A great addition to this shopping plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was very well stocked. They had stuff I’ve never seen in the regular pet store. The snake and reptile display area was amazing. We watched as two huge dogs got a grooming service, and they look so happy to be there which is rare and shows the staffs ability to make them feel comfortable.

Clean, fresh store! Helpful, friendly staff including grooming services. Bunny nail trims. There is a good variety with a little bit of everything for your different pet and species needs. There is also a mobile vaccine clinic schedule!

Groomer Mary Jo and her assistant did a great job with our Toby( 2-year-old silver back yorkie). He's a rescue and needs a ton of patience around his face. He feels so soft and smells great. The bonus you get 20% off your next in-store purchase!!

Nice pet store, but Tractor Supply caries the Koi, Catfish, and wild bird food that we need a long with the dog food. Might as well just go there instead of making a special stop. I do like that they accept the Tractor supply coupons and everything else.

I brought my dog in today to get her groomed and Sam did an awesome job. Usually my dog is very nervous and suffers from anxiety. She was calm and relaxed when I showed up. I was so happy. Sam took extra good care of my fur baby!! I will be bringing her back for sure!!

I recently used the grooming service and was very surprised with the results. I have 3 large dogs (2 German Shepards & 1 Shepard Mix) and the groomer, Dykota, handled the task with no issue. The pups were not stressed or anxious and they looked marvelous and smelled even better. Clean, brushed out, and happy. Great job Dykota. Thank you.

Staff is friendly but be super careful with which groomer you get if you use their grooming service. My dog got one of the worst haircuts of his life at this place. It's so bad that it's almost funny 😅 She missed trimming/shaving entire portions of my dog so he looks very uneven. I can't believe I spent $70 for my dog to look like this when I could have given him a similiarly bad haircut at home for free 🤦‍♀️ Never again

Extremely nervous as this was our first time taking Dexter to this store for grooming. Sam was amazing! She talked me through my fears (didn't want him looking like a rat). She explained the different blade sizes and gave her recommendation. He turned out so stinkin' cute! There was another young lady there (didn't get her name) with pink hair who was just as nice and helpful and gave us coupons for the grooming.We used to go across town, but I think we found a new spot closer to home.

Great customer service. My dog can be ALOT and sometimes people in this industry say they love and understand dogs but treats them different because they are aLot. This place never let me feel like my dog is a burden. Thank you! Very good grooming staff and they have a lot of variety in their store.

Nice, clean new pet shop from tractor supply. Decent selection of pet supplies. Was able to get all my foods, litter and toys for my pets. They didn't have the larger size of my dogs food and prices are a bit higher than i usually pay, But conveniently located.
