Fresh Prints is the most wonderful daycare and boarding facility I can imagine! I have been taking my rescue Border Collie mixed-breed Mitzi there for almost a year. Every morning when we pull up, she starts yowling with excitement, and she wants to get in so badly she pulls me and then starts dashing for the back once she's in to go see her friends. Very happy we found such a great boarding facility and daycare for our dog. Linda was always very friendly. The staff took great care of our fur baby while on vacation and even got a video update during her stay. She came home as clean as when we dropped her off. Thank you fresh prints staff!

Very lovely and kind people here! Sure it doesn't have some fancy pool and cameras so you can sit and watch your dog all the time but you know what they do have? Great employees who care about your pet, toys, and space for them to play in a safe environment. We had our previous dog come here and after he passed away we started bringing our new dog and she loves every minute of it. She gets good and tired and we feel comfortable having her there. Our Ellie girl gives it 10 🐾 out of 10 🐾!

​Our experience with Linda and the staff at Fresh Prints was excellent. We boarded our slightly eccentric Goldendoodle, Copper, here for eight days over the Christmas holiday. It was our first time at Fresh Prints Day Resort & Spa and only the third time boarding our old man. He's not always the most social with other dogs so we were worried how he would do being surrounded by other dogs and away from us for so long. The staff was outstanding and went over-the-top to reassure us that he was doing well, adjusting and eating. When we picked him up eight days later, the instant we saw him, we could tell he was happy, healthy and very well-cared for. His mental health was also great which was very different from the previous two times we boarded him (at other places). -This speaks volumes to the truly caring environment at Fresh Prints Day Resort & Spa. One of the staff members gave him a bath and put him in a formal tie for our reunion which far exceeded our expectations. I can't recommend Fresh Prints Dog Boarding Resort and Day Spa enough. We give it four paws up and five stars. We will definitely use their services again.

I don't get to visit Jacksonville often, but I got very lucky finding this place! You aren't just a number here, the team and owner reach out to tell you how your kiddos are doing! They send pictures! They call you to ensure your kids are up-to-date on their vaccinations! Such a great place and really safe for your kids. Tall, TALL gates, even my jumpers cannot reach over their gates! Thanks a lot Brian!

I felt so at ease dropping my dog off with Linda and Jay. They reassured me my pet would be taken care of and were really great in updating me when they could on how my dogs stay was going. I really really appreciate the respect, kindness, & care given to not only me but my dog as well. I can see why so many people come to leave their pets here. I will be returning for all my boarding or day care needs. Thank you all again!

Linda and the whole staff at Fresh Prints make our dog, Ollie, so happy and excited to play each and every day. He comes home from daycare and sleeps all night long! It’s a blessing to have a safe and fun place for Ollie to go while we both work. Can’t recommend Fresh Prints enough.

I can’t say enough good things about Fresh Prints!!!I was super nervous about our Maltese puppy “Solo” attending daycare. After speaking to Linda several times, she assured me he’d been fine. We did a half day daycare to start. Upon picking our puppy 🐶 up he was so happy. Linda told me Solo made so many friends and had a ball. I’m so happy I found this daycare/ boarding close to me. We are super excited for Solo to keep coming and meeting no furry friends.

I am sooo glad to have found this amazing place! Linda is such a gem and takes great care of my lil chihuahua. I take my dog here whenever I leave town for a weekend and he loves it! The staff is very friendly, they can administer medication, and the cost is a lot lower than other places. Plus the dogs get to interact with one another for some much needed socialization! It's an ideal place and I'll always take my dog there.

The staff was amazing, my girls were absolutely pooped and slept almost the entire day when I got them home and the cost was extremely reasonable. I will absolutely use them anytime I need to board my girls. Couldn't imagine a better experience! Loved the indoor play area and the yard was awesome for my pups!

This was the first time I have ever had to board my dog. He was at 'Fresh Prints' for 3 nights- 4 days. They let me tour the facility prior to making a reservation. Upon pick up he was happy and comfortable. The staff were more than accommodating, facilities were great and the price - well you cant beat it! I will happily continue to use and suggest 'Fresh Prints' to anyone who needs a good boarding/ daycare facility for their pet!

This boarding place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and my dogs are always well taken care of. One of my dogs had an accident on their bed during their stay, and the staff washed his bed for no extra fee! Highly recommend.

I had recently relocated to the Jacksonville area and needed a place to board my "fur baby" for a week. We had only been here a few days so was not really looking forward to leaving him for that long. Found Fresh Prints online and decided to give them a try since they had such good reviews. I was a basketcase the day I dropped him off. Called numerous times while gone and always the same response to how was he doing...playing with the other dogs and doing great! Still worried about him ...went to get him this morning and when I said his name the lady said oh you can't take him we just love "him"....please bring him back anytime even just for daycare! My worries vanished especially when he came out and saw me...kisses and hugs galore. So if you're needing to board your fur baby this is the place to go...exceptional care and love for the pets that they take care of.

Crunchy has been a regular day care doggy for almost 2 years now. He can hardly contain himself when we arrive. Being a rescue dog, day care has been invaluable to his socialization.
