I relocated and moved on the opposite side town but I still come this pharmacy due to the awesome customer services from the sale associate , store manager and especially my the best CVS pharmacist Martina Blokker. I am speaking from experience of visiting other CVS locations as well as other pharmacy locations. Martina Blokker supersedes customer service and she knows all of her longtime customers by name. If there is ever a problem that raises with insurance she is always the one to resolve or give you a better understanding to what’s going on.She has been through the constantly transitions of different employees and has shown so much patience even when she was short handed with help.I really appreciate and would love for her to be receive recognition for her great work and excellent customer service that makes CVS what it is .

It’s just like the other branches of CVS but what makes it more nice is the friendly staff: Maria who was at the cashier helped me out to fine my needs and she were very friendly with my little kid and I appreciate that.

I have been a customer of CVS Pharmacy for over 10 years and I just switched to the one on the SouthSide Baymeadows near Publix and they were amazing

IF YOU ARE PRESCRIBED A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!!! This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to or even heard of. I have dreaded having my prescription re-filled every month because of the way this staff treats me. They do NOT care for their clients and continually lie and are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in customer service. I tried them out for months due to the convenience of their location and making the mistake of assuming they could not continually be as bad as they were once I had been going regularly- I was extremely wrong. I was so relieved to pick up my prescription for the last time today knowing I never have to go back as I have already let my doctor know of a different pharmacy I will be using. No one should use this pharmacy, but ESPECIALLY people that are prescribed a controlled substance. You WILL be treated like you are selling your prescription on the streets/abusing your prescription and every month there WILL be a new lie on why you cannot have your prescription filled. This last time was the final straw as I was forced to go THREE DAYS without my medication that I am prescribed, and they could not care less. DO NOT GO HERE.

This CVS would not answer their phone when my 2 month old son's pediatrician tried to call to verify that his medication was in stock. My son is very sick and needs his medication soon. I'm very dissatisfied with this pharmacy.

It's not the largest location, but I can always find what I'm looking for. I took my passport photo here and was I pleased with the experience.
