I took my dog for a grooming, and they called me that he had an accident while they cut his hair. They made it seem like is was a bruise in his ear and it was not a big deal. I came to see that he had a big cut on his ear and he hasn’t stopped bleeding. They didn’t have the decency to give me anything to stop the bleeding or even a discount for that. I am really disappointed and I will not be coming back.

Super Great!!! Canned prescription food most decent price & I know my (female) dog is going to kill me, but, it was on sale & it's gonna look so cute on her!!! 😁😁😁 But, as I figured, it was too small, but the neck wrap worked!!! YaY Me!!!

Got SAMSON a hair cut.. Ticket said SAMPSON 😆.. This is the worst hair cut I've ever seen 😑 She butcher my puppy. I paid the $73 for this mess and left a $20 for the tip. I WILL NEVER come here again and will never send anyone here.. I asked for a half cut she buzz cut my dog . So he will have a bad hair day for a month or two. The girls are sweet that's why I left 2 stars. Poor puppy.

Aydria is the sweetest! I haven’t been able to find a groomer Bella is comfortable with since moving back, but she loves her! Bella is 18 and Aydria has her feeling like a puppy every visit! We’ll always come back ❤️

I have been going to this location for over two years now. I have many reptiles and go there for supplies,feeders and enclosures. I have probably spent well over $1,500 just in the last few months at this location because it’s the closest to where I live. I will no longer be doing business with them because every time I go there all the employees including management are always Rude, Hateful and completely miserable. I will also be reaching out to corporate office to tell them about how I have been treated the last few times I’ve been there. Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible!

I got my dog groomed they did not cut her hair around her face and on the side they cut a large gap of hair all the way down to her skin we will not be coming back here

I highly recommend Tiffany at the oakleaf Petsmart for all your small dog needs. She did amazing with my baby!!

Be careful with this store. I went in this morning and bought some more fish. Unfortunately, one fish didn't make it and I had to go back and exchange it for another. The manager was reluctant to exchange my dead fish cause the cashier rung up my purchase wrong and the manager was saying that I had to buy the fish again cause the purchase "wasn't on my receipt". I said, that ain't my fault, that is the employee's fault and this stores fault. I will not pay for another fish I just bought. The manager got upset at me, like it was my fault, moving her cart around in a frustrated manner telling me, "If this new fish dies that she wouldn't be able to exchange it cause she is just going to give it to me and I still won't have a receipt for it." When she gave me the new fish, I thanked her and said I appreciate it. She ignored me as she was mad at me for something I didn't do and her employee did. This is how this store treats their customers, so be careful at this.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I'd like to start by saying I am aware my dog can be difficult, his feet are sensitive as are his ears. BUT this does not excuse the lack of professionalism provided by Oakleaf Petsmart. We had a grooming appointment scheduled for this morning. We were called THE MORNING OF, and an hour prior to the time, for them to cancel the appointment due to the notes on our pet's file. These same notes were NEVER communicated during previous appointments - at each grooming session I would ask how he was, and the response has always been "he was fine." That would never give me an indication they could not or would not groom him. I do not, and will not recommend Petsmart for grooming.

We went to look for a toy and/or treat for our pup after surgery. We found quite a few things! They have really nice sweaters and costumes for pets. The staff was nice. Disappointed that the tag machine is STILL broken. I bought a tag about 3 years ago that I still haven't gotten engraved... overall experience was great

Manager is very rude.I was calling to see if it was safe to get my dog groomed and if they had any cases of this new dog sickness in store. He said “nope. There’s nothing.” Very blunt and rude. Will not be taking my pup there ever again.

Do not have Ashley groom your dog and especially if you have a larger doodle. She groomed my St Berdoodle today and he looks absolutely ridiculous. He had some matting behind each ear that I could not get out so I knew that would be a closer shave but she shaved his entire body. His nose is raw from her shaving it. The top of his head looks like Moe from the 3 stooges. He has long pieces and short pieces all over. This is the absolute WORST…. Plus, she was rude and did not care that I was not satisfied. Definitely will not ever have her groom my dog again!!!

I have always been loyal to PetSmart and their Grooming, however this was my first attempt at this location. I called ahead to schedule nail grinding for 2 or 3 dogs if they had the time for it, they said 3 would be no problem if I could come in at 6pm. No problem, I had to go to that side of town and was able to move things around to make the time work. I arrived 15 minutes prior with paperwork in hand only to be told they could not service 2 of the dogs because they had received vaccinations the day prior. Why was this not mentioned on the phone? When I scheduled, they did ask if updated paperwork was available for the 2 frequent flyers and for the new dog. I let them know the two frequents had been to the vet yesterday and I'd bring paperwork in hand. I feel like they could have mentioned that if vaccines were received, it is PetSmart policy to wait 48 hrs - 2 weeks prior to grooming services, as that is what I was told upon my arrival!Complete waste of my time that could have been avoided had they asked the appropriate questions ahead of scheduling. I was not impressed by the associate or PM managers response to the issue, no polite offer to reschedule or update the dogs information on file anyway so it's in the system for next time, just a plain "they should have asked" response and pretty much just a "can't help you". Sincerely disappointed in how they handled it.I can respect a policy, but this was their mess up for not asking the necessary questions prior and for poorly handling it once they realized they hadn't.

I love my local PetSmart for a few different things. First, the grooming is awesome and I always love how my little girl comes out so cute and fluff free. Second, the training is really good. I really enjoyed how much insight I got as an owner on how to train my pup. I want to go back for more training, but unfortunately because of time constraints I haven't had the chance. Make sure that you train your dogs in as many areas as you can(your home, at the store, at the park, on walks, and around people). It works if you stick with it and apply the foundations of the training every where.

First, we have been using this location for grooming service for quite some time. However, the service has gone down. We had a 1:30 appt today and the email said to allow 3-4 hours for completion. Well, 5:30 comes and they haven't started on my dog. They didn't finish until 6:30pm. There was no phone, no communication about being short staff or anything. Now, we are considering taking our dog elsewhere since things are not being run properly at this location. It is really hit or miss.

This is a wonderful place with great staff to help you. I came here with my 2 kids on a drizzly afternoon. It was kids free time but the park was wet. So they said let's go to PetSmart. Disclosure: we don't have any pets....yet. We walked around the store looking at things we normally wouldn't see in other stores. We spent time at the fish aquariums, cricket's, cat's pen, dog grooming, bird cages, and the amphibians cases. Store was clean, employees asked if we needed help with a smile, and kids learned things about all the animals. Seriously, just visiting here has us as parents thinking about getting a pet for our family. Thank you PetSmart.

My favorite Petsmart. The groom center staff are great. We also found a kitten and I had no idea what it needed. A staff member gave me so much great advice and product help. Five stars for that experience alone.

Easy in and out for dog baths.I give 4 stars because my dog has never had a problem getting her nails trimmed until very recently going here. The vet has no issue with it so she goes there now. My other dog has 0 issues. Still our go-to for baths when we are too busy to do it ourselves.

There was a lot of kittens to choose, the lady that helped me apologized about the wait, but it honestly didn't take very long. We chose Billy who is a very friendly kitten, his foster parents did a very good job training him and spending the time with him to make him the perfect kitten. He loves to sleep on my husband and daughter, except me, he likes to bite my head, but I'm certain that's karma. I am very happy I visited the Petsmart Oakleaf location that Saturday. This kitten will let you put a harness on him and doesn't care, the chillest kitten I've ever owned, but also very playful.

Went to Banfield. The vet told us because of the age of our dog he should not get vaccinated, her attitude was he is too old to do anything. I would not take my dog back there.

Took my dogs to the groomers to get a haircut they wouldn't let me see them till I paid. After I paid I got my dogs one of them was barely trimmed and has patches of long hair all over her body never going to the oakleaf groomer again.

Had a good experience at Pet Smart on August 17, 2020 at the Oakleaf Store in Jacksonville, FL. I was shopping with my German Shepherd and needed an Elizabethan collar as he was having surgery the next day. The cashier helped me locate the collar and was friendly with my pup without having to ask for help. His effort was appreciated.
