It was 7 minutes before the website states that the store closes and one cashier yelled the registers are closing in less that 60 seconds!!?? While the other is standing at the door like a bouncer. This is probably the worst location I’ve ever shopped in! It’s always the same two or three young girls with nasty rude inappropriate attitudes. At least one of them is always yelling at the top of her lungs the countdown of minutes before they close and they’re only excepting exact change or card because apparently they’re too lazy to count a register or run to the bank for change. Sometimes there are night where they actually are closed 15 to 20 minutes early and they are all just standing around the register talking pretending not to hear customers knocking on the door. Gas is far too expensive to be going back and forth to buy my daughter some baby powder here’s absolutely no customer service whatsoever and have time you’re standing at the register for five minutes waiting on one of them to show up I understand the no backpack policy for thieves and such however, maybe if you had employees that were actually paying attention to the store that wouldn’t be such an issue. Customer shouldn’t have to search for someone in a store that small. I truly believe there needs to be an entirely new staff to replace the ones who think they can do what they want and get away with it because there’s no one else in the store or the location just needs to be shut down for good do to lack of professionalism. Where is the manager ????

Everytime I give this store a chance the screw it up. This location sho6br closed. Nothing but ignorant low rent employees and incomplete inventory. They should just close this store and save face

This store is the absolute worst- I think the root of the problem is they only employ one person to run the store at a time and it always seems like this person is always out of sight and nowhere to be seen when trying to purchase items. I wonder how many customers end up just walking out the door with unpaid merchandise because of this problem.There are signs plastered everywhere explaining they will steal your change because there is a "change shortage" but when the cashier pops the drawer open (if you are lucky enough to get cashed out) it is full of change.The cashier today had no interest in being polite or considerate in many ways - not being available or visible when I was ready to PAY Dollar General for this awful experience and also had no interest in making sure the customers receive all their bags (since it is their protocol to use as many plastic bags with as few items in each as possible per order) so here I am calling and calling to see if my purchased items are still available to be picked up with no answer.Dollar General needs to stop cutting corners, hire more than one employee to run the store at a time or ask that one person on staff to actually be attentive and courteous to customers, take those aggressive "I'm gonna steal your change" signs down, or better yet, just close down this location if it is not affordable to staff the store correctly- much better service across the street at Family Dollar (which is also is saddening these are our only two choices to quickly pick up some coffee in the neighborhood.)I will never go to any Dollar Generals again after my experience this morning.

When they first opened they always had the shelves stocked. Now they never have the shelves stocked. The aisles with the laundry and cleaning supplies items in it never have anything on the shelves. The shelves are 75% empty all the time. You can never buy certain items anymore because they keep everything behind the counter in big boxes and you’re supposed to ask a clerk for whatever you need. Then half the time the people behind the counter are too busy trying to check people out and when you ask them for something they get an attitude with you. Management in there in horrible and so unorganized.

The moment this store opened it went down hill. Shelves are never stocked, your always having to find someone to check you out… they never have correct change for anything so don’t wait on your coins. Staff is very rude…I went to purchase about 50 worth of stuff and only had a 100 on me. I had some other cash but not enough. Cashier got so rude with me about it..it’s not my fault your managers can’t keep your with change…then when I went to ask her what her name was I was told it was non of my business….so i went across the street to family dollar which not only had everything i needed but had no issue taking my 100 dollar bill….tryes calling the store today but as usual When you call the store the number is always busy. half the time the associates are using their phones and talking to people while they are checking you out….very rude and unprofessional store. I recommend not going to that store for anything, but if you do good luck with them actually having it in the shelves.

Glad this store was put here in my neighborhood and it’s a very convenient location. However, there is an assistant manager in there by the name of Jenelle or Shanelle. The young lady with the long braids in her hair. She has the worst attitude every time I go in there to shop. I don’t even know why they made her an assistant manager. She doesn’t know how to talk to or deal with customers. I don’t know what her major malfunction is however I hope they get rid of her since it’s obvious in her behavior towards customers that she hates her job.

The cashier was not wearing a mask nor were they enforcing it. I saw at least 5 people in the store without a mask, not to mention there was no so distancing whatsoever. When I was checking out there were 3 customers practically on my tail none of which were wearing masks. If you care about your safety go to a different location or to the family dollar across the street.

The employees were very nice and everything but I left a bag in there and been trying to call ever since I got home and the line has been busy so I hope they will return my comment that was left behind And I got no receipt but I did purchase liquid comet!!

Dollar General is my favorite place to shop for my needs and they accept coupons easily. I have never had a problem at this location. They are always stocked as well.

It was good except when approaching the register and the associate is talking with another customer and both are complaining about another associate. If the customer has the issue handle that then the associate should handle the complaining of ther other associate with management not customers.

I loved it everything on the shelf and the prices are reasonable. Need to over stock toilet tissue and paper towels also cleaning chemicals. Awesome. I pass by family dollar which is right across the street from each other.

The people here are more friendly than the family dollar across the street on mcduff. Store is kept well with not tons of inventory laying all over the place .

Today was 50% off most of there merchandise after Christmas sales. And the cashier was extremely nice & for the most part the customers are as well.
