I love this pet shop! They sell excellent treats at great prices and have a rewards program as well. I love the fresh dog treats and the premium cat treats i find there. The animals love the products i purchase here and the staff is knowledgeable and polite! Highly recommend coming in and grabbing your pet something nice!

Earth pets is my favorite pet store. I buy my dog holistic food from here. There are natural shampoos, conditioners, vitamins, baked treats, toys and so much more. Lots of parking, usually not busy. Handicap accessible.

Every visit to this store (two locations) I've experienced caring and knowledgeable staff. If they didn't have an answer, pick up the phone or search the computer for an answer without prompting or request. I'm so grateful for their products and culture. Thank you, Earth Pets. This store is an absolute gem, and I discovered it while visiting Jacksonville. At home, I prepare my dogs’ meals using organic or at least high quality human grade ingredients. Commercial meals and treats must be same quality. On previous trips to JAX I’d been unable to find my preferred brands so I was hopeful that Earth Pets would carry something I used. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised! Not only do they carry Primal and Honest Kitchen, but also I tried a couple of new brands (for treats) and they loved them, too! In addition to food products, they carry toys and bath & grooming items. The owner, Steve takes great pride in offering healthy, sustainable and environmentally responsible products. His heart is in his business and it shows. Next trip to JAX, Earth Pets will be my first stop!

I love this store! Customer service is great! I have gotten some samples while purchasing some food and treats, and I do appreciate that! I don’t feel rushed, questions are answered, I don’t have to search to look for someone to help me. It’s always clean and tidy. Great selection of food, treats and some silly fun stuff too. My new go to store! Thanks so much! My dogs love their new diet, and I don’t have to do so much work cooking their meals.

If you care about your pets health and longevity, this is the place to go buy natural pet foods and supplies. I have been buying my cats the Blue Ridge meats for the past 3-4 years now. Selections for dogs and cats like duck, tripe, rabbit, turkey with bone and several others. The selection is the largest in the city. Plus they offer a 10% discount if you buy a full, deep frozen, case. They also carry a wide variety of dry foods, frozen goats milk in 2 sizes (animal grade) as well as natural shampoos, flea and tick treatments and toys. And as a small business owner myself, I love that it is locally owned and operated.

They have products that you won't find anywhere else. The staff is very helpful. I shopped here often until my cat Ellie was taken from me. After a few hours of "care" by Greg Stacey she couldn't lift her head or even move. She died silently the next morning. Please do not use Miramar Animal Hospital.

Found this place after having a terrible experience at Xtreme Exotics. Side note - never go to Extreme Exotics. This store is 1000x better in every way. The staff were phenomenal, they had a great selection, and even better prices. This will be my new go-to!

They are so incredibly knowledgeable about the food that would be best for your dog or cat! I completely trust their knowledge!Max is the best! I don't know how but he remembers faces and names so well!I forgot the hours for Sunday and realized I had only 25 minutes before closing and I was 20 minutes away. I gave him a call and he offered to get everything together for me so it would be ready when I got there! What a gem! His customer service is on elite level....always

Great first experience at Earth Pets, the employees are extremely kind and very helpful when it comes to recommendations. I had someone help me, pretty much the whole time because I wanted to make sure I was getting the right stuff for my dog.They sell all kinds of food, treats, bones that are healthy for the dogs to eat. They, of course (and thankfully) don't sell rawhide. They have an adorable display of all different shapes and designs of cookies and even have toys available for purchase.They do have a rewards system, so be sure to sign up for that!

I don't even know where to start about how amazing this store is and how wonderful Steve and Max are, and I'm ashamed that I haven't left a review for them yet. I started going to them a couple years ago when I moved back to Jax because they carried the raw dog food I was feeding my baby. My dog is 15 1/2 now, and with being a senior has a few issues and is starting to be picky with foods. The owner Steve will take time with you to educate you on the different foods they carry, and will look through the nutrition and ingredients with you to find the best ones for your pup. He also carries natural supplements that you won't find many places. His heart is in his business and he truly listens to what we need to help our babies live a quality life. I could go on and on and I appreciate you so much. Thank you!!

This is the best pet store I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. We were on a road trip to move into our new place in Boston and our black lab Ollie was getting very anxious and whining in the car. It was unbearable, we decided to stop here to find out a way to calm him down. Thank god we found Earth Pets. Upon our arrival they were able to discuss an array of options and what would best suit Ollie. The person at the register recommended a calming gel pen that is administered in the ear. We weren’t sure how to administer it, but one of the people here demonstrated it perfectly, and even gave our pup a free duck heart treat! The stuff worked perfectly as he didn’t whine for the rest of the 7 hours we drove. This place has great stuff and great people! Earth Pets is very organized, clean, and has a great selection of products. Do yourself a favor and give this place a visit.

Great store to buy some special treats for your special four legged friend. It's all natural and good for your animals. I love the vanilla bone, and Nala loves it too. No rawhide and is completely digestible.
