Purchase our 5 betta fishes here, 4 glofish, 2 guppies, 3 zebra tetra fish. Some aquarium accessories. Had our pet dog lilly trained here and get checked up. Customer care is care is excellent. No issues with them.

I scheduled a 9:30 appointment with Angelica for a bath and brush with nail grind. I received a text at 10:41 saying he was ready for pick up. She immediately calls and says it will be around 20 more minutes. I call at 12:40 but no one answers the phone in grooming. I called back at 1:30 and they tell me he’s ready. I asked what took so long and she rudely replied “I called you!” Mind you, she did call right after they text and said he was ready, just to say he’s not ready. I asked why would I drive up there to sit and wait when you should have called when he was ready. Long story short, we got into a full fledged argument because she clearly lacks communication skills and discipline. Her co worker had to tell her to walk away instead of sitting there like a child arguing with a customer. We won’t even talk about the fact that his nails are uneven! Pet Smart, do better! She does not deserve to handle our fur babies! DO NOT REQUEST ANGELICA!!!!!!!!

If I could give 0 for service, I would. People keep your pets away from petSmart. I brought the dog in at 10:00 for an appointment, they didn't call me until 3:30pm, when I went and asked the manager why they kept the dogs so long.!? Manager grooming salon Kathlyn started yelling and throwing my dog ​​off the table that wasn't finished . Very unprofessional, route.

We made an appointment online to have our Dog Groomed. When we showed up we were told that there wasn't anyone in that could do our type of dog that day that we would need to reschedule, so we did. When we showed up for our 2nd appointment the technician said it would take 3-4 hours since our dog was so matted. When my wife went to pick him up at the 3 hour mark he was in a cage and a different dog was being groomed. They had started brushing our dog, but we were told that someone came in and paid for "Express" service which bumped our dog and we were told to come back in 3 more hours and he would be done. The technician was fairly rude about the whole thing like it was our fault. Not a good business model where you can bump a dog that is in the middle of being groomed just because someone that didn't have an appointment pays more. Needless to say, we won't be using their services ever again.
