The store was trashy. Clothing falling off hangers. Not like other stores. Cashier was on her phone not really paying attention. Contrast to the Dollar General across the street who is usually neat and in order.

I would have gave 5 stars but the staff on day shift are not very politeful. May be because (no offense ) I'm white? I'm not a thief I do not steal so I don't like being make feel I am.Night shift is awesome have no complaints!!

Very seldom do I go to a family dollar and leave with a great experience the staff was pleasant and engaging the store was clean and well stocked fully staffed the set a standard not found at the majority of locations even those found in the more well to do/economically upper class thank you for being better than the standard 👍 👏 and I don't usually do reviews

I found everything I wanted. They must have just gotten a supply in, a lot of items had not been unpacked yet. There were only two ladies working in the store but they were friendly and helpful. The store was fairly clean and they had baskets. Overall my experience was pleasant.

I patronized this store today a little after 4, I don't know what "great mind" hired the black girl with the braids but wow!!!!! She treated me as if I stole her husband or had some past beef. She was rude and impatient and was mumbling things under her breath and was angered because she had to check me out. All I was thinking is, who hired you? And why did they think YOU were a good fit for this job? She absolutely hates her job and every customer that comes in. I know that I will now save myself the discomfort and go to dollar general. Customer service isn't what it use to be. My God, why think it's okay to be that nasty for no reason.

I have never in my life been treated as rudely as the employees here treated me today!!!!! I work in retail, and would never in my life have the attitude towards a customer that the employee and manager had towards me!!!! I will be taking my business right across the street to the dollar general where I am treated like a Human being by curtious and friendly staff all of the time!!!!!!!

You can’t enjoy a shopping experience if there aren’t any restrooms. Just go to dollar general across the street, they’ll treat you better

Quite annoyed how the lady in the front said we needed to wear our mask in the store because there were to many people in the store yet not one employee was wearing theirs.

Worst store EVER...12th and Edgewood. If it wasn't for the manager Me Bobbie at the Cleveland location I would never even shop at a family dollar again. Poor customer service and extremely rude

I can get last minute item's that I need to get fast and for a good price. They carry a variety of stuff like clothes, household items, food, cleaning product's, toiletries, etc....

FD off Norwood Ave is the worst. It is always very unorganized and many boxes that need to be unpacked. They need more workers.
