It is always very dirty, messy, you can't even walk through the hallways, everything is always thrown away, there is always spilled liquid, the attention is terrible, the owners of the place think they are full of homeless people, the entrance you can't even enter, the products you never find, I don't recommend it at all, nor that place or the square where it is located

Two or more employees in the store sitting down it’s approximately 730 they close at 10 and the doors have been locked since 7pm and they do this every night now with people outside waiting and one of the ladies is a assistant manager and all they keep saying is 30mins and they keep saying it although it’s been a hr and this is all night every day it’s now 7:40 on 1.15.23

The manager is very nasty to customers. And his employees that work under him he degrade them so bad. He should not be a supervisor over no one. He is nasty degrade everyone I don't know why people still go there or why people still work there. He gets very irate. The employees is afraid of him. He thinks he is a gangster. Family Dollars needs fire fire him 12/9/22. Some people from corporate needs to walk around and see how he treats and people.

This is truly the worst store I have seen. Was there on July 19th and all the freezers where down. Went back on the 20th and they where not open. More then half the shelves are empty all the time.

This store is so poorly managed and stocked, that it most often gives the appearance of being in a perpetual"going of business" sale.Update: I recently learned that FD has been bought out by Dollar General. As my original post conjectured, FD is now in truth actually going belly-up. For anyone that has been in several of their stores, this is completely unsurprising.

This particular Family Dollar store is working on their image. The sale ladies were beautiful, friendly and concerned for customer experience. They were reorganizing the store and helpful to customers.

This store on Moncrief Rd is Fully stocked and Clean, but the STAFF needs drastic changes. The check out line was wrapped around the isles with NO MANAGEMENT IN SITE! This MUST change!
