This place has everything. And I do mean everything. Gravel was the cheapest I've found.the girl working there literally stood by me and answered all my stupid questions ❤️🤣 I drove from Georgia . Sad part is. Every crab I bought from there died within a few days. But I will go back for tank items. Just not critters.

Horrible service Everytime I came in, DAWN the manager and her assistant manager NEVER greet me when I walk in a I come every two weeks I'm never greeted however when a white person comes in and I've recorded it for proof when a person not of color comes in. It's a greeting. I have reported u all to the BBB and definitely will be taking this as far as I can. No reason if I spend so much money with u all to be mistreated Everytime, someone will be held accountable. DAWN the manager being the main one.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. My cat Lily, loves going with me. Everyone makes us feel super welcomed there. I love that every time we come in they know who she is immediately.

Online stock items are not accurate. Drove to multiple locations across the city to discover needed items NOT IN STOCK when it clearly stated on the store site that the items were available. Will not recommend or visit store chain for any future needs.

The prices are very high here compared to other chains and online retailers, but the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and kind. I take my dogs here for socialization and treats, but if you just need dog food or basic supplies I'd recommend other retailers based in cost alone.

Not sure of the employees name but it would be nice if she didn’t attempt to grab and pet our dog who clearly doesn’t like to be smothered by strangers. This has happened twice now. For someone who claims to be the dog trainer there they sure don’t know how to approach an anxious dog. Thanks for making matters worse for him.

I went to go get a light for my snake and saw they had a crested gecko. I told the guy that was putting in a Tarantula in another cage that the Crested Gecko does not need any kinda heat that it stays a room temperature. He nodded his head and walked off. It was eating at me all day when I left and let my husband know and he agreed that we can rescue it. As you can see below, the poor baby has stuck shed on his head toes and tail. The manager tried to argue saying that they spray it three times a day. That's a lie or it wouldn't be like this. I cried once I got in my car and took a good look at the poor baby. They were basically cooking it and the manager didn't care at all. After I purchased I told him to do some research on Crested Geckos before they put another one in the store.Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. Keep to cats and dogs since thats really what your stores about.**EDIT I have added another picture to this**I sent both pictures to several breeders for help with this guy. There was also an injury to the tail that caused the tail to get tail rot on top of the stuck shed. If you look closely at the tail in the first picture you can see an indention where the injury is.Ya'll are Horrible

Great service! The employees here are awesome. It's a smaller store (compared to a big box store), so that means smaller selection, and some of the items are priced a little higher. Overall, it's a great store.

I had to run out for some limited ingredient dog food for my bullmastiff who had food allergies. I was greeted and offered assistance immediately. To me this is very important. I found something that will work for my pup. Then I went to the back of the store because I thought an algae eater would be good for my aquaponics system. The girl warned me that plecostomus get pretty big, I explained that it was for aquaponics. She caught one for my lickety split and I was on my way. I’ll be back.

Great place! A lot of choices, decent prices (mostly). I liked how clean it was, no weird pet store smell. I would definitely come back. Just wish they had more animals.

I guess this is partially my fault for not checking before I purchased, but I just didn't think people would just screw another person for trying to feed their pets. I came in to buy worms, was told buying the 100 count container would be cheaper than buying 2 50 count worms. I come home to only find 18 worms in what was supposed to be 100 count container. Unfortunately, I don't have my receipt, but I called and spoke to a Bethany. She said I can come in and swap containers, so I will be coming in to redeem that and I will NOT come back here again.

Ashley was super helpful- hooked me up with some great deals and made some great recommendations. She was very courteous on phone and made sure to hang on to a product for my dog’s birthday that was low on stock till I got to the store. The prices are competitive than PetSmart and there are wide selection of treats available for all pets. Highly recommend this store!

Great attention, I'm so glad that the crew found everything for my pet and that are very gentle. Also my grumpy pet, was allow to enter and probe some collars, and he was so happy and relaxed with all the crew.

My 1st time buying Hemi some puppy food they told me some puppies can be picky eaters. So, save the receipt just in case. They were right! It took 3 tries to find one he would eat. I'm glad I was able to exchange the puppy food he wouldn't eat which cost $19.99 to a different brand he liked.

Dawn the shift manager is incredibly rude. I asked if they price matched on a crate and you would’ve thought I was asking for it for free. She rolled her eyes multiple times and even said I could buy it somewhere else if I wanted it for that price before finally confirming that they do in fact price match. She was also repermanding & swearing at one of her coworkers when I walked up.

I just wanted to say that Jenna who was at the fish tank today July 18th, 2023 at 11:00am was wonderful. She is super knowledgeable about her fishes and she really has a wonderful personality. I wish that everyone could be just as good as her. Jess in the front register wasn’t as personable but maybe she had a bad day. I want to see more energy next time I come back! But my experience today was a 10/10 because of Jenna. Give her a raise if she hasn’t already got one😉
