Always a wonderful experience. Honestly my go-to pet store. We have dogs, cats and reptiles so we shop for all their needs here. The pets onsite are all well cared for and in clean enclosures. They also always seem to have the live feeders I need for our lizard (all the feeder bugs)

This Pet Supermarket was the cleanest and best kept pet supply store i have ever visited.Their fish tanks were beautiful with healthy lively fish, wide variety, great prices, plus full of healthy live aquatic plants.I will never go anywhere else for my aquarium needs or my bird supplies.

Even though the station we were using didn't have a good water pressure, it was barely spraying we managed to clean both of our little fur children, groom them and dressed them before heading to our next destination. We love the prices there and normally when we stop in we get our fur children treats and a new toy which they love, it's the highlight of their visit.

Stopped by yesterday for my dog's 3rd birthday. Destiny treated our dog like royalty, and made the trip very special. We picked out treats and chews from at least 6 different animals which was fun, but the new treat dispensing toy has been a home run hit for him! A great store, but Destiny was absolutely awesome! Thank you for a great night.

I love coming here to give my pup a nice bath. They provide the brushes, soaps, and towels. There no time limit and they usually aren't extremely busy here. I do prefer coming and getting my pup a bath here vs. At home, it's just so much easier and cleaner.

We shop here all the time for all of our pets and this was our last trip to your store. We sat in traffic to come get the food we knew was there only to be told someone called from another store and asked to hold it behind the counter. We are here ready to buy just one of them right now, and you will not sell it to us. This is crazy and bad for business!! We will never shop here again, congratulations on losing a customer.

Pleasantly surprised. I was looking for something in the aquarium section. The first thing I noticed was well stocked, orderly aisles of supplies and equipment. To my delight, the tanks were also clean, attractive and well stocked. That's not typical in pet stores the day before fish delivery. The staff assistance was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I'll be back!

Our family had a wonderful first shopping experience at this store. Ali was beyond amazing! She was so very knowledgeable, helpful and overall just a genuinely nice person. During our first visit we noticed as customers came in Ali knew the pets by name and showed real compassion for them, even the ones she hadn't built a relationship with yet. Love the do it yourself grooming station. We have returned several times to find the experience have all been wonderful. The store is so clean, always stocked and a positive atmosphere. This store is our only go to for our pet supply needs. Highly recommend this location!

Walked into this store for the fist time ever and it will be the last time.My wife and I were the only 2 people in the store and 2 employees. Blond haired woman followed us around the store for 10 minutes, asking every 2 minutes if we needed help or if she could find anything for us.Annoying to say the least.

My 17 year old was hired here and it was such a toxic work place. This was her first job and very traumatic experience. The store manager is toxic and verbally abusive to her employees. She cursed, screamed, yelled at her constantly. She also would only let my daughter work 4 hour shifts because she was to lazy to remember to give a break. I have contacted the district manager twice through email and no response. Corporate you're next!

The bathing station is a great idea... however, I would prefer if it were enclosed with an air purifier. Bought some treats for my dog, but being there while others bathing their dogs totally flared my allergies.

Great deals and customer service. I go here because it's close to home and they give a free bag of dog food every 10 I buy plus $5 off every $50. Feeding 3 dogs isnt cheap so it definitely helps. I haven't used the dog baths but they provide dog shampoo and all when you use them. Good variety of choices for toys and treats here as well.

We were doing last minute Christmas shopping for our fur babies, and I was overall really pleased with our purchases. I also liked that we were literally the only customers in the store, and that was on Christmas eve. They are a bit on the expensive side but they had pet attire, pet toys, pet beds, training stuff for pets just the general overall items that majority pet stores carry. The cashier was very nice and personable. We actually went to Walmart initially and there were people lined up outside waiting to get in so we quickly decided to go elsewhere and went to Pet Smart, and they were sold out of alot of stuff because of Christmas but Pet Supermarket made it possible for our babies to have lots toys, treats and clothes for Christmas.

Nice store with a dog wash, clean aisles, and stocked up! Staff seems pretty knowledgeable, and the pet cases always seem to be clean. Even the clearance area was kept straight, and one of the employee brought us over to it and explained the sales and savings.

I love this place so much! They are super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I went in because my dog suffers terribly from Florida "air" and allergic to flea bites. I cant remember the name but some lady helped us transition her food to a pet supermarket product and some allergies aids which help wonderfully! This place is always stocked and fair priced ! Go have a look !

They had a photographer named Laura for pet pictures with Santa. Of course, we had them done, priceless memories. They also routinely have vets visit for checkups, shots and a RX for Trifexis. Older store that hubby sometimes thinks smells funny. The staff is always kind and friendly. Overall, we always enjoy our visits here.

I just moved to Jacksonville and this was my first time in Pet supermarket. I have a rabbit, and I needed training pellets for her litter box! Amber was in the middle of taking care of reptiles and stopped what she was doing to assist me and show me where the small animal section was! She was an absolute doll!! I have also never seen such a large selection for rabbits in any other pets in my life! I will definitely be coming back to this store for now on!

I have a small aquarium for the kids. This location has assisted w water testing, aquarium prep, fish purchase and all things aquarium related. Ali/Alley(sp?) has been so helpful, words cannot express. She gives me hope that there still is customer service out there. Thanks again! I will continue to return to this store
