Cassandra and her co-workers were so nice and friendly upon Adam's and my arrival. I had questions and she answered and explained everything to me. She did an excellent job on Adam's nails and teeth. We had a great experience! We will definately return and recommend this place.

We were taking our fur babies to see Ashley since we brought them home at 8 weeks old and then we moved to Georgia which is 1hr+ drive. I tried a local groomer but I was not a fan when I saw them restraining my babies just to cut their nails. We recently drove them to Jacksonville and they were SO excited to see Ashley. It is worth the drive to know they will be in her gentle care when it is time for grooming!

I've been taking my dog to this grooming location for a few years now and the staff are wonderful! My dog is not a fan of baths but she loves the people and you can tell she's excited to see the girls, yet nervous about the experience. The staff are so accommodating and pleasant. I truly can't say enough positive about them. Thank you!

Skip, I mean not even last resort worthy, SKIP this Petco grooming salon. Took my two dogs there for a scheduled appointment. Realized my one dog was not down for a full cut. Asked for one and was denied. Then asked if nails were included. Got a snotty reply from the lady who pointed to the menu as if I’ve memorized the services and I should know. Then manager came out and told me the kennels were broken and they had to cancel. Um, maybe if the kennels are broken you should cancel before I just drove 30 minutes with 2 crying dogs in the car. Never again. Customer service comes first and this place is horrendous

The young lady that waited on me was not only knowledgeable, but professional. As a small business owner the customer service that this young lady provided was exceptional, she was on the phone with a very high maintenance pet owner, I could tell that by the back-and-forth conversation, and she handled that person’s concerns and needs perfect. Do you have a tremendous building block for your company with this young lady, and when I went to pay the store managerWas as professional as she was, because that’s who checked me out, do you have a great team there.
