Alicia did a fantastic job on my mini aussie Socks! She was very kind and gentle and patient with him and followed instructions. The only negative is that Petsmart does not let you tip on a credit card and I was not aware. I had not brought my debit card and couldn’t get cash back so I will need to return soon with cash or tip double next time.

Special things to Sandy and David for all of my puppy needs. However, I do have a special message for corporate if they read these reviews as well.The next time I stand in your store and I hear what sounds like a freight train or a semi truck coming to hit me from out the corner of the store because you have a curbside pick up on a tablet device is the day when I say entitlement has gone a little bit too far and there are much more effective ways of letting your staff know that a curbside pick up has arrived. You can use LED lights you can use a less obnoxious sound that doesn’t go off every two minutes to alert the staff and everyone in the store that someone is there to pick something up.I don’t know if you recently hired someone in the GenZ generation, but you need to fire that clown and bring somebody else who knows how to appropriately let the staff know when customers have arrived, rather than scaring the hell out of half of them in the line thinking of freight train is about to come through the front door and run over the little puppy

This is solely related to Christian as a Groomer at the St. Johns Towncenter location. All of the other bathers and groomers have been very kind to our pup. And for the record, Savannah is THE BEST GROOMER!Now, back to Christian. If you have ever gotten a bad haircut or your eye brows messed up and then had to be forced to walk around looking a hot mess until the hair grows back, then you understand what my puppy is going through. Talk about a BOTCHED job! I wasn't going to say anything when I saw the initial BOTCH job when I picked her up and saw that her inner legs were shaved almost down to her skin. Then, I was rubbing her belly and saw that he shaved her entire underbelly. This is pure LAZINESS! My dog had a little matting in the front, so I agreed for a little cut down on the front of her chest. She did not have matting under her belly. She had a full beautiful skirt and Christian removed it all. My dog is a beautiful breed and I take pride in keeping her well groomed. What Christian gave her was the equivalent of the buzzcuts that they do in bootcamp. They don't care about how you look, they just want the hair gone. Well, he didn't care how she looked and was too lazy to trim, comb, and take his time grooming her. What a complete and utter nightmare! He will NEVER touch my dog again and I recommend that you steer clear too.The non-botched photo of Miss Raven is thanks to Savannah, a great groomer. If you book a cut, book with her.

Shout out to Kim in grooming! I take my golden retriever, Finn, to be groomed by her every 3 months or so and she does a beautiful job and is always so sweet to my dog and I. This was our 3rd time coming back and we will be back again when his grinch feet return. Pictures of my sweet angel boy for reference.

Melissa the dog groomer did not give my Shih Poo a good full haircut. She did not get it close cut like I asked and left areas very un even. I don’t like that they wash then do the haircut I specifically asked them to cut then wash! When they wash first they get right back dirty with the nasty tables with other dog hair and then after waiting 4hours they put my pup on the nasty floor with all the dog hair on it and my puppy got picked up by me with so much extra other dog hair all over me! I had to throw my shirt in the trash and rewashed bath my puppy when I got home. She also was rough and mean to my pup when grooming her and I didn’t like the service we received at all!

Our groomer Melissa did a great job with grooming my pup. My issue with this visit was the abysmal level of customer service or lack thereof from the cashier David. I was next in line to check out as he was deep into a conversation with someone he knew. Instead of finishing the conversation he looks me in the eye, doesn't excuse himself, doesn't say someone else will be right with you; he simply walks to continue the conversation with his church friend. Leaving another cashier to step up check me out along with 2 other people in line behind me. It almost felt a little racially motivated. Highly disappointed.

The grooming experience here was unpleasant for me and my dog. I decided to try the grooming salon at this location because of the positive reviews, the low price, and my dog already goes to the Banfield vet office inside Petsmart. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a few smiling faces and everyone seemed overall positive. However my groomer who came from the back area, acted as if they were just over it, didn’t want to be there, not friendly. I understand we all get frustrated with our jobs. However, you work with the public, customer service goes a long way. The grooming took almost 5 hours. That’s insane to me; our other groomer at our usual spot, is quick, nice and calls with any updates etc.. When I called to check on my dog because of the insane amount of time that has passed, my groomer was the one to answer the phone. I asked for an update on my dog, she said “oh,…yeah, what’s your dogs name?” I gave her the name. She said “oh…, yeah sorry, your dog is ready.” So that tells me she forgot or didn’t really care. My dogs cut was ok but the face was not really what I asked for. I have a mini-schnauzer and they have those cute eyebrows, now chopped off. I feel if I would’ve had a different groomer things may have gone better. Customer service is just lacking these days.

Friday dec. 15, 2023 came here to find kitten treats and pet toys. Looked for the world's best cat litter. They had It, but going to get the litter at Walmart since its cheaper there. Noticed you can earn extra points for certain items which is nice. The aisles are a bit narrow. Plenty of variety of cat and kitten snacks. Has different types of litter boxes to chose from as well. Good holiday deals. Friendly staff and animals look good. Has Banfield pet hospital in back.

Overall there is anything you could possible need for your pets and then some! The store was fairly well laid out and clean. I really enjoyed their selection of fish, aquatic life and supplies. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

After every store close to me was sold out of Chameleons this petsmart came to my hearts rescue 😂 Upon calling they had one in stock so I took the almost 2 hour drive to pick her up. She is about 6 months old and absolutely perfect in every way!!! She’s the friendliest chameleon I’ve ever been around and we are all so in love with her! Great customer service and a beautiful healthy chameleon! She is already growing and shedding her first skin since I’ve had her!

The manager is very helpful. They could use more employees in sight so you can ask questions. The line to checkout can be lengthy, but the manager usually jumps on another register. For the most part, great store and selection!

Like most pet stores, they cater to dogs and cats and fish more than anything else. I have rabbits and turtles. The supplies and food for both are limited like everywhere else and there was no box turtle food other than salad cups. Lol. I'm sure that they do their best and would need a really big place to carry everything that everyone needs for their pets. That being said, I can't get everything I need for my pets there so I don't go very often.

Everytime we come here (2/3 a month) we see the same employee in the fish department, I believe her name is Sarah. Has short blonde (now pinkish) hair. She’s always SO cold and rude. I literally always travel to a further PetSmart just to avoid a rude interactions with her but sometimes I like to go in here for better fish selections. We always buy a fish or two, so it’s not like we’re wasting her time or anything - no matter what day it is, she had a careless bad attitude. It’s frustrating as a customer because I have to go elsewhere just to get a better experience when the employee should just be a little nicer to people and not always look like she’s bothered. I had a rude interaction yesterday which really set me off the edge. It’s such a mood killer to have to deal with someone in there who is ALWAYS unhappy looking and never helpful.

Wish I could leave a separate review on their services. Their pet hospital killed my dog a few years ago in another location and now they messed up and shaved my Corgi. You should NEVER shave a corgi and they knew they messed up because they made me pay before I saw him. A year ago I took him to another petsmart location where they did a perfect job and the lady made sure to ask me if I wanted him done like last time. Well it was far from that. Possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my life seeing as how he not only looks terrible but his hair might never grow back the same way again. His fur is all wooly now. Oh and in addition to summer being around the corner. I will have to keep him away from the sun. Words can't describe how horrible someone has to be to do that to an adorable Corgi.

I take my Golden Doddle to St Augustine and they do a great job he comes home happy smelling Amazing but this location did not cut his Hair right did not use the product I paid for CHI he did not smell like he was sprayed with the mist as well! Not happy! Returning to St. Augustine to have them fix his hair😭cause even though he had some nots at the end of his tail the rest of the body is not uniformly cut! And I tipped them😢

Great customer service at this location. Both the cashier and the floor person or manager (not sure), we're very friendly and helpful. Needed to get medicine for one of our cats who has ringworm. Wasn't even sure where to find the stuff if they even had it. The cashier called someone who knew where it was as well as give me a lot of information. I will continue to shop this location!!!

Super unhappy with the grooming center at the Towncenter Petsmart. This is the second time in a row we have taken our dog there to be groomed and they have trimmed his nails too short and hit the nail bed and we’ve picked him up with a bloody foot. Needless to say we do not recommend and will not be returning.
