I can’t even begin to say how much I regret getting the service from them. They don’t communicate, they only fix half their mess ups and they have zero customer care. There is no business integrity and they don’t (or can’t) stand behind their work. Had multiple jobs done at home; fencing, re-screening, mulching, etc. screens started falling down a few days after being put up, the gates look horrible and we were overcharged for gate hardware. All I can say is buyer beware.

Highly recommended if in need of a retaining wall installation. Professionalism from the consultation, communication, and the beautiful work done to bring our backyard with serious erosion restored and leveled. Worked with my project manager William and he made sure the work would be done in 3 days. They completed the work in 2 days and the 3rd day was touch up clean up. The workers on day one came and installed my wood treated retaining wall, and trimmed the trees I was keeping and took out the one in the way. They hauled all the debris and even the branches in my pond. The 2nd day two big dump trucks of soil and sod came to complete my backyard oasis. Very professional in how the dirt and sod were delivered. Thank you so much for making my backyard look great, beautiful, and back to normal. I am very impressed by the work and how quickly Mulch Man got it done and it was a pleasure working with William.

These folks are AWESOME!!! I needed some medication, and these folks were THE ONLY ones in Jacksonville that not only had what I needed, but drove down to the store when it was closed!! Talk about an above and beyond hidden jewel! Thank you Mulchman!!!

If you are not happy with the work done the owner is not available to contact - they don’t share how to contact him - he is not involved at all . Go with someone from home advisor instead - much safer -at least if you are not happy with the quality of work and things are left undone - someone at home advisor willAddress it .
