Overall is great but when it comes to the chicken wings majority of the time they only have hot and spicy. My kids loves the wings but won’t it because sometimes the wings will be to spicy for them. Have the same amount of plain as u have for hot. They will have 10 hot and spicy and none plain

Seafood Counter. Three stars. Still quality but needs improvement.I'll get right to the specifics including my experiences. I'm a seafood consumer and of course I like to purchase online. Publix is clearly a market leader in it's respective areas, with one exception online Seafood.This is my basis. First their selections are limited, such as Shrimp and even when the selections were available either the orders didn't fill or, more problematic, .05 pound got interpreted as five pounds. I happened to be right there and stopped it. 🍤Customer service at the Seafood Counter itself is very good and focused, the pricing is competitive and Publix does have a posted responsible sourcing policy for it's seafood.Improve it's online presence and the Publix Seafood Counter will be very good.

I've shopped here many times. It's always good. I especially like the deli and the bakery. it's best place to go if you are near Baymeadows road and Southside blvdIf you go there, be sure to check out the mural at the front entrance. (august 2023 update. i just added some new pictures of the mural. will try to get more info an that artwork next time i am there.They usually have a lot of nice BOGO free deals so I always scope out the weekly ad and save a ton of money. be sure to check the ad to see if they have the $10 off on a gas card when you spend $50. they run that coupon every month or so and it's a nice deal.

I give them 5 stars 🤩They have one of the cleanest stores and surrounded by a lot of great places. They're in a prime location so they're parking lot is usually busy but I'm always in and out because their customer service is top notch. Also, they accept competitors coupons so saving a little here and there really matters especially in this economy. Even tho parking is always sketchy I still give them 5 stars because they deserve it. Last but not least; the "Pub Sub" is on point price-wise and value-wise I honestly don't think anyone does it better. Some things may be a little pricey but like I said they take competitors coupons and trust me you get what you pay for because they have everything you need here

Love this Publix location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is also located really close to my apartment. Their shelves are always stocked well. Prices aren't too bad considering the area it is located. You can also buy lottery tickets and search off tickets.

I can write a book on how awesome the store is. They don’t get five stars they get 1000 stars. They are the most awesome staff I’ve ever encountered. They are patient. They’ve ordered things that I’ve wanted before that weren’t in the store they make me fresh hamburger patties because I don’t need 2 pounds of meat. Phenomenal I can explain how awesome. There’s Eric, Joanne, Eddie, Ethan, Austin, melanie, and so many more the store manager, the grocery manager, every single person.

Being that I am a public's brat, I can say that the location has an old floor plan and it's snuggled in there right at Bay meadows and southside boulevard. They were in the middle of stocking but still noticed that I needed assistance and ask me if I could help on one of the aisles. It was close to closing time and they took me at the customer service. Camerai had an issue with my payment method and had to go out. They had to suspend that transaction. And I had to run out to the car. And they were like no problem, no big deal. It's okay, very nice young man at the front customer service desk period

Does VERY little to support handicapped veterans/customers. Personally, I was there to shop at approximately 18:30 EST on January 14, 2024. There were NO electric carts available for customers -- one was in the store charging. During my course of shopping there (approximately 20 minutes) I did not see any other electric carts in the store. When I left, there for eight (8) vacate parking spaces in the parking row immediately adjacent to the store; four (4) of those were handicapped parking spaces. When leaving I checked every parking aisle in the space in front of the store and saw no electric carts. Where were all of the electric carts. Well, it was cold (almost rainy) -- a VERY uncomfortable night to be outside bringing in electric carts that move VERY slowly. You make the call.

The people that work the deli and make the pre made sandwiches have absolutely no business preparing food of any kind, and I mean that. It is not hard whatsoever to slap meat and bread together in an acceptable way. People do it every day at most publix’s. Except this one. Just do your job, nobody is asking you to reach for the stars here

Store is OK, but lacks a good variety of Jewish foods, especially holiday selections. Everyday deli and side choices, kosher cried beef, pastrami, jarred goods like red peppers and some tomatoes are not available. There wasn't any Chanakah gelt either. Very sad and disappointing.

This was the worst experience with ordering a sub I’ve ever had! This is the first and the last time getting a sub at this location. Everyone and I mean everyone working behind the sub counter was horrible! They were extremely slow and inattentive. Also, the subs were made poorly and looked like someone just threw everything on a roll. The tomatoes were old and wilted. Just a horrible experience overall. I will stick to the other locations that care about their work.

I do not recommend this publix .So I came in here the other day to buy a parfait ,there was a old white man just picking up multiple cantaloupes and putting them down like he couldn’t make up his mind . I politely said excused me after waiting for 2 minutes and him still not making a decision . This old white man turns around and starts going off on me telling me how I need to show respect and telling me this is not how we do things in America etc and other racist remarks . Then the Publix manager walks over and instead of him trying to find out what happened he goes and takes the old white man side and completely dismisses me . I’m sure this is not the first time this man has acted out against a person of color at this publix and the way this manager dealt with the situation was completely unprofessional and biased.I will not be returning to this location and btw this location is outdated and dirty .

I went to this location and I noticed I had left my debit card at home when I got to the check out the cashier was going to allow me to input my card info and the Manager Joan (I believe that was her name) the only female manager had us wait in the customer service line and waste our time only to say she couldn't do it. She stated she can input my card info it if my card wasn't working. Which means it's possible to manually input debit cards.

I have high respect for PUBLIX Branches for their service-oriented ability, but this particular branch puts the entire company to shame. Everyone needs to be retrained to go beyond the call of duty or hire people to know how to live up to PUBLIX standards and expectations. Not to mention a lot of faith-based buildings close by and they would rather act incompetent or lazy over working hard for their hard-earned cash.
