I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS STORE NEGATIVE 100 (-100) This is one of the worst family dollars that ive ever been to in my life!!!! The employees here all seem so unprofessional, uneducated and they show no where near any type of compassion in their customer service skills as well. The employees that ive encountered each and every time Ive shopped at this pitiful store has been such an embarrassment to my community. The employees rangeing from many different ages all displaying the same embarrassing behavior. I really think that this store either needs to bring in more mature, customer oriented, compassionate, truthful, honest, responsible employees that really stand for the true family dollar brand/empire . I know that we all have our very own lives so when I shop or visit a store I really and truly dont want to know about how your babydaddy cousin, sister Trina and her mother-in-law doing when I come in. Because trust me I really dont want to know about their private lives especially with that being yelled out acrossed the store and being put out there for everyone to hear and Im pretty sure that "Trina", wouldnt want it either. So either they need to close or fire everyone currently employed there and bring in new management and new employees... (I do hope Trina doing ok though)

They are so racist. everytime I come in and speak they ig ore me, if a black person comes in, they speak to them though. they also were stealing water for themselves during the hurricane and the manager let them. all while telling us customers there wasn't any, well they sure were shipping them from the back out the door filling up their cars!

Zero stars DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE AT ALL!!!!! They refused to honor their own buy one get one 50% off sign the management was very dismissive Unapologetic and refused to honor this discount even though I have proof of all three signs saying buy one get one 50% off which I will be posting that photo on here as well and give me a generic answer of oh well I can't do nothing about it cashier was very dismiss it as well which is to be expected but the unprofessionalism I got from the management was unacceptable I've come here for years but don't worry I will no longer visit his establishment I will from now on and forever go to the Dollar General across the street.

Best location in Jacksonville and I've lived all over. The manager Ms. Bobbie is the absolute best. She always is so amazingly nice and will go out of her way to make sure you get what you came for. She is the only reason I still shop at family dollar

My experience here this time was somewhat dissatisfying. Not because there was only one person at the front counter with a long line of people, but the fact that the workers attitude/disposition for working in a customer service position is severely lacking, customer service etiquette. This store is always stocked with some of everything you may need. Near the front counter, it can become quite congested, because of the set up and limited space.

There was almost two issues with this store one not enough people working and two the computer crashed as well as shop lifting and buglery is high wouldn't recommend dollar general nor family dollar at these locations they need to be shut down as well as Abby's food store on Cleveland Rd her prices are high and she's owns it but has lousy service to

They do not return any electronic items. So do not buy anything from this store at all. so what do I do about the other things that I want. I will just wait and find the items else where. Not going to let them Rob me blindly.

This place has home essentials, grocery staples, clothes, impulse buys, etc. Some of it is cheap and some of it is cheaply made, use your best judgement but you can furnish your dorm or terrible tiny apartment here. Don't get mad at my review get mad at your life choices.

Poor customer service, the store had dim lighting and wasn't clean. All in all I felt like I needed to keep my guard up. It was a terrible experience

The up keep of the property is not being taken care of. Parking lot and grounds are full of trash. Outside of the building needs to be pressure washed.
