This is a great pet store located near the Home Depot /Target in the Regency area. They have just about everything you could possibly need for your pet and the employees were helpful. I went there for some cat stuff and while i was there i looked at the live animals. They have some interesting fish, guinea pig, reptiles, birds, and more, too many to list. please check out the pics! they also had a good selection of cages and aquariums.

okay so Angel is my baby's groomer. he's a perfect boy for her.. Or that's what she tells me lol. I love it. Everyone there is so sweet and patient with him if you have a traumatized stray you know how important trust is. for my baby he's absolutely obsessed with Miss Angel and I can't thank her enough for her time and patience and love for him. he gets so excited whenever I say her nameThank you so much to Petsmart grooming. you have changed the way my boy sees people. and he finally smells good. His favorite part is his new bandana

So because of the sweet employee, this is 3 stars. If I didn't talk to her, it would be 1. Bought a toy that is hanging on the 3.47 rack, not one or two, but a few of them. it rang up wrong 8.47, and the Manger Young kid had no remorse and didn't want to make it right. Said there was nothing he could do. Said it was not their fault 4 of them were hanging in the wrong spot. I get it's 5 dollars, but customer service is everything, and if the managers are being trained like this, you will lose customers quickly. The right thing would have been to just give me the price difference back and take the others' ones down and put them in the right spot. Instead of aguring with a customer who just spent $100 dollars.

Very smooth trip here. I easily found what I needed. The Banfield Hosp staff quickly processed my Hills diet prescription and my dog is eating it without gastric upset.

I’d usually bring my dog here through out the years she’s a little more nervous than other dogs never had any issues before with past employees but I don’t know what’s going on in this place now I took my dog for a wash, nail trim, and I don’t know what the real issue was that they didn’t complete anything other than the wash and said to not bring my dog for nail trims that I have to find another place for it it’s real mess everyone is rude!! The people don’t care for your pets I’ve never seen my dog so terrified leaving a grooming place I witnessed one of the employees yell and terrify a poor dog simply because he was being to rough with it and the dog started moving so he lost his temper NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE !!!

Such a shame I’ve been trying to call their veterinary clinic that they have attached for days and nobody will answer the phone, then when you call the store they say they aren’t apart of them and basically just didn’t care to help at all. Like she could’ve just walked 5 steps over there and asked them to give me a call back. I’ll take my puppy elsewhere.

About 4 years ago I brought my four huskies here for grooming. 3 of them the groomer did a fantastic job and didn't shave or cut my dog's coats. Was roughly $100 for all 3. The 4th one I took on a separate visit and got a different groomer. Not only did the groomer SHAVE her coat to the skin without my permission, she charged me dematting fees and wasn't even there for my pickup ( really sketchy to do that then dash) and I was charged over $100 dollars for this shave. You don't shave huskies unless medically necessary and now she's having issues thanks to this incompetent groomer. Her coat didn't grow back properly and she's since been scared to be groomed.Hope she's since been fired. Will not ever return to this location if I move back to Jacksonville!The rest of the staff at the store then were lovely and the only reason I didn't leave a 1-stsr review.

I always have a great time shopping here. The staff are friendly and help me find things when I'm in need. On my last visit one of the associates went above and beyond searching for my product in back and in their side stock to get me the very last one they had. I appreciate the effort. Also met a fellow customers cute pitbull puppy that was going to dog training. Even snapped a few pics of some snuggled up lizards. Overall it was a very nice visit.

I went in to buy oat grass for my cats and they had them in stock. The cashier was friendly and the shop was up to par with what I expect when I visit Petsmart which is cleanliness, organization and a good selection of items.

Very clean..service was good...silly - but I'm terrified of dogs and several dogs barked continuously throughout the store. I went for a pet goldfish and none was available, so I settled for beta fishes.

Never again will I bring my dog here, he looks like he got butchered!!! They cut him so fast that he was done with his haircut before we even left the store. His hair was about 3 inches long before this, we wanted it short but this is by far the worst job and my baby was terrified going in the first place!! How does someone look at this and say ok this looks good???? Also, he has done nothing but whine and itch since he got home. His ears are all red and seem to bother him… Your animals deserve better!!!

Great customer service and good selection. Had my dogs trimmed there and the dogs were happy. I know cuz they did not bronco around.Update: Dog getting pawdicure and have had many times. They are quick and now have walk in service again for selected services.

Pet Smarts, I gave them one star because, my daughter and grandchild brought 2 guinea pigs from pet Smarts. Store associate told them that they only sale males guinea pigs. Come to find out that is not true. My daughter notices that the guinea pig had a lump in her belly. Guinea pig was pregnant. Now my grandchild has 4 guinea pigs. PET SMARTS Liar liar pants on fire Liar pants on fire liar liar pants on fire. Do better PET SMARTs. Now my grandchild do not want to give them up. Lord help me😡

Brought my 2 lb mini Chihuahua to find a sweater that would fit her. The Associate told me that it wouldn't be in the dog section to check the cat or most likely guinea pig section. I asked where and she just pointed in a direction to go and I couldn't find it and asked for help and was told just a moment. I kept looking and finally found clearance Christmas ones that were more like a saddle since they had a top but not a bottom. Why don't they have stuff for tiny miniature and toy-size dogs?

This place is pretty cool. Most pet stores carry a small selection of pets. This place has something for everyone. It's clean and very spacious!

Poor service. Booked a grooming appt for my dog at 7 on Monday. They called me Sunday and said they can’t do the appt because they closed at 8. When asked why they would schedule an appt for 7 if they closed at 8 I was met with a barrage of excuses. Instead of honoring the appt they cancelled it. Poor customer service

Nice Regency location. Due to global supply issues, I have not seen the cat food I was looking for...I can't find the Cheddar and Chicken flavor Fancy Feast anywhere...Got a standard w/high sided litter pan for my fuzzball's updated litter box! 😻👍

We had our monthly pest control service at our house 🏠 done this past Friday 8/4 and our animals had to be out of the house while it was being done and we could come back after 2 hours. Our dog had an appointment at her groomers and we put our cat 😺 in her kennel and we wondered where we could go with our cat and we thought about going to PetSmart. We went there without our cat and we hadn't been there for awhile, so we wandered around the store with our cat in her kennel in a cart going around the store and we're amazed at the animals we saw. We purchased a few things while we were there and the associate that checked us out was very nice and very helpful.
