My wife and our son just moved here from up north and we absolutely love this location. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I have to say Chance gives world class customer service. And great advice on my new koi pond that I just had to have since moving to Florida, our son is now contemplating on majoring in marine biology when he goes to college thanks to Chance do to being so passionate and knowledgeable, will definitely be back !

I like this store. It's just big enough to find and carry what you need and small enough to have great customer service. I have always had a good experience at this store and customer service is better than most places. The employees always make you feel welcome and are always willing to help, rare these days!

Pet supermarket is as big as the national chains but it seems like a local mom and pop pet supply store. It’s full of people who are willing to help you make the right decisions for whatever you may have.

I visit this store often for cat food and supplies. I am always thoroughly pleased with the courteous and knowledgeable staff. A special shout-out to Andrew, he is a constant professional and has a great work ethic. To the store’s management: do everything possible to keep Andrew there.

The customer service is poor as the females especially the young one makes me feel like I'm a burden when I asked for assistance the last few times I've visited. I like the location but I'll never spend my hard earned money somewhere I don't feel welcomed

There was no reason to make me feel as uncomfortable as this associate did while i was paying for my products. I dont shop there much and will not ever again after such an awkward and uncomfortable experience.

The location at Collins and 295 is great. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The bath station is easy and set up to be intuitive.

The store is small but clean and free of dangers for pets. Dogs on leashes allowed in the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable to or slightly higher than competitors but they do run sales. They have a fantastic bathing area in the store. The bathing area is set up to make bathing your dogs very easy. It's only $10 per bath with everything provided including the shampoo and conditioners. Blowers are very effective but the loud sound might produce a little fear in dogs who scare easily. Many of the things not found in the competitor down the street is carried by Pet Supermarket. Get the free card so you can get free baths and email savings.

You can go wash and dry your pup for just $10. Easiest bath ever! You can also get shampoo and conditioner or bring your own and because it's a pet store they have treats that you can buy right there. Super convenient and super affordable!

We get all of our guinea and snake supplies here. They are always nice. I have only been there once and had a cashier with poor attitude and that cashier was never seen again. We love this store and we are signed up for the perks. They love your babies, maybe not as much as you do but it shows that the workers are animal lovers

Best pet store I've ever been to. The guys there (especially Julian and Curtis) are amazing. They helped me get a toy for my ultra destructive pup, Cas. Service was friendly and fast. They are the best.

If I could give a zero to this store I would!! My dog passed on yesterday and I went in to take back all unopened food and Frontline with receipts! I explained this to the Assistant Manager, (Kristie), and she was very insensitive and never said first of all I'm sorry for you loss!! Then she had the nerve to refund in credit to use in the store all but two items because she said I didn't have the receipt!! Da!! She refunded the same products with the other receipts, so why skip two of the same food, again Unopened!! I have been buying from Pet Supermarket for 16 years and I loss my buddy and friend and you are sweating two little cups of food!! She knew it was their product which I had all receipts for!! Really is the the kind of business you give a person that's been shopping there for 16 years!! And my biggest complaint was the not caring about my dog!! So insensitive and rude!! I'm shopping on Amazon for the same products and more and I will still get more rewards than they offer!!

Today, I visited Pet Supermarket (Store 369) looking for new Fish to add to my aquarium. I was greeted by Andrew. He was not only pleasant and friendly; but he was also extremely knowledgeable. He provided suggestions that were both helpful and considerate. I know I wore him out with the "Thank-You's". Never ever shopping here again you will be watched and followed around the store. When I needed assistance no one was around when I was looking at the Halloween costumes before walking out the door I was harassed (SWB) if my skin color was white I’m sure I would not have been targeted

Update, I will up one star for the great customer service. They offer to carry heavy items for you. Despite their strict return policy, they are willing to work with you to find good replacement items. The store associates are pretty knowledgeable.Their items are on the pricy side, but they do price match, which is good.I was properly greeted by the cashier each time. But the manager sure doesn’t like to smile when you have to return items. I get that. And please make sure you check the price tag and scanned price. Because the scanned price gets higher than the price tag price. You should double check at the register.

I love this location to the point I'll drive all the way to it after a day at the park with my doggy even if it's not particularly close. The staff here is top notch between Kayla who always has a smile and the best hair and Kristen who always accommodates, I went in on a busier day and every tub was taken and the wait was unusually long so they gave me a free bath coupon for my wait. Even though I wasn't going to get my pup a Halloween costume this year the other gentlemen with glasses let me know they were on sale which I was kinda shocked they still had costumes and they were discounted that much (I worked at Target close to there and we never had anything after a week which was super annoying so it was also amazing to see that medium dog gear stays in stock) between the whole staff, the cleanliness of the store and the selection I've never enjoyed a pet store more, and there's a Starbucks in the same parking lot for pup cups and everyone should know that!

Decent place. I only come in to pick up feeder shrimp. They have plenty of stuff but walmart is in the same center for value. But live stuff, plenty. Birds are great. Lots of pet supplies and foods at reasonable prices. Fresh water aquariums only.

Took my furbaby to go on a shopping adventure. My Puddin loved it. Although she walked around the store for 30 mins maybe a bit longer she made out. She got her first set of pajamas. Two different kinds of her favorite Scooby snacks. Lots of attention from other shopper's and the staff. All in all I would have to say a successful shopping adventure. Checked off the list. Will updated later with pictures of her in her pajamas.
