Fair on prices on some items and high on others so check before you purchase. Inventory problems as they haven't had the size bag of pet food I get. I know it isn't a supply issue because I can go right down to the road to the competition and they have it or I can go a little further to their other location and they have it.

Cool pet store! They have better procedures then Petco, and a ton more. Super fast. I bought live mice. The cashier went and got them, boxed them up in less than 3 mins. At Petco. I would wait for over 10 minutes it's, and need to fill put paperwork everytime. Annoying. The cashier was nice. She was super helpful, we also talked about snakes. Great place!

I have been to this place many times and every fish we have gotten from this place has had disease or ick. I have lost so much money from buying from this place. Please reconsider buying fish from here.

I had an emergency after hours and the store assistant manager Tony stayed open 15 minutes and waited for me to get there in order to process the transaction for me and help me during my time of crisis. His caring and courteous demeanor as well as his customer service was amazing. The manager and assistant manager as well as other team members at the store always go above and beyond. Tony was truly amazing and I've spoken with his manager and how he made me fill in my time of need to going the extra mile. What a wonderful individual with great customer service skills and also a caring heart. Bert thanks you for the cone.

I went in the other day and stopped to grab some of their bakery treats. One was a cupcake cookie labeled at .50 so I grabbed a couple, only to find out that they were 1.99- not a huge deal, but I feel they should honor that. Last I checked any good business would honor whatever they labeled a product at, it's their mistake after all. Even Walmart would do this, and they're FAR from quality. I'm very disappointed and will not visit this location again. I'm debating never even shopping with Pet Supermarket anymore either.

This is the best kept pet secret for a Pet Supermarket...I love 💘 absolutely so much...Josie and the other associates. The whole gang is absolutely outstanding! They are genuine pet lovers and informational group of people on holistic care etc..An outstanding store and the only thing is store in high traffic area..However it was well worth it all! Thank. This place has all kinds of stuff for all kinds of pets - dogs, cats, ferrets, mice, fish, birds, etc. I didn’t find a huge selection of cat items. Their return policy is good and they have a loyalty program. I found the prices to be a bit higher than I’m used to.Live ferrets, nice, fish and cat in the store for sale/adoptions.

I’ve been a customer here for a long time. Always had great customer service. Rachel in particular was extremely helpful with my wife and daughter when picking out hermit crabs recently. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew the extent of taking care of these little creatures. I had no idea taking care of crabs is so involved. And she also gave us a discount whenever she could apply one which is always appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and they offer price matching. Also, they have a much better selection of available wet cat food than most other stores. The fact that their staff is so nice is amazing.

Tanks caked in algea, 60% of ghost shrimp tank with dead ghost shrimp, 40% feeders dead. Other tanks were full of algea with at least 1 dead fish per tank.Walked in, wasn't acknowledged. I stood at the fish area in view of the manager and employee on staff. Paced back and forth a bit never acknowledged. 15mn later an employee comes up and asks if I've been helped. She mentions herself that it was wrong I haven't been since her manager and other employee are just at the front "having a full blown conversation". I walked back up to the front, stood next to them at the register, still no aknowledgement so I left.

I recently bought a 75 gallon aquarium and filter here. They were very patient and helpful and I got everything for a good price. The store is very clean and the merchandise is attractively presented. The staff was more than willing to answer multiple questions. I will happily continue to shop here for pet supplies.
