I highly recommend this place. I bought a $6k+ ashley full sectional for some 2400$ after their big and and a scratch off. They can custom order anything you find on the ashley website. We're still missing a piece to our sectional so they get a star reduced, but overall a solid store.

The lawn and garden area is small. Furniture and mattresses are sold here. As for appliances, they are displayed however it is actually sold by The Home Depot. Doesn't make sense. I don't know what the Navy is thinking.

They've got some good pricing on furniture, and the employees are super helpful and all-around awesome. We got a couch here for 3k less than what Ashley wanted (same exact couch).

Great place to shop. If your doing a big grocery or big ticket item or tons of clothes shopping. Then you definitely need to be at the exchange. The staff is always nice and friendly. You save on the taxes which is a big help. You definitely need to look at the clearance racks I have done really well there. Plus they always have signs for extra savings so keep a look out for it. Now if you have someone that doesn't have a military ID make sure they have some sort of ID. Sometimes they check other times they don't so always be ready.

Prices are pretty high(always price compare to other stores for price match options)and the in store selection doesn't offer a whole lot of variety due to space constraints (I assume). The outdoor garden selection and been looking limited, possibly not their fault. But overall unless I've done research and know they have the best deal or I can price match and use a coupon I don't shop there much, it's said that with the box chains out in town providing military discounts the exchange tax free some times doesn't hold up to their sales if they don't carry that brand. When did they stop looking out for us and start going after the dollar.

This 25 year veteran only buys, furniture, appliances, tires and propane, all only if I have a scratch off coupon. Reason: everything is grossly overpriced! Have a long list of examples. NEX and commissary used to be a good deal, but that's been many years ago. Lots of places are much cheaper out in town. NEX gas station has never been cheaper on base, ever, it's always 10 to 40 cents per gallon more than anyone out in town

The updated style selection was rather good. Saw several possible contenders for the living room update (amazing in itself) so will be dragging the picky husband down in a couple of days to see how his body fits.Staff is great. They ran over immediately when I couldn't figure out how to operate a piece, but saw I was taking pictures of likely possibilities and wisely restrained their sales talk. Customers who were obviously ready to purchase were being attended in a respectful manner.

Paid in full for sofa and love seat on November 12, 2020. Was told it could take 14 to 16 weeks, and we decided to wait the time in order to save a few hundred dollars. As of today, May 26, we still do not have the furniture and when we go to the store, they tell us a different story about when it is shipping. Have even been told that if we cancel the order at this point, we will be charged a restocking fee. Unable to call and check the status without driving to the store because we are constantly hung up on. We continue to wait due to nothing in stock, but are becoming very frustrated with them at this point!Update...2nd week of July was notified my furniture was here, due to family vacation was unable to schedule delivery until last week of July. Before delivery, was called by NEX and asked if I knew it was only one of two pieces I had bought. One piece was rejected for damage and no one could tell me when I would see the rejected sofa. Full refund with no furniture 9 months later!

Horrible visual cues to locate the furniture store. On top of that listed a sofa's regular price nearly 15 percent higher than the distributor (not accounting for a military discount). I'd expect lower prices than the competition, especially when touting a "blow out new year's sale".

On Nov. 9th the NEX put a paper out with deals on furniture, so I went in wanting to purchase a sofa and when I got there, it was Out of Stock. Went back on the 28th to purchase it again still out of stock. Now have to wait 14 to 16 weeks for it to be here. Called them today wanting to cancel my order and now they want to take 25 % of the money I paid for the furniture. How can you charge a restocking fee if its not even here.

Needs to do better, I bought salad dressing that expired in 2013, the prices are good but it has many flaws. I was charged almost $50.00 for a pack of turkey necks, I checked my receipt and was shocked how a mistake like that was made....

It's overpriced for junior enlisted, young married couples and retired personnel living on a fixed income. How can the Exchange system expect an E-5 or E-3 to purchase an $89 (on sale) Polo shirt or three or four of these shirts? I purchased five pairs of Lee jeans at a mall outlet for less than $95, at the Exchange it would have cost 2 or 3 times that. I price check every time I go to the PX and BX and find that 95% of the time it's less expensive off Post/Base. The commissary system cannot compete anylonger with Walmart, Sam's, Costco and many grocery stores. It's overpriced and lacks the generic brands that would be more competitive than the major brand names that the commissary pushes on the military. It's Outdated and not willing to change, the questions should be "Why?" and whose "Profiting" from the Exchange system? It's not the troops as they would have you believe.

Good selection of furniture. Looking for an upright freezer, only had one. Many refrigerators. Staff was helpful.
