Always do such an amazing job with my Golden Retriever. In the past, I used Woof Gang which was twice as expensive and never as comprehensive. Literally had to take him back twice because they didn’t trim enough the first time. Here, they remember exactly the cut that is best suited for him and will sometimes send him home with adorable ties and bow ties. They also isolate the dogs to prevent the spread of this respiratory illness

I really like Luba’s! They are quick and kind. I really dislike for my pup to be there all day long but they make sure he’s in and out. The only thing is I wish they did the schnauzer cut more.

Luba’s always does a great job on my poodle mix. They never say he was too xyz and couldnt get the job done - they always get it done! I believe they charge reasonably for their services, I like the fact they give you different times you can bring your dog in, and they always have time for my pup when I need a last minute groom.

If I could give 10 Stars I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.This was the first time I brought my dogs here to this particular location. Let me just say this, “They exceeded my expectations”. The groomer was very sweet and she was very professional. I also saw after walking into the business for the first time that this place was very clean and organized too. Again, they exceeded my expectations on so many levels and I pre-booked their appointments with the same groomer again. Thank you guys very much for taking such good care of my babies today. Their fur do’s are so adorable and my sweet angels are so happy and I know they feel much better and they also look better too. Thank you again!

Today my two little guys had their first grooming at Luba’s. I could not have been more pleased with this experience. The dogs clearly received the best haircuts they ever had along with loving attention from the staff. Thank you, Bre, Dalton, and Luba’s staff. See you in four weeks. I have a pomeranian and our Grooming schedule at home has gotten lax. I called Luba's and they had a last minute cancelation so were able to fit us in same day. My pom looks so dang cute! They did an amazing job! Even with his serious wiggles, the hair cut is on point and we will be able to start our at home process again. I will absolutely be bringing him back for maintenance trims. I jutmst cannot stop telling him how sweet he looks! TRULY an amazing job!

I brought my 7 month Goldendoodle here for the first time yesterday. I personally like a fluffy/shaggy pup so my goal was to only give her a light trim/shape. They ended up cutting more length than discussed and it took me a bit to get used to it because she looks so skinny 🙈 but it was a quality good and she will benefit from this cooler summer cut. The staff was also very caring. You can tell they TRULY love dogs.Another thing I loved - I dropped her off before work when they opened at 7:30am... they called me to tell me they were done at 2pm and gave me the choice of kennel + potty breaks for $5 or let her run free in doggie daycare for $15. I obviously went with The dog park experience!Attached are before and after pictures!

Luba’s always does a great job on CavachonPoo. I believe they charge reasonably for their services, I like the fact they give you different times you can bring your dog in, and they always have time for my pup when I need a last minute groom.

I highly recommend Luba’s. I have taken my rescue pup there multiple times. His previous owners did not take very good care of him, he has issues with strangers touching him, and he HATES being groomed. They have done an amazing job with him. He always looks/smells/feels great after his visits. They are also very quick with his appointments. I will continue to use Luba’s for all of my pet grooming needs.

Didn't have a great experience here... They turned 2 of my 3 dogs away due to their shots which was not told to me when i made the appointment. I called Bark on Park, they were amazing and took my 2 dogs for a grooming appointment. I left my youngest there and right after I dropped my other 2 off Luba's called me to come and pick up my youngest and said he tried to bite the groomer. From the way they pulled and dragged him into the door and then telling me he wanted to bite someone... I don't know what they did with him, but they scared my baby for life, I had to walk to his cage to get him and bring him put of the building.I took him to Bark on Park down the road as well and GUESS what.... he got groomed and didn't try to bite anyone and had a great experience!Whole experience with Luba was just horrible.

I could not be happier, it’s paws-itively A++++ 50 🌟💫 rating!My pup absolutely loves going into Lubas for his day care play dates! We live around the corner and he drags us there, which warms my heart, he’s so excited to get there! The team is so loving and kind, owner is there hands on, the rest of the team is super duper amazing! The grooming is spot on too! He’s always so cute and smells good once done! You can tail they love what they do and truly have love for each fur babe there! 🐾

Love Luba’s! We take our 8 year old kitty there regularly to be boarded because we do travel a bit. I am not a fan of boarding cats and have had terrible experiences in the past however, this place loves on our cat so much and is a totally better experience. I can tell he is cared for there when we pick him up as he’s not scared or meowing and acclimates back at home almost instantly.

Took our two dogs here for the first time. It took a while for the large dog bathtub to be available, but it was certainly worth the wait. Our dogs came out looking and smelling great and we were very happy with the pricing and service. We plan on coming back for grooming and even the dog sitting services in the future.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience... please do not bring your pet to this site, we always take two puppies, that day we had a cut and bath, they called us that they could not care for one of them because she had an ALLERGY in her my husband's ear looked for them, and the next day we took her to the vet.. at the vet they told us that what she had in her ear was a "Scissor Cut", the saddest thing is that they did not tell the truth about the mistake they made me !!

I dropped off my clients 2 dogs for a grooming service. The salon is beautiful and inviting. An adorable white picket fence encloses the front yard and wide steps lead up to the front door. Inside the space is well appointed with pet supplies and cute outfits. When it came time to pick the dogs up the quality of the cut and shaping of their coats was spit on. They looked adorable and had a nice clean fragrance lightly applied. I will bring my dogs to this groomer.

Really happy with this place. So far I only use the grooming services, I never though my husky extra coat during sheding season could be removed as they manage to get it done. They removed the paw hair than most places fail to do. They also really friendly and obviously enjoy their job. I will visit again.

Unfortunately, this business has given us our worst experience with groomers in the 23 years that we have owned schnauzers. Our dogs had some mats and while they called us and left a message to discuss, they did not wait for a response. The groomer shaved them down completely against our wishes and without discussing with us beforehand. Our youngest dog’s ear was nicked in the process and has some slight razor burn. While we understand mats can be difficult, the decision to shave without first discussing with us indicates the type of rush they are in while grooming. In hindsight, there are other reviews noting that there have been burns on dogs from grooming and a refusal to discuss options on grooming. Our dogs have had long beards and fur for years and we are devastated at this grooming job. Although the staff took responsibility and didn’t charge us, the damage was done and isn’t easily fixed. We appreciate the gentleman who apologized to us. At the end of the day the owners should have had clear procedures in place to avoid this type of error. We are probably looking at a year plus to regrow the hair back to normal. We absolutely will not return to this business and will be going elsewhere. While we caution others with dogs so that they can be aware of what occurred to us, we hope that the owners address this issue to avoid future issues.

I have taken 3 of my 4 babies to her. Only 1 to get groomed and the others for baths, nails clipped, and ears cleaned.The one who gets groomed fully is terrible with clippers. They have done the best job I've seen in Jacksonville. My baby has been to 3 other pet groomers, and none have gotten her as smooth as this place.The staff is friendly and takes all my babies' weird behaviors into consideration while handling them.110% recommend.

Luba's is the best. I have been here twice for grooming of my little parti yorkie and each time I have been over joyed. She was so excited to go she was trying to crawl under the gate to get in. I guess I was not quick enough to open the gate. They ask you how you want your furbaby to look and actually listen to you, and the price is reasonable. She is a handful but she always comes out looking her best. I dont know how they do it. Thank you so much guys for always bringing out her personality in her looks.03/16/2023. Took Fibee to Luba's again and she came out amazing. The cut was a little shorter than normal so I thought I am going to hate this. But once she stepped on the pavement to walk I saw how pretty she looked. Thank you guys you are the best, I cannot thank you enough for making my baby look like a pretty pooch when she comes there.

Luba’s Pet Grooming Studio is the best quality grooming studio I’ve used since moving to FL three years ago! The reason…Karsten our groomer! She is the most amazingly caring and professional groomer I have ever worked with! Her haircuts are spot on and she truly cares about our puppy’s entire grooming experience while making sure we get the exact haircut we’ve discussed! I couldn’t be happier each time we visit! Just left Luba’s Pet Studio and I am MORE than satisfied with how my Mini Aussie “Chuchi” came out, especially with it being our first time ever having a professional grooming. We called in super last minute to see if they could fit her in day of and they were happily fit and able ! Absolute amazing professionalism and great energy right as soon as I walked through the door. I was at complete ease leaving her with them. Her fur was matted so she was in definite need of some loving. I asked what they recommended and she received the “mini makeover”. She definitely looks polished and feels extremely soft. My only disappointment is with myself because I completely forgot to leave a tip for the outstanding service. Will remember next time! We will for sure be making this our main grooming studio for her. Definitely worth the 40 min drive. Thank you guys so much!!
