Kudos to whomever hires the staff. You've done an excellent job in selecting friendly and passionate team members. This was the first time I visited a pet supermarket.The store was very clean, and shelves were well organized. It has the best assortment of aquatic plants that I've seen around town with prices on display. I found everything I needed and more. I'll be back for some fish to add to my tank after I'm done with upgrades.

Home baked dog treats. Great variety of fish. Love the service. Multiple animals for sale, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish and birds. Huge variety of treats and all pets needs. Double sink for bathing your dog's.

The neighborhood is happy the store is now open!! They have a great selection and keep ordering new items and Pets, cool fish like arowanas, discus, rope fish, catfish, loaches . The team is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The place is amazing. I bought a ferret. Had everything I needed to set up. House, food, essentials. They offered advice on care and the staff was great. I appreciate the area, close and convenient for me to go to.

Horrible customer service. Every time I go to give my dog a bath it seems to be different rules for what’s covered under the basic wash. My wife went and they told her she had to pay extra for conditioner. I went and they gave me all three options. Most recently we went together and they only wanted to give the oatmeal because it has both shampoo and conditioner. But we declined that and requested the other two options and she had to go and get it out the back. I know it seems picky but we like the shampoo and conditioner options separately. When she came back with the bottles they were unbelievably hot which seemed strange. (Did she microwave the bottles? Haha. ) I was so confused. This new pet supermarket seems to be the only location that gives me a hard time and I rather go to Atlantic location. This location just makes up different rules depending on who’s working at the moment. I don’t like that.

Clean, and well stocked with plenty of choices for many species of pets. Friendly staff, but I had to go back to the front/register to ask for assistance with the feeder fish I needed. I will return.

The girls there are always super friendly and helpful I have gotten fish and plants I have purchased ALL my plants most of my fish from pet supermarket

I was passing through, never been to this location, and thought I would p/u a couple fish (great selection and prices). I had my rescue dog who lets just say had a moment! NJ was super sweet and shared a few laughs. In this crabby world... I just want to say thank you NJ! :)))

I was really excited about Pet Supermarket coming to the neighborhood primarily so I could utilize same-day delivery. I get that it's a new store but the day after my order nothing had shown up, my calls to the store ranged from answers that I will "probably" get it by the end of the day to having no idea what I was even talking about. Calls to their main customer service number were just as useless to find out when I was going to get my order of a single bag of dog food. I'll keep making the drive to Pet Supplies Plus instead.

I give it 3 stars for the reason that the dryers for dogs, the air that it expels and gets cold, I feel that it is a little hard to take your dog out with cold air.
