Never have we been to a loves that told us we could not have our dog in our arms unless he has a vest. He is a 8 pound puppy that we cary in with us so we can go to the bathroom. We do not take him in to eat at the restaurant. The lady was very rude to my husband and now we are rethinking using loves even though we have diamond status and fill up everyday when we are on a load. Also the last three loves we have stopped at the staff was not polite. Those would be in Texas on I20 and two in Florida on the I20.

Did a 34 here 🚛They have a Bojangles, Godfathers pizza, and the usual food options in the hotbox for a loves.Employees are friendly 👍🏻They have beer 🍺Showers/bathrooms were clean 🚿Their laundry room offers 2 washers and 4 dryers. 👕 They are QUARTERS ONLY. Their card reader on the machines has been broken for at least a year. They also don’t have enough quarters on hand to break dollar bills because of the coin shortage. If you plan on doing laundry here you need to have your own quarters before coming here.There is a dog park near the fuel island. 🐶It’s clean and well kept. There are 2 entrances to get in the park. The gate at the entrance for the 4 wheelers is broken. Make sure you are watching your pets carefully Some of the trash cans are over flowing outside. 🗑 There is a pond behind the parking lot, and is rumored to have a gator in it. 🐊 Be on the look out 👀

Best Love's station I've been in! Clean, new, well supplied, easy to maneuver through the parking lot pulling a camper trailer. Has a dump station as well. Right off I10.

Only reason for 2 starts is for food options and good showers. Management called the cops on a lady that pulled along the front of the lot to wait for her husband instead of blocking a fuel island. But chooses to not enforce the no dropped trailer policy that is required by corporate and also allows truckers to park anywhere they choose whether legal or not. Pics attached. Building is where lady they called the cops was parked. Rest is illegal parking by truckers that management refuses to enforce. Also, management is not requiring staff to at least stock the necessities to get food off their roller grill. Very few buns and no boats to put your food in while staff is allowed to laugh and cut up and stand around doing absolutely nothing.

To All,The second shift for the weekend shif the fuel desk is lazy. After numerous people waiting in line for showers for 5 hours or more, employees finally decided to open showers. We as drivers do not have time to wait for showers because of employee laziness. Please be advised that we as drivers are on critical times. A waist of time!

Haven't gone in the Loves yet, but there is Definitely an alligator in the ditch water behind the trucks. A guy was casting a line in there and had a video of it taking his bait. I saw it but didn't move fast enough to get a picture. It was about 8-10 ft. long; don't let your dog run loose in the area.

Showers are dirty in certain areas and the showers need to be scrubbed with brush and just not sprayed with certain odor eaters. Really dirty showers in the corners and beside the door in showers and the fans are never wiped down. Things are often dusty in the shower area . Such a nice story and no one wants to work. Really sad

This location advertises 24/7 propane. Don't believe them! 3 out of the last 4 attempts I have made to get propane filled, there has been no person available to do the work. I live in this town and try to do business locally as much as possible to support local workers. However, this Loves is now off my frequent user list until they can show a valid effort to perform the services they advertise are available. Don't waste your time stopping for propane here. There are other places available.

The outside is much cleaner than the inside, how's that is possible idk lul 😆.. seems the place finally has good management, I'm a regular here since I drive local, the drivers here are filthy which aren't the workers fault so beware

1/24 Loves Travel Stop off I10 at 301.Great pull in for coffee and fuel. Plenty of parking for RV’s. Clean restrooms and friendly staff. Easy in and out.

This is a great location. However the garbage in the photos I posted was there for four days. Still after four days this garbage never been picked up. It’s very very sad one of the BEST travel stops in the country is poorly managed.Everything else is perfect but they need to pickup the garbage

Stopped on a Friday afternoon, busy but. It crowded. The ladies restrooms were clean and they had a good selection of interesting gifts. (Hubby says the men’s room needed cleaning.) Also a large array of meat jerkies! It’s a good size with plenty of parking. We got snacks and gas. Masks signs still on the doors but not enforced anymore.

warning stay outnof the tire shop truckers! Some lunatic guy breaks a part on the trailer doesent tell you then has the mental incapacity to say "you brought the truck in here so its your fault we broke it." Cant make this up. Complete lunacy and dangerous to bring a truck in there as you cannot trust them. Stay away!

This is for the bojangles inside of the loves truckstop. It's incredibly filthy to be a brand new establishment. Everyone is in a very playful mood which is nice, but you can't be happy and serve raw food or just not clean your facility.

One of my favorite Loves. The ladies in Bojangles take pride in their cooking here too. I had two plain egg and cheese biscuits and they were so delicious and well made. And I am a big Jacksonville fan. I love Jackville.

Stopped here last night first time shopping at Love's. Ashley was very polite and so helpful. She was cleaning the restrooms when I had a question. She didn't hesitate to stop and help me with that answer.Mrs Ashley from 0761 is a amazing person. We need more people like her.

This Loves is clean and the restrooms are equally as clean. The store has a bright atmosphere with led lights everywhere including all the shelving units.

The two clowns working at 03:30 on May 23, 2023 are bold faced liars. Telling truckers there’s no showers due to water pressure and that they will call the manager soon to get a technician in to get it fixed. Mean while the soda fountain works, coffee works, bathrooms work. Everything using water works. She was sitting down up front on her laptop while he was running the register. There was no fuel desk attendant to work the back register. Poorly run location with no overnight leadership.

I arrived here at 8:30 in the morning to change the tire on the trailer! I had 2 trucks in front of me, one oil change, another tire change! I've been standing for 5 hours! They only changed the tire for the man! How long they will change oil only God knows! Don't come here!

3 stars mainly because the cashiers do more smoking than actually working. There are some great cashiers, though, but I just were never able to look at their name tags. The place was clean for the most part. Showers weren't swept. Great pizza. And a young man named "Breon" I think how his name was spelled fixed my pump Handel when it fell off. I'm a driver for werner, so I always see him out there working and cleaning pumps. Good place kinda

I'm purely only giving one less star from 5 just because of the parking in this loves. The store is great, staff everything but I feel that there is rarely accessible parking for trucks. I feel alot of people park their trucks here who live in the Jacksonville area. It's could be 10 am and only few spots available. Trucks stops need to he for drivers on the road in their trucks. Drivers need to find other places to park their trucks when on home time.
