly and sociable personality.You hear all kinds of horror stories about buying pet store puppies, but, I am very happy with the puppy and his health is excellent, following a thorough exam at my long term vet that I've taken all my animals for many years. He was checked and given a excellent grade by my vet.Making a decision on where to get your new puppy is a big decision and one I made after investigating some breeders with my wife first hand. I didn't jump at the first opportunity to get this breed, having doing some homework over a couple months, but in my own conclusion I felt completely comfortable selecting our new puppy from Puppies Galore and am glad that we did. I recommend them.I've had some experience with dogs, having bred AKC Doberman breeds, and have also owned countless breeds like German shepherds, cocker spaniel, Rottweilers, Labradors, and so many more.

My girlfriend and I came in on Sunday, the 24th of April. I had been wanting a shiba inu for a long time, and she a Maltese. We came mostly just ti see what was available, but fell for the shiba. Then she saw a cockapoo and wanted to hold her. The staff were great and patient with us, taking their time and allowing us to spend actual time to bond with the furry kids. They actually closed at 5, but we were allowed to stay longer because we had an issue with my phone connecting to the financing website. We ended up leaving with both dogs! Amanda did our paperwork and was very knowledgeable and joked with us and helped us feel comfortable le with all the information we needed. Aleah was super helpful and kind and very enthusiastic! Both were great.

My wife and I went in to "play with the puppies", and ended up bringing home one of our own. The staff was fantastic. They answered questions, and listened as we spoke of our past little ones. They were very much more interested in finding the pups a good home than simply making a sale. I highly recommend them, and can't thank them enough for the addition to our family.

I just bought a little yorkie mix puppy she is the sweetest and cutest baby ever. The ladies at the store were so sweet and informative. I usually recommend adopting but if you want a small fluffy toy breed they have them and a couple large breeds as well. I’d recommend calling before just to be sure that they have your desired puppy.

Super clean place! Everyone that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. They seem to genuinely care about the animals they have as well as where they come from. It can be hard to find a good pet store you can trust, but I can say we definitely felt comfortable with getting our sweet little girl there. Purchased a male German shepherd puppy in the summer of 2020. We has spent several weeks researching and trying to find the best puppy for our family of four. They assured us that they didn’t have any breeding issues with the blood lines.Our German shepherd is going to be thee years old in April after many vet visits and even getting second options he has obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorder, skin sensitivity among other issues. The vet has stated that this is from his genetics. He has to take several medications to try and allow him to somewhat be a normal dog. The vets have stated that these issues will become worse as he gets older. He has started to pull his fur out. He will eventually need to take tranquilizers and ultimately be put down before his time. After spending $2500 to get him not to mention the thousands spent on vets, the saddest part is he is a part of our family and I wonder if this could have been avoided. I don’t know if puppies galore is aware or if they just don’t care but I do hope that this doesn’t continue to happen to other families. I’m not someone that normally writes reviews but hopefully this will be a warning at least for others.

Bought a boxer that has major issues. the breeders should not have been passing litters. My dog is too young for these issues and will be put down soon. I should have researched this store and reviews.

They are just OK. Not sure if these puppies they have come from puppy mills across the US. Ours came from another state and has had health problems earlier than any other dogs we have had. Plus, a little on the pricey side.

Excellent grooming! Our Welsh Corgi Cardigan has damaged hair growth due to an ACL operation, so it is a challenge to make him look like the beautiful dog he is on the inside on the outside. Deanna nailed it. He looks like a new dog and he doesn't have the overly-perfumed smell that he had from our last groomer. He is clean and looking great! Thanks!
