Five stars all across!! This is by far the best pet shop I’ve ever been to. The owner and all his staff have the best customer service. We got a cockatiel for my mom and they were so helpful. Also gave us knowledge on the bird, his age, how to train him and what to feed him/what not to do. The owner was kind enough to clip his wings as well. The bird is great and you can tell he’s been raised with love. I will recommend this place over and over, my mom is SO happy!

Absolutely loved my service at Mia’s! I will definitely be back. I just left with three society finches. When I am ready for an exotic pair, this is where I will go! Thanks for answering all of my questions! This is only the transport cage just fyi.

Mia's Blessing Pet Shop is the BEST pet store I have ever been in. They have a large assortment from birds to reptiles. The customer service is top tier everyone is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They offer great services for birds and reptiles. I have not been happier with a pet store.

I think this is probably the best pet store in Jacksonville. All the animals are healthy and well cared for. The staff are super friendly too. I bought a few birds from here and they are the most beautiful, vibrant, and healthy birds I've seen in any pet store around. I highly recommend you visit.

My sister and I were trying to find a place that sold baby turtles. Someone told us about this place. Dania( I may spelling her name wrong) but she was the biggest help and customer service was 10/10. Any questions we had she answered. She went above and beyond as to offering to decorate the turtles home that we bought for the two turtles.AMAZING PLACE

Me and my three little girls ✨💕🌸absolutely love this pet shop . Coming here is a delight getting a chance to see all the animals. It’s like a mini zoo. Ana was so helpful and kind with my children, teaching them about how to take care of their baby turtles . Showed my 1year old the singing 🎶 bird 🐦 & mr.billy Helped us to gather all the things we needed for our little turtles home. 👩‍ 👶👧👧🐢🐢🐢🐢 We decided to adopt four baby turtles, yellow belly. We had such a wonderful time shopping at the pet store. every time we come in, it’s like having a new experience seeing something new. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟5star , best pet shop in Jacksonville! ✨a real gem 💎 🐠🐢 please visit them you’ll fall in love too .

This photo really explains its self.All the chameleons were cohabited, dehydrated, and malnourished. There was no humidity and the only water they had for them was in a dish and experienced reptile keepers know still water for chameleons is a no no. All of them were dark brown which means they are extremely stressedThe Guinea pigs and rabbits had no hayAnd I don’t know what kind of shaving they use but pine is very dangerous to hamstersI feel like all the animals in there were fighting eachother and stressed.

I had an awesome experience in this Pet Shop.First let me start by saying it was very clean it wasn't smelling like a pet store may I add .Anyways suggestion sales"" oh my the young lady that greeted my son and I at the door was very awesome very energetic she showed me almost every pet my son could name .We only went in to just look around and she made it sound so good we came out with two parakeets a cage and some toys and we are happy campers.So if you want good clean pets please go by and check Mia's Pet shop out you won't regret going!!! My daughters birthday gift!In and out for this little guy, a good shopping experience. I was shown the more friendly, handled birds since my daughter is only 7. All animals were in good condition, cages were not over crowded. This cockatiel was only with one other bird of the same species.Thank you again for our new family member!

The bird selection is amazing! The nicest staff and very knowledgeable. They helped us select the right bird for my 9 year old son. The selection of lizards and snakes was also amazing. Beautiful selection and they really care.

I was excited to have a pet store close. Unfortunately, when I went, I wasn't impressed. They had a big but very sick bearded dragon, I own a Breaded Dragon, I know what sick ones look like. The turtles didn't have a good habit, and the poor Sulcata had its face shoved in the corner, so I wonder about its condition. The prices were too high, in my opinion. The cage behind the desk had two Maccaws in one cage that was too small. I just have a feeling the animals were not sourced from a reputable place. I'll drive out of my way if I am going to buy an exotic. If you're going to own a pet business, then take care of the animals properly to make sure they are happy and healthy.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable! They are helpful and always give recommendations on the proper way to take care of all their exotic animals. Their prices are great compared to pet supermarket and PetSmart. My fiance bought me a sulcata tortoise here and he is doing so well! He's a very active healthy little fella, and the other tortoises in the store were all clean and healthy. I came back today to buy a 20 gallon fish tank and the store owner inspected the kit to make sure everything was in perfect condition. This will be my go-to store for all my pet needs.

These guys are the best! I went in to get my husband a parrot for Christmas today and they helped us so much! They were very informative when we had questions and they hand feed the baby birds! We ended up getting two quakers from them. As soon as we walked in we loved this place! You can tell right off that they take amazing care of their animals. If you're wanting to see some amazing birds or need pet supplies or maybe trying to add a new member of the family I highly recommend this place! 5+ stars for sure.
