The owner Kim is amazing. She very obviously cares about the animals she is offering, her prices are very competitive with larger stores. We come here all the time for pet supplies and we have added a bird to our flock from her. It is healthy and beautiful.

Lots of pets and products I like the choices they have. They had fresh chicks and little bunnies. Very interesting they had cockatoos and all kinds of fish and I just really love to go in and look and purchase things

Buster loves going to get his nails trimmed or maybe it's the treats he gets afterward. He loves seeing the birds, gerbils, rabbits and fish. Great variety of top notch food, treats, toys and supplies.

We were very worried about one of their birds while visiting this store for supplies for my Ball Python's enclosure. The bird was on its back the entire time, rolling around and acting strange compared to other birds. The staff we notified said that it's just because it was young and wanted to play. Even still, the other birds kept stepping all over it while that bird wasn't trying to get up whether anyone was messing with it. Hopefully, that's true? We didn't feel right about it, though, and left to check out other stores for our wares instead.

Friendly staff and wonderful animals, for reasonable prices. Since I've found this store a couple years back I refuse to ever buy a bird from any corporate animal shop. These guys here really care for their animals and hand raise them, and not only that but they sell them for the price that they should be. Stores like Petco or pet supermarket do not hand raise their birds and charge hundreds dollars more than the reasonable price! The people who work here are also very educated and know what they're talking about.I've gotten my two cockatiels here and they are absolute sweethearts that had no problems getting used to me or my girlfriend, since they were hand raised. After I get my aviary built I plan on purchasing a rose breasted cockatoo and my girlfriend wants to purchase some ringnecks. They also have a very good selection and have all sorts of birds that are hard to find anywheres else. They almost always have cockatiels, finches, budgies, and conures. They also sometimes have cockatoos and others like Senegals, ringnecks, and pionuses. These birds are more pricy but still VERY REASONABLE. On top of the nice selection of birds they have a very huge selection of bird toys and cages, all varying in different sizes, prices, and durability. They really do have the largest selection for bird cages and toys I've ever seen in a pet store. They sell really nice large cages with thick bars which are pricy, but they also sell more flimsy cages that are very cheap, so if you can't afford a few hundred dollar high quality cage they'll still have something affordable for you in the meantime. (I highly recommend saving for a more $$$$ cage, they're worth it! Currently saving for a nicer one now)Sorry for the lengthy review but I really just can't explain how much I LOVE this place! Everyone here is an angel, oh and they also do bird grooming, which is very very affordable and the lady knows what she's doing too. This is hands down my favorite small business and pet shop, I'm very happy they managed to make it through covid and didn't have to shut down, I really do hope that they have many more years of business ahead of them and that more people hear of this place and shop here more than corporate animal chains. Will be going here as long as I live in Florida 👏I absolutely love my babies I got from here

Edward the Groomer did an AMAZING job on our Corgi. I was a little nervous going to a new groomer but was highly impressed. The staff greeted me and helped me get out boy settled in for his visit. We will definitely be back.

Stopped by this place on my way out of Jacksonville.The owner is really cool, and takes great care of her birds. I’m in love with my sweet little cherry headed conure I got from there.Not only was the price great, but she’s also the smartest bird I’ve ever met.

This is one of the best pet stores we have been to. The owner and staff are wonderful! The facility is always clean and the animals are always taken care of.We have purchased two Blue and Gold Macaws, a Sun Conure, and a Harlequin Macaw from here. Our birds were handled well and properly weened. We did ask if they knew the birds sex. They were unsure because this can only be done through a DNA test. Anyone who knows anything about birds would know that. That did not deter us from making our purchases. We have also asked the owner of Pet Creations to find us a Green-wing Macaw.We highly recommend Pet Creations to anyone looking for pet supplies and for a companion! They have a vast amount of resources and supplies from feeder fish, rabbits, birds, all the way up to horses. Go visit them, you will love it!

I was referred to Pet Creations from a Facebook friend and all I can say is it is by far the BEST pet shop I have seen on the East Coast thus far!! We are adopting 2 baby bunnies from them but also love visiting all their other adoptable pets! Great employees that are very knowledgeable! Love this store!

I’m so glad I discovered them - absolutely wonderful! I will not buy birds anywhere else again. The prices on birds are actually less expensive and they’re in better health , said better food and raised in better conditions than the big box stores. They have more unique and bigger supply of toys, etc. yes, The prices on supplies are a little bit higher than the big box stores, but honestly, I don’t mind it’s worth it to support a local business, wonderful knowledgeable people who are taking great care of their pets/your future pets :-)I was also impressed with the beautiful selection of them care of the bunny rabbits. Want to take one home myself but I know when to stop :-)

Always has above and beyond what I need for my fur babies and my non-fur babies! Only place near me that sells live food for my ball python, that I'm aware of. Good variety of birds and fishy stuff too! If they don't have it and you need it, they'll get it for you!

I LOVED this place!!! It looks like an old country store from the road. Smells and looks clean from the moment you walk in the door. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They have HANDS DOWN, the biggest selection of bird supplies/toys in N.E. Florida!! They also have other small animals like fish, axolottlols, Guinea pigs, rabbits and many breeds of hand tamed birds!! They have everything!!! They also have the supplies for all the above mentioned animals plus cat and dog supplies. I will definitely be back to Pet Creations, even though it is quite a bit out of the way for me to get there!! You will not regret stopping here!!

Ms.Kim and her crew are great. I'm a native of Florida and grew up in Jacksonville FL and as far back as I can remember, from a child to a grown up my parents and myself have loved going to Pet Creations. I drive an hour 1 way to get my dog nails trimmed and my Parrot nails, beak and feathers trimmed. Ms. Kim is awesome with my animals.

I have been to this place a bunch of times for one reason or another and I've never been to a pet shop that's more clean as far as in the shop itself, every aquarium is spotless, every cage that every animal is in is spotless and it gets an A+ rating from me because most Pet Shops I have been into there cages are not clean they stink like urine but this place is the total opposite. As long as I never move from where I live at now ,I will never go to any other Pet Shop in Jacksonville.

I took my long haired chihuahua to get groomed yesterday. Edward was AMAZING! Obi-Wan looks amazing! I’ve never seen his feet looking this good. Edward even called to tell me how Obi-Wan was standing like a show dog. He really bonded with Obi-Wan and Obi-Wan even gave him the normal chihuahua greeting & good-bye kiss. I will absolutely be going back.

Fantastic pet store. Always so great with training the animals to be people friendly, a huge selection of unique fish, birds, and sometimes small furry animals like rabbits, chinchillas, and guinea pigs. A big array of pet necessities as well, I always leave with at least one item in hand.

Groomer-Edward: He did a tremendous job with the grooming of my maltipoo (lele) and made it a priority to bond and groom with perfection. He answered multiple questions I had and gave me a solution with breath, nails and more. He is very intelligent when it comes to animals and there needs. I highly recommend him and he will be our new groomer!
