This is my favorite Publix in Jacksonville. It's smaller than other locations, which I think makes it easier to find what you need and get your shopping done. But it still has a great selection of items. I can typically find what I'm looking for here, and if you live nearly anywhere in RAP you can easily either walk, bike, or take the bus here.If you drive here, parking is limited. I've always had the best luck getting there early on the weekend, right around when they open. Plenty of parking and you've got to the store to yourself!

This was my first visit to this particular store, but I was met with the same quality of service and product that I've experienced at all Publix stores. Great service, well-stocked shelves, and timely check-out.

For being a smaller Publix, it still has a good size wine selection. Great fresh fruit, spicy chicken, and take home pizza dough for do it yourself fresh pizza, are all available. This is a popular spot and not to mention shares parking with a bunch of small shops but people are in and out pretty quick.

I'm just rating the customer service in the deli/food department. 1 word TERRIBLE. I literally waited 40 minutes for some wings. The older lady gv me attitude as if I picked this job for her. Ugh I love there wings tho 😋. But they need to be more transparent with their customers about wait time.

This review is a long time coming and is specifically for the DELI DEPARTMENT, the rest of the departments and staff are amazing and it's always a pleasant experience.I order deli meat and cheese once a week through the Publix app, I try to be considerate by not placing my order at peak hours like lunch or dinner times, and I give them a couple hours grace period after the pick up time. Say I order it at 10am, it says it will be ready at 10:30, I won't go pick it up until 2pm so it gives them ample amount of time. It is NEVER ready, maybe 1 out of 10 times if that. And then when you show up and it's not ready you stand there and wait for ten minutes for someone to help you, not because they are busy, but because they are playing with each other like children and eating chicken tenders. Very unprofessional and quite frankly an embarrassment to this wonderful store. Sadly, I strongly recommend to avoid the frustration and go elsewhere for your cold cuts just as I will, which really sucks because I live in this neighborhood. I have not taken the time to leave a review in many years and the only ones I have ever left were positive and 5 stars, if that says anything. To be clear, this review is for the DELI DEPARTMENT ONLY. The rest of the store and staff are friendly, efficient and actually display what you call "work ethic"

Outrageous prices, 10 oz organic spinach is 7.99 (16oz everywhere else if 5.50) they don’t even sell 16oz. The beef is an unknown source neither CAB or USDA. I have gotten bone fragments in their ground beef. Avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

I come here several times a week. It's a smaller Publix and doesn't have everything that a larger one has, but it typically has everything I need. Employees are always friendly and say hi. I'm sure it's policy for them to do it, because they all say it, but it's a nice touch. I like that I can get in and out quickly when I need to. The parking lot is tight, but I won't fault them for it. BOGOS are where it's at, that's how you save money when your there. Good location, I like the vibe of this store

Nice store; clean, helpful. I tried to do my shopping online but I somehow lost my cart and so went inside instead. Online it's really easy to find all the good deals, as they are in one list there. And tons of buy one get one free BOGO deals. It's not as easy to find all the sales in the store even though I'm sure they are there too. They had everything I needed except for green onions. They were out of stock. And bone-in prime rib, they only had boneless. I'm sure I could have asked the butcher, which I did not do, but none on display anyways.It was difficult finding things just because I am not used to that store as I live in Macclenny. All-in-all it was a good experience. That particular Publix is much smaller than the rest of them for some reason!

So actually this was my third or fourth time going to this location first of all I went there for a sub it took about 30 minutes to order then 15 to 20 mins for the girl to make my two subs 😭 they move very nonchalant well the one that was attending to me then I had to keep repeat things I was already telling her I wanted done to the sub .. the other deli attendant seemed to be doing good with her ppl and being personable I experienced none of that then I haven't seen samples being passed out in Publix since I was a little girl so I was excited to see it well one attendant was nice but the other would only talk to a certain type of ppl and I wasn't in that description now the checkout process was successful well not really lol the associate was really nice a short brown skin girl and she offered my two kids stickers and helped me print out my ticket to take to customer service when they machine wasn't working so that's what earned the two stores out of my whole shopping experience

This Publix location has sooooo many outstanding employees that it is hard to name them all. Phyllis at the checkout performs her job with ease, and she shares a genuine smile with every customer. Brian and Rudy provide excellent customer service. These three employees show customers something that is extremely rare in the current climate of human detachment. Thank you Publix for making this store a winner!

The store is clean, the store associates are helpful. I came here to drop off & pick up my medicine little to my surprise they filed it. The one thing I noticed about this is although it's on the corner it is a busy store. People are coming & going out of here constantly.One thing for sure is you can definitely come buy something & check out quickly. Adequate parking & also a bike rack if you decide to ride a bicycle here. You can also sit outside under 2 big umbrellas

I didn't care for this Publix. It was disheveled and was out of stock on a bunch of things we needed. The other customers were rude. We didn't ship here anymore while we were visiting. We went to another nearby Publix and was very happy with that one.

The parking at this location is terrible. The customer service is always great whenever I come here though. I recently ordered two cakes here. For the Oreo cake, it was very dry, and the box was dirty was frosting and fingerprints all over it. For the strawberry shortcake I ordered, the frosting was not sweet as if they did not add sugar. Personally, I don't think that I would order another cake from here.

Placed a sub platter order 30 hours in advance and it was not ready until 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, causing me to be late to my lunch meeting I was hosting. I understand mistakes happen but this caused a very hefty inconvenience to my work day. Shopping w Publix was not a pleasure today.

It is Publix but very small. It is a little more palatable than a regular Publix, because you can get in and out, but they have a smaller selection, which is better than having to endure the regular sized Publix. I much prefer Winn Dixie .

Ordered my wedding cake here. Called a few days before to confirm the order everything was confirmed and seemed fine. The caterer accepted the cake as it was my wedding day.When it came time to cut the top tier I realized they had the cake flavor wrong. Then I see they had not the decorations I requested, but what I'm guessing are discontinued ones as you cannot even find those flowers on their website for cake decoration at this point.No one even contacted me to let me know the decorations I had requested were not being provided nor to ask if I had preferences on what they should be replaced with.The staff did not seem surprised when I called to complain about this a few days later. Acknowledged it even. Insanely disappointing. If you want a wedding cake done right DO NOT go to Publix.They did provide a refund, and a gift card to Olive Garden which isn't really an acceptable restitution but for any other bride who cares a lot more about her wedding day, I think it would be devastating.

I love Publix but this one is absolutely the worst. I gave them three chances and each chance they messed up:One: their pre made salads had a hunk of plastic in itTwo: their pre seasoned burger patties were not seasoned except for the outside like a crust. My spouse couldn't even finish the burger.Three: I placed an online sub pick up order. I order a whole sub, they made a half a sub. And they were too busy to fix it so I had to have the cashier fix it to a half sub price instead of whole. The manager didn't even apologize or care.This Publix lacks care.

They are the worst deli I have ever dealt with. Don’t take online orders if you don’t look at them. And when I go 45 mins after my pickup time I’m told “I don’t know why it’s not cut”. Poor management and customer service. I work and live across the street and have had this happen several times. I’ll just go somewhere else that wants my business. Now I have tried serval different times and my order is never ready. I ask in the deli and I always get a “I don’t know” why it’s not ready. Managers should be fired. Worst customer service ever. And they never respond to your problems.

Every Publix is unique with the style of the store set up. But, the Service is always the same at every location-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love the weekly BOGOS, as I am always on a budget, so this helps. I love the Publix shopping bags for 99 cents each. Kudos to Publix!
