We LOVE Angie at the grooming salon she is so sweet and loving with my boys! Sir Periwinkle absolutely loves her! He was so excited to be at his second appointment this week and couldn’t wait to see her- now that’s the sign of a good groomer and a happy dog. Just check out these pics and see how calm he was on the table with her. THANK YOU for being so sweet to my babies!She does a hands on assessment before each appointment and gives us an honest answer to what each of my babies need!! We see her bi monthly for grooming maintenance and absolutely love it!

The staff was GREAT! Dave was quick to help me and another customer in the fish section. Elijah was EXCELLENT! His care and expertise was impressive and his recommendations were above and beyond. Very personable, friendliest staff! Larry at the register was awesome - he even pointed out some coupons to remember on my next visit. Ten out of ten service! Five stars. Highly recommend!

Personal experience, quality service is selective not the standard for everyone. No future business. Good on you for those who experience otherwise. The "groomers" don't appear to all be "groomers" more like shavers. If it's not a shave it's a miss, or an intentional botch.

Loved That no one was there. I came to get crickets and usual at Pet Smart. I have to wait or run the store to find someone... but here they had pre bag crickets, which I loved 😍 didn't have to find anyone, just grab n go THANK U.

OMG My baby Moxie is so beautiful! Monica did an excellent job! She understood the assignment!!! This is not my first time here but this is my first year. All year is just full of amazing outcomes! All ladies do a great job! Monica made me cry happy tears though lol! I drive 45 minutes just for this location which is the only one I trust!

I came in to purchase our usual dog food. Unfortunately, they were out, and I happened to stop an associate, Jess. Jess was able to recommend something very similar until I could either get some shipped to me or the next shipment comes in. Jess also noticed I had some Valentine treats for my pets and asked if I had downloaded the app. If I did, I could earn more points. She was fabulous in helping me navigate the app, and she truly did go above and beyond. Thank you, Jess, keep up the great service

I never write reviews but was so impressed with their fish display on 3/22/24! Last year when I looked at their fish selection I wasn’t impressed, could clearly identify several diseased tanks & the tanks overall were not well maintained. Usually petsmart is not somewhere I would buy fish, but Darrin has managed to completely transform the department! I actually felt good about buying fish here & found the stock to be higher quality than floating sea aquatics, who have been going downhill recently. Anyways, the selection looks amazing & Darrin is doing an amazing job! Stellar tanks at this location

I have come here every few weeks for a year. Today the guy with long brown hair at the register gave me a hard time because my cats prescription expired a few 13 months ago. For urinary health dry food.In almost 2 years nobody has ever stopped me from getting food for my cat. Because it's dry food, and it's not that big of a deal.But today this kid says sorry sir you're going to have to check in with Banfield to update this paper. Luckily they are still open.Let me explain something, this kid needs some customer service training. I've been buying that good for almost a year from this same store with no issue. Please use some common sense. Dry food. Wasted 24 minutes of my evening. Thank you again.

Jess has been a key player in our new aquarium set up. She helped us get all the necessary materials for our 20 gallon fish tank. Her insights a kindness were a main reason we went to Pet Smart. Setting up a new aquarium is challenging and taxing. I went to Pet Smart at least 8 times in a week! Every time Jess was there she always greeted us with a smile and never got annoyed with my thirty questions. I am truly grateful for the direction she has led me in for my fish tank.

The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, the food was flavorful, the prices were a bit higher than expected.I basically had a Mexican omelet smothered with chili, side of grits, English muffin, & coffee for just under $20. It seems prices have gone up everywhere, across the board...that said, imo, $15.xx for a smothered omelet and $3.xx for a cup of coffee is on the high side.However, the coffee comes with a small carafe so you can refill your own cup as needed...which I really like. Additionally, I got a glass of water that also came with its own carafe.Overall, I liked it and would recommend!

I love petsmart it’s my go to store I shop online and in store more so online but when I go to the vet I always stop at petsmart last night I was there and noticed a bunch of new treats and I seen it had smaller writing of course I forgot my glasses and I asked the worker if it had any rawhide in there my dog can’t have any and she said no so I got a few and I got home that night I gave it to her she licked it a few times and my husband came in and thought it was rawhide I told him he wasn’t and showed him the wraper of course it is rawhide so just be careful and always double check labels I’m ok with being stuck with treats I won’t use rather then my dog get sick

Outside is GROSS & a blatant illustration of laziness with dog-toating customers & disregard by PetSmart. Clean Up After Your Dogs!!! PetSmart, your store is well organized but you HAVE to know that without clean areas entering & exiting the store it is a reflection of your store.Other than that there is a lot of pet supplies - much more than just food & toys. Engraving station for collar tags with many tag options.I will not come back. I'd write more but I've got to clean my shoes...

We have our cat and our dog groomed there. Our dog is a standard poodle and our kitty is a long-haired ragdoll. I’m always pleased with Petsmart and their dedication to our animals.

I take my dog here about every 3 to 4 weeks just to have his nails trimmed. So far no problems. I also buy his dog food here.. I saw this tent today, thought it was pretty cute for bringing him to the beach and different outings..

If you own pets and you need something for them ! Such as food, toys, sand, drags, haircuts, this place will be the right one.As well as you can buy your self a pet or fish or turtles, lizard, birds, mouse, snake, iguana, kamilia, and more and more types of pets.I like how many many options of toys you can find for cats or for dogs or even for mouse and birds.I recommend you to visit this shop even if you don’t buy anything, just have a look and you won’t regret it.

Stopped in looking for additional items for our children's pet's. First the store is big but kind of dark and not as welcoming as it could be. Parking can be a bit of a challenge on a busy weekend as and That, Bed Bath and Beyond and Baby Store are located in the same small mall area but today no problem. Lots of the pet cages were looked at but had nothing ion them so how can you buy what you cannot see or pet. Selection of dog toys were not that good with next to nothing for the really big dogs. Prices are as high as most pet stores with few big specials that we could see. Sorry thought it would be better.

We took our first ever training Puppy class with Michaela at this location and Teddy learned SO MUCH. He was so scared to be around anybody people or dogs and was hiding under my chair in fear. By the end of the six week program he was running to greet other humans and get pets and playing tug of war with other doggies of all sizes in his class! Between the skills and the healthy socialization needed for young puppies these training courses are worth it! I highly recommend training here with Michaela!

Jasmine gave our labrodoodle a full coconut spa package, pricing was competitive. Her quality of work is above average. His haircut is perfect and the best one yet. In addition to her great skill set she was more then willing to work with our dogs special needs he still has from being rescued. We are beyond happy.

PetSmart is. Clean well organized store with a large selection of products. All the employees are friendly and helpful and when talking to them I found out several of them rescue animals themselves! Prices are a little higher than some grocery sores but they carry quality brands not available elsewhere, so it is understandable. Pets are welcomed and usually given extra friendly attention and they try hard to find any product you seek. Good store, good people!
