Best freaking place for Pet Supplies in town. Great pit stop for fostering supplies. Sales staff are always friendly and attentive, they have a great set of standards there. Store is clean. Animals visiting are happy and perky. LOVED the Black Friday sale. About the same price on most things than any grocery store, but a whole lot more selection and you get a way better experience. On top of that, it's a privately owned small company, so it's way better than sending more money to the Waltons or Davis Family. These folks will actually spend their money in town, so supporting them is supporting Jacksonville for Jacksonville.

Not good. I made an appointment for grooming at 1 o’clock on Wednesday. It was confirmed by pet supplies plus. I showed up and I was told that the groomer wasn’t there she was in Another store, location and I have not been notified that. I made an appointment for today and I showed up the groomer was at the lunchWhen she got back, I went over everything with her and told her that I had a later appointment I would like to make and if she can complete the grooming in an hour, I would give her an additional big tip. She said she would try.. I waited and had not heard back that she was through grooming my dog, two hours and 50 minutes later. Was told that she would be grooming my dog shortly that she was working on other dogs which meant it would likely be at least another hour and a half. ..,,they tried to tell me that this was a normal wait time which I knew it wasn’t because I had had my dog groom there five or six times, and the number took more than two hours each time from start to finish. So I went and got my dog and will never go back there again. I was your regular customer there and tip the groomer very well but the level of disrespect they show for customers is not acceptable.

Love shopping there, however I will never get my dog grommed there again. Took my dog in she was put in the kennel cool went to the car waited about an hour 45min went back in the groomer was working on a little black dog and she didn't know I was standing there she was getting very frustrated with him and started yelling and pulling hard on the hairs under his chin I know that you are supposed to hold that hair to keep the dogs head still while cutting but she was pulling out of frustration. I started to take my dog then but I said if I stay In here she can't do my dog like that so I went to car came back she had started on my dog so I stood there watching and she started getting frustrated with my dog and slammed the clippers on the table because she couldn't yell at her like she did the others and before I could say just let me have her she un clipped her and kinda snatched her up and made a comment as she was carrying my dog to the back I immediately told another worker to go get my dog now. I dont mistreat my dog and I will be damn if a worker is going to mistreat her. She should not be working with animals she doesn't have the patience. I will never use them again. And now my dog has a rash on her private area. 😐 not happy 😒

Friendly staff and clean stores. Unfortunately, prices are not that competitive. There was an Fluval Aquaclear 50 filter on sale for $41.58. However, I can get the same filter at regular price for $40.00 at other pet store chains and online. If the sale price cannot match regular MSRP price, then the sales are not worth it.

Today I had such a bad day and I was anxious and Mrs.Nicky immediately noticed I was in a rush, stopped whatever she was doing to help me without me even asking. She asked me what I’m looking for and I asked her where the melafix was for fish she immediately showed me and then I asked where can I find the cat stuff she pointed and explained which isle I can find them and then she checked me out in like 5 minutes. So impressed!

Just visited the new store and bought pet food ..The clerk never said the most important words in customer service;" Thank-you " .It's even better with a smile .It should be mandatory that when the receipt is given the clerks should say thank-.you .The stores clean and well-laid out .Just tell all the clerks the most important words in retail.Thank you.The competition is fierce for our shopping dollar and customers should be treated like guests.

We have come here on several several occasions but the prices are higher than they are on chewy and other local stores for treats and foods. Kind of disappointing.Good to know that they will price match in the response was appreciated. Was greeted at the door courteously and asked if we needed help for anything. I will remember that and bring in receipts of things we've bought and ordered in other places recently. Price matching is a very nice benefit.

Stephanie was very friendly and did a nice job on Bailey's grooming. She did exactly what she told me she would do, which I very much appreciate. Poms are not easy to groom and I would have given 5 stars except there are some places of detail that I am catching and having to trim at home...experience fixes this. We did catch one spot while I was there, again attention to detail and experience will fix this...I feel that Stephanie did a nice job and most important to me, she made Bailey feel comfortable while she was there! Thank you Stephanie and Pet Supplies Plus!

Great. They have everything you could want or need. Staff are very helpful with any questions.They also have a great animal washing grooming station. If you gave a big dog this is the way to go. They have a huge selection of all natural food and a huge selection of toys, grooming supplies, EVERYTHING... They also have a vet that comes every so often that does vaccinations on the weekends.They are great. If you have a pet just go. Trust me.

We were calling everywhere looking for dewormer but other places were out and only offered the tapeworm dewormer. Pet Supplies Plus had the one that took care of 4 types! Kat was extremely helpful on the phone and held it for me at the front desk. She was very friendly and shared stories of her own cats. I’ve been to this store 3 or 4 times and everyone has always been very helpful getting us what we’re looking for, for both our dog and cats. They are well-stocked with the best products I’ve not found elsewhere. Great place with great customer service! Rare these days so it’s so awesome to see!

Extremely impressed by the customer service at Pet Supplies Plus! I love that they carry all of the products I get regularly for my pup and the staff are so friendly. They even offer delivery, which is super convenient! Also, I would highly recommend their grooming. They took their time to make my puppy feel comfortable when he had only been groomed one time before.
