The wait is usually only because of worker shortage I'm sure but if you need your groceries just hold up & they'll get you taken care of. Helpful employees. Nothing negative to say to be honest.

I gave this particular Harvey's a 3 because it definitely seems to me (someone who shops here regularly) that they need more workers for the amount of customers they get. There's been plenty of times where I've had to wait 15-30 minutes for my few items. However, the customer service here is always great, I've personally never had a problem with anyone here. If you ever need anything, one of their workers is always ready and willing to assist you in finding a certain product.

I went to buy wine. The store wasn't crowded (that is ALWAYS a concern for me). My cashier is the friendliest cashier in the store. In and out.

Certainly a go to place for basic food needs. Question the age of produce, with stock issues. Some cool deals! Not many vegan options! Friendly/helpful upper level staff, clerks apparently have no sense of humor, like...waiting to clock out!

I have only visited for their cook counter. Every time I go in, I get great service from the happy people. Thank you for making us feel welcome. Your food is great too! I've used you to cater a few meals for my employees. They are always happy.

I like this location the employees are very respectful and polite. It's very timely and efficient. Kasher point out my extra points on my receipt to make sure I got credit for it on my next visit which was very impressing.

I like Harvey's. It doesn't always live up to my expectations, but on my visits, the store is clean and well stocked. Managers were walking throughout the store , offering assistance. The prices aren't bad either

Always packed and they jack up the prices are ridiculous, so local neighbors that are dependant on that store cause of location and don't have transportation. So they're prices are higher than publix.I think its disgusting to take advantage of your neigbors like that!

This location is very busy, however, it's accessible, the Isles are easy to navigate from a wheelchair, employees accommodating and pleasant. Although this location is in my neighborhood it's not my favorite location to shop. I am very familiar with this chain of supermarkets from years of shopping in SW Georgia, this location is not a good comparison. I shop there when I don't feel like going into another location in this city.

Surprisingly, being from the hood, it goes to show you that good things can survive there. At this particular store, it was immaculate! Very clean with well stocked shelves. The employees are nice, very helpful and always seemed to be hard at work. Was able to get vaccinated there also. Pleasure to shop there!

Friendly Staff. Helpful in finding any item. Organized the items properly and racks are clean and maintained regularly. Prices are displayed for all items. Fresh produce is really fresh and well maintained. Billing staff are awesome and quick.

Was sad to notice that this store was notas well stocked & clean today,as usual.And the Produce Dept. was a mess. Lots of empty racks & shelves in Produce & stuff looked picked over. It does not usually look so bad,so maybe they were having an off day.

This is my fav Harveys because of location. I pretty much know the layout of the store. Great signage throughout. Selections are getting pricey, in general. I try to use the bonus rewards when possible. Sometimes only the SE Grocers brand available Most cashiers and staff very helpful. Some patrons forego masks, it's tolerated. Busy plaza. Parking and traffic, or the drivers who traffic this area, can be challenging at peak times. Lots of parking available.

Pretty good sales today! Social distancing being practiced, everybody wearing masks. The store was clean, the lines moved quickly and efficiently; there were enough cashiers open. Overall, very good shopping experience @ Edgewood & Ave. B store today!!

Lady out the checkout counter was very nice there was a lady in front of me and she's like I'll be right back and the person in front of her was just getting one banana so I waited and there was people starting to gather up behind me so I just went through the line and when I was about to run my card through the lady popped up she's like I told you I said I was coming right back and I didn't want to be a scene around there like oh man I'm sorry I waited on you but you know there was people coming up behind me I didn't have no choice but to go through the line I apologize so she stood there in front of me waiting for me to finish but the cashier was very nice and polite about the whole situation
