It’s 120 degrees in the store I work my but off for a month and no fix. Front door is broken been broke for weeks. Also I worked and still haven’t gotten paid can’t afford food water or tissue things I had planned for my pay check that I never received I’m being robbed. I wish for ac for me and my hero costumers and lil myself employees. Corporate we need answers I feel strongly discriminated against.

Update im sorry but i had to change my 5 stars to 2 stars i love shopping here but I will say one thing bc how they run the store there they lost one good asm and if the Manger his self would work and make the morning crew do there job things could get done but no he got his eyes on things that they shouldn't be on : I love this store its clean and the new management is so awesome both the males and both females are so nice and helpful.. I never have a problem finding things and if I do there is always a employee there to help me find it.. I love how when you walk in they say welcome to family dollar and when you leave they say have a nice day... this store is 100% better now that they got all new employees and new management there..

It's a fine place to get groceries but the place is small. I love this store! They always have great sales and enough stock to cover the demand. Friendly staff all around, from top management to stock, cashiers, deli, meat and bakery .I love the fact that this place is so well maintained also. Very clean, neat and orderly. Pleasant experience all around!Customer service is very impressive.

Rob the manager is a creep. he sexualizes customers and employees then when he doesn’t get what he wants, in return his customer becomes non existent. A prime example of someone who shouldn’t manage anything! Poor decision hiring him. I have texts that he sent pretending to give a job but deff trying yo do more then that.

Went to another location and bought milk and found out it was expired when I got home. I tried to exchange it with the receipt at this location and was told "we don't do that here". It's in the company policy online that anyone can exchange or return anything within 30 days when they have a receipt. Called several times and no body ever answers but I can call a different location and they answer in 3 rings.

I love the brand Family Dollar however, I have been frequenting this store the past 6 years and it has gone downhill. It has progressively become a cluttered, dirty store with employees with horrible customer service skills. I work customer service so I know how someone should be treated when paying for said items. These employees do not value the customer whatsoever. They pay no attention, are constantly checking their phone/on their phone and are condescendingly rude. I have tried to keep giving this location a chance as it is closer for me to travel to but now will drive further and give a different location my business. As a whole, this store needs a revamp from the management down. I would give them a zero star but there is no option to do so.

The Management at this store is very unprofessional and horrible and lacks true leadership qualities of a manager and it really reflects on the store. the store is very messy and never has anything stocked or in stock. the garbage is overflowing outside. everytime i go in the store it is short staffed with only one employee on staff which is typically only female staff which makes it even more dangerous for the employee giving the neighborhood its in. i've asked to speak to the manager the last 4 times i went in the store and he is never there. i've been giving time he's supposed to be available but he always ends up calling out or not coming in. this is very unacceptable because this store actually has the tools to be better but management is running this place into the ground. once you enter the store you will see just how serious the problem is 1st hand.

Unorganized but had every thing I needed just had to search thoroughly clothing wise... Hot as First Grease in there though their air conditioner is it of condition. The poor employees were using their own products Floor Fans that is... Lol but customer service was very very nice... And promptly got us out to prevent from melting with them no time for the AC unit being out of order in the Summer.... Tighten up Family Dollar CEO's be as quick as your employees it was hot as a pot of Grits or Boiling water

Cashier didn't know the difference between Credit or Debit. Store too crowded and boxes in every aisle. Line were long because nappy header manager was sitting on her ass looking unbothered..Also no receipt were given because they ran out of paper..😖😕

Item not properly priced. Wait too long for 8 am. Clerk stopped to log Brinks delivery while line grew. Then she vented her frustrations and dislike of how out of order the manager left the store at closing the night before.Too much - and I was late to work.

No shopping carts at all ask management on duty. The store was very dirty the isles was full of boxes that you couldn't walk down.How can I shop when I had to hold on my hand items 3 cases of soda I hurt my back because you had to cary item's you wanted. This store needs to shut down. I mean no shopping carts in the entire!

The manager was very rude to me and he said to me when I asked him why he had an attitude and he said I don't like the way you look and he said you can leave now that's not very professional and didn't like his attitude towards me very unprofessional.

Gud customer service and everything......but the only promblem is there are rats there bad and they eaten chips ,bread,pancake mix ,mash potato all most everything.. ...Aslo it to much over stock where it no where 4 it to really go...other than that they sweet and helpful ......

They need training on customer service and how not to answer their personal phones at the register. How are we holding up your line because we want a refund when you’re the one talking on the phone while trying to check someone out?? Management seriously needed !!!

The store is always closed early, walk up to the door 20 to 30 mins before close and its locked. When you knock on the door the employee will come to say they are closed and walk away.
