I was at the register about to pay for my stuff I had step out the register to get some more stuff the short lady with the thick curly pony tail told me I can't hold up the line which I was going to be that long so I told the young man who ring up my stuff so I ask who is the manager because I wanted to have a talk about how that manager talk that I can't hold up the line and once I seen who was managing I say never mind and I ask the other guy for the corporate phone number and I heard say I loudly I got mad because I was up the register line to inform you that the manager was very rude and in call for some one needs to have a talk with you hat lady please and thanks ☹️☹️☹️ and i was not mad at all i keep my peace

9:30 and they have their door locked not letting people in. They don’t close until 10.Little do they know locking people in a building is a fire hazard and can get them a fine with the fire Marshall so I’ll be sure to let them know what’s going on.

I know other reviews say this place isn't alright, but it really is. The front counter staff are helpful, everyone is always doing their job (which is hard to come by ever since stimulus checks went into play and the government started paying people to be at home). Ive heard it's not in the best area but I haven't seen anything since I moved here that proves that..? Give it a chance and as long as you're not the one in the wrong this place is pretty alright for a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree mashup.

This location has a nice selection of craft supplies and Halloween decor which is the reason we stopped in. It was Mya (I have no idea how she spells it, but sounds like My-a) that really made the visit great. Personable and quick with the checkout, she was a pleasure and this location is now one I'll be frequenting more often now. I hope you see this, Mya, and that it makes you smile. Thank you.

The Manager short heavy set Dark skin young lady always fighting customers. N tried to jump on an elderly lady also kept the lady stuff she paid for. These people are ratchet , unprofessional and very rude.

The most rudest workers. Closed before closing time and locked the door in my face when I tried to go in telling me they closed but it was early. When I called to speak with a manager I received attitude like oh well. Corporate won't answer calls. Poor service and for the neighborhood they are in is the reason they feel they can treat people this way. Just disgusting and very unprofessional..

I walked in and literally caught the tall male clerk with dreads selling Crack to a dude.They screamed at me to get out, and they were closed.Mind you, it was 9:15 pm, and the store closed at 10 pm.Every employee there was standing there as the male employee was straight selling Crack right out of the store.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I see why Chik Fila refuses to build their restaurants in the hood it will mess up their reputation. The young ladies are so GHETTO. And unprofessional when I walk in I try to just get out of their way. When they build the DOLLAR TREE/FAMILY DOLLAR they are going to start to lose customers.

Just a simple request from a long time customer. Please change for sign to reflect the correct business hours. As of today your sign says open until 10pm, however your store is always closed by 9:30. It's a simple fix to eliminate all the confusion and frustration. Thank you

I did visit the store on yesterday 12/20/2017, and the two ladies that were checking me out were having a conversation about what they are getting their kids for Christmas. That was not the issue, I wasn't greeted when I got to the counter, she didn't speak to me at all through out the whole transaction. She didn't tell me my total nor did she tell me to insert my chip when I was paying. I had to ask my total once I finished using my EBT like I was interrupting her conversation. When handing me the recite, she held it in her hand and continued talking to her co-worker like I wasn't there. I had my son with me, and asked her 3 times to place the recite in the bag. Not only did she not hear me because she continued to talk to her co-worker. She looked at me with annoyance once she did hear me. Stuffed the recite into the bag and continued on with her conversation. Didn't tell me bye, thank you for coming happy holidays just stuffed it in the bag and continued her conversation. Please do better. I know this store is on the north side, we are already boggled by stereo types because of this side of town. However, to prove them right with the horrible customer service and attitude during the holidays is unexceptionable. Then I call the store to speak to the store manager, and no one answers the phone. This again unexceptionable. I have been in customer service for almost 15 years, and never would I handle customers this way. Again this side of town does not have to be the stereo type unless it is allowed. I am very unhappy, at the level of unprofessional-ism and poor customer service at not only the cashier, but management at this point as well. Due to non communication, and obviously lack of training of their staff. I would like a call back about this matter I am also calling to corporate office. Which has a terrible hold time. Again please do better than this.

I asked a question with 7 minutes before closing: no one cared what I wanted and needed; when I said that I would like to grab something cussing was used: then the intercom was hang up and picked back up repeatedly to prolong the harassment, Then as I came up to the counter to pay, I was verbally assaulted and called ugly, so to deescalate the situation & left and as I was exiting the unwelcoming public building, I was unjustifiably with Prejudice told not to come back 9:57pm 3-23-2023

The older lady with the blonde dry wig needs to retire. Her attitude sucks . She was very nasty to me and other customers getting smart ,rolling her eyes , huffing and puffing, smacking her teeth . She's way to old to be acting like that family dollar didn't come to her for a job she came looking for one . She's very unprofessional and customer service isn't for her period .

This family dollar is HORRIBLE!! They don't ever have anything that's NEEDED on the shelves! No food no diapers no medicine! The unnecessary things that you want are ALWAYS stocked to the max!! Every time I come the police are always present because someone has stolen or shown their ignorance! It needs to be shut down

Friendly staff my only issues are that the store wasn't stocked very well (though staff was stocking the shelves so Sunday may not be a good day to shop here) and none of the registers were able to give cash back.Maybe shopping on other days it's a better experience so I would recommend shopping on a day other than Sunday.

Do yourself a huge favor and go to a different family dollar. The manager shane is the most unprofessional manager I've ever encountered. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in a line with one cashier while you watch him or any other employee stand around doing nothing. The store is dirty, the shelves unorganized, and the store smells like feet. STAY AWAY!

My quick shop place and convenience is fantastic. I enjoyed going there for small shopping ; it make my day for cleaning and bathroom products. The atmosphere is fantastic too and customer service is very helpful, Thank you.

The stores are starting to look much more cleaner the more I visit different stores I like Family Dollar because they have some of the things that I need at a reasonable price
