My 1st time having my cat groomed. Heather is amazing!! Lucy, my cat, took right to her! Lucy is a long haired kitty and when I picked her up she smelled and looked so good!! Lucy is happy with the grooming and so am I! Thank you Heather!! We will be back, maybe w my other cat Frank soon!!

Just a quick stop for some dog toys. We found a decent selection for our aggressive chewer. They were running a special and we still managed to spend over $70. Staff was kind, store was clean. We will visit in the next few weeks to get a bath and trim.

This petsmart is my favorite!! Every single employee I've ever spoken with is always so kind and so helpful! I love that they have great customer service! This will be the only location I go to from now on! Keep up the great work yall are amazing!

Literally my first review on ANYTHING. We used Angel today , once again my puppy(who was traumatized from his last grooming) was shaved raw on his private area. Back to the vet we go for irritation. They didn’t even finish the cut because of how he acted. Be careful. She said he was afraid of the clippers so she couldn’t finish, I’d be afraid too if my skin was stripped from my testicles. Rush job on my Yorkie-poo also, uneven cut & not what I asked for at all.Mini poodle -boy 12lbs 1years old.Yorkie poo-girl 6lbs 4 years old.I’ll NEVER use this groomer again.

Zero stars if I could. I bought a harness from here for my dog, and it ripped not even owning the harness for 2 days. I went to take it back and the guy who I asked if I could return it told me the manager said not to take any ripped harnesses for returns?! Sorry what?! Just ripped harnesses? All the money I’ve spent here and they won’t take a ripped harness that is caused by their own manufacturing. Ok then.

If you plan on getting your dog groomed here I hope you're doing preventative measures for fleas because they will definitely get fleas I have never had my dogs get fleas in their seven and six years of life all it took was one time to this Petsmart location and they got of fleas I didn't realize until a couple weeks in after their grooming now I've spent hundreds of dollars to get rid of these fleas I will never be coming back to Petsmart also the manager Drew is fairly rude for the record!!

Madison at grooming always does an amazing job! Charlee’s haircut always looks incredible! She’s so patient and she shows true care for our dogs! She even gifted us a champagne bottle toy for them to have at our wedding photoshoot. A+ for Madison!

Tall young curly headed light skin guy was very rude .I asked him for some help and he said well you're going to have to wait. instead of saying I'll be right there with you. Then when he did help he insisted like he knew everything. I just listen to him rattle on and did what I was going to do anyway.Been shopping there for years other than him everybody's been nice

Ok place well organized. Came to buy a cat tree can say after a couple months the cat tree is broken. Not good quality for the $$ as it was $100. Kind of upset about it. I will be going to our local petshop here in Macclenny from now on

The store and the employees are nice. The reason for the missing star is that online it will show multiple products instock however, when you drive to the store it's not there. Also I purchased an after surgery wrap for my dog and it was per worn and had another dogs hair all over it.

Store is clean and well stocked. I believe the employee who assisted me in buying a live water plant from the aquarium section was named Linda, and she was very kind and helpful. She saw that the first plant she grabbed was turning brown and not looking too good so she took the time to find me a nice healthy one. My turtle is very happy :)

We have been going to Petsnart to buy our dog food,treats,training and grooming for the past 6 years. We showed up for our grooming appointment a few minutes early and were told we can't drop Matilda off because we were early. We have never had that experience before. We were told to cancel our appointment which we walked out resigned to the fact we wouldn't come back. I called several days later and asked for the manager and some female told me she was in charge and told me basically they changed their changed their ru L sand told me to go elsewhere.

Its great that they let me and my rowdy dog in. He needs the socialization. They are a bit expensive, but they have a good variety. I want to curse and condemn the person who put the raw hides mini bones at dog level in e checkout. Of course the dog got one and I bought it and it wasn’t cheap at all.

We use PetSmart for our little miniature schnauzer. She gets her medical there as well as grooming. The vet is kind and gentle with her and she never has a problem with the shots afterward. The groomer, Rabbit, is a wonder. Our little one is squiggly and between getting a haircut and nails I dont know how Rabbit does it. Our little one goes to her without hesitation.Great place to get your animals taken care of!

Grooming department : Gave me one price on the phone of 55 $ for a 5 pound dog.when I got there after driving 20 min minutes to get there the price jumped to 87 $ ! Not to mention. The intake lady could not have been any ruder. I'll never go there again! I'll be sure to pass the word along. Don't waste your time and gas Just horrible experience all the way around ! 🙏
