I had a most amazing experience in this store! The manager was so personable and helpful. She knew the store so well and directed me a couple of times to where I needed. This store looks amazing. As someone who has shopped in this area my whole life i can honestly say this is the best store I've shopped at in the area. It hows how much the store Mgr. cares compared to others in the area. Everything was easy to find and the crew was very helpful.

They are ok polite staff. And then theres times they lock the door 45 mins before closing with no signs indicating a reason and gate is unlocked but door isn't. So 😞 and see staff walking around in the store ignoring customer at the door. The least they could do is come to the door and acknowledge their customer but no they just walked pass like I'm not even there.

This store use to be well stocked! Since the pandemic the shelves are always bare and the boxes of product are sitting in the floor. It's quite evident that they don't have enough workers!

It seems that all the family dollars stores in the black ares of town are nasty and have ghetto employees. Maybe this is why the stores are junky and disorganized. Employees are not courteous or have train in professionalism.

They need to change the hours of operation online since they apparently close early. I’m here on 02/11/21 and the website says they close at 10 but the doors are locked and the store girl is just sitting inside watching people try and get it. She said there closed but it’s 9:45pm. Ridiculous.

The store on Soutel is very clean but the Manager have a real nasty attitude when it comes to some customers and her staff some of them is just like her not only me had that experience others also so to keep me from going through this I just opt Family Dollar out there are other stores in the area just as good
